I recently had exterior shutters put on our house. The shutters arrived in a timely fashion. The crew showed up when scheduled and finished the job that day. They cleaned up any debris when they finished and made sure that I was pleased with the work that they did. I am very happy that I went with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Extremely impressed with the service and quality of their products. The owner, Jamie was wonderful to work with and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for, and worked within my budget. We've been trying to place an ordered since July. We were promised a quote within 24 hrs and a week later after sending an email to their office we received the quote. We replied quickly to the Rep about moving forward with our order, he stated he would call the next day to finalize our order; we never received a call. We called their office after 2-3 weeks and were once again promised a call and we've never received one. Communication is lacking with this company.

Jamie came to our home to measured the front and back exterior doors for plantation shutters. She had great suggestions. Her installer was very efficient. DO NOT use this company! UNPROFESSIONAL! I made a consultation appointment in person at the Shutters & Blinds of Tennessee on a Friday for the next Monday. My husband and I both left work early to meet the consultant and he was a no call, no show. I called the office back and let them know he was a no call, no show. She apologized and rescheduled for the next evening. Once again, I left work early to meet the consultant and once again no call, no show. Total waste of time!
