Custom Tints

Great tint work, I was taken back by when I asked if the could scrape off an old inspection decal and offered $10 to do it. Assuming they have multiple scrappers to clean glass prior to tint application. I was told that they could do it but the labor rate was $125 an hour, implying they wouldn't agree to scrape it off for $10. Obviously with no set price I opted out Having owned a business prior, and managing a service dept for new and used boats, I would have definitely done a small request for free.

That builds a customer base. With so many customers they really don't have to earn business. In my younger years I would have walked out with. Out getting the car tinted. I guess I'm getting softer in my older age

Buyer Beware! I had my new cars front windows and a wrap done on the car this time. Also did the windshield, a dumb mistake. So I spent some money. Most the job was good. However the windshield had artifacts on it. The artifact looked like lint in an area of about 3/4 inch on the driver area. They told me that's acceptable with the "industry standards".

Also could see purple with my polarized sun glasses and see specs sorta light up when driving in the sun. They told me that was the ceramic in the film and the purple was normal with polarized glasses. None of these artifacts were mentioned to me before I purchased. I remember asking him, so there's nothing that shows after putting the film on. He mentioned that I would notice a slight gray tint is all.

Never mentioned the above issue when he clearly knew about them. Apparently he told me I should have done my "Do indolence" and found this out by researching before putting on the window film. Unbelievable. They were going to charge me to have it removed and no money back. I got them to meet me half way and they gave me half back and did not charge me for removal.

Buyer be ware. They will not cover their film Imperfections or sloppy imperfections they may cause. As the male owner told me there's imperfections with much of their work. He told me to bring my other car in and he would show me the imperfections. I said maybe so but those are on the side windows and not the windshield. Also their scheduling is terrible.

When they say a day count on two days. If they tell you an hour count on two. And don't dare call them to find out if the cars ready when it was support to be. They will tell you they will call you when it's done. They apparently forget people need their cars. The worse customer care I've experienced in my 68 years! I will not return here ever again.

I called in the morning for an appointment. They got me in the same day and I drove out before they closed. Very happy with the tinting and customer service. My first encounter with inquiring about tinting my front windshield on my car & getting film on our windows at my home with Josh was wonderful. Josh was very informative and a great listener setting everything up. I felt I'd made a great choice in choosing this company. They did an awesome job on my car. Amber was most Helpful & kind in our car pick up.

Today a Young Man Addison did all our upstairs windows, he was so Professional and did a Super Job in the 3 rooms we had done. When we are ready for other windows & doors to be done I will specifically ask for Addison. I'm so pleased with this Company. Custom tints is amazing! They do great quality work, and their prices are good as well! There was a slight discrepancy in prices between online and in person due to their prices recently changing, but they honored the online price that was slightly lower! If you need your windows tinted, they are the people to call! I will definitely be taking future vehicles to them!

I have taken many cars that I've owned to this place and have always had great results. The only time they messed up they took me in and fixed it right away! The tint on my current Audi has held up well for 3 years now. I've recommended them to family and friends.

These guys did a great job i called they said they could do it by fri on a mon i told them i could leave the truck there if they could do it any sooner they had it done tues an it was flawless i really appreciate the service an ill continue to use them!

I want to start off by stating, this is my first review I thinking have ever posted! I've I love me car but I never felt like I could block the sun properly or headlights from oncoming traffic. Paul was amazing, he listened to my concerns, recommend a ceramic windshield tint and sun strip. Aside from how sleek it looks, I can 100% drive without wearing sunglasses or getting a headache! I was very impressed with their customer service and flexibility (I was late, they still fit me in)

I had my boat wrapped there. I paid for and purchased the wrap material ahead of time and was told I'd be able to have the leftover. Day i pick it up first off they ushered me into the office to handle the billing part BEFORE they let me see the finished project which I consider shady business practice then told me I was not getting the leftover material that I had already paid for.

I own my own small business and I try to use small businesses but I would never expect to be paid upfront before the customer saw the work. I will not be using them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I brought my 2016 Ford Fusion here on 7/22/16 and the plastic trim piece, which helps hold the headliner care in the backseat, was broken while in their care. Owner, Nick Moceri, refuses to replace the broken part. He literally told me to "go to Dave Sinclair so they can take care of me." This place is a joke.

I have had two cars tinted here in the past 6 months and they did a wonderful job. Nick and staff are friendly, courteous and professional and their pricing is really competitive. There's nothing better than getting great customer service and not having to pay extra for it.
