We had all of our windows replaced as well as a huge sliding patio door. We love the Pella windows and door. They are amazing products. But, we have a huge problem with the salesperson, Andy Clarke. He's one of these know-if-all guys who brag about everything. At first, the experience was good - we were all on the same page. Then, there was a breakdown in communication.
It took almost two months for our windows to arrive. We thought they would be installed the same day. Nope. He told us installation was not included. That was going to be another $1,250. Fine. Then, we had to wait 4 weeks for the installers while the windows just took up space. Come to find out, our salesman re-configured the sliding door without telling us. And, one of the windows was the wrong size - completely different than what was on the quote. So, we had to order another door and window and pay another $2,000. Then, another $300 to have those changed out.
All in all, it took over 5 months and an extra $3,500 than what was originally quoted. And, Andy didn't offer so much as an apology. What's worse, in the middle of all this, I called Pella's corporate office and told them we didn't want to work with Andy any longer, and to please let me speak to someone else. They were zero help. They told me I could go through Andy's assistant. I was stuck with this guy who screwed us over multiple times. I feel robbed. And, I'm stuck with this five-hundred pound door I can't get rid of.

I had Pella replace all of my 2nd floor windows. This is my 3rd house, and In have used Champion, Renewal by Anderson, and now Pella. This was by far the worst experience I have had. Originally, it was great - great sales. But, they were unable to complete one window as specified. Apparently, the windows are not fully customizable as advertised. Although, I am apparently still waiting to hear from them (It's been 3 weeks). And, now the weather stripping is coming off the other windows.
On top of that, they are not responding to me anymore. I thought using a national company would be a good choice or maybe it is just this location. Either way, I have learned not to use Pella and I would advise anyone else to avoid this location. I have more bad news. I am attaching a picture of a large "custom" window. Pella thinks this job is done and can't fix it. (It's been 6 months of them trying to understand the problem). Now, They want me to pay for this minus the 10% for not being satisfied. But, this is poor craftsmanship, poor customer service, poor everything. Avoid this company like the plague.

Expensive, but you get what you pay for. The quality of the windows is amazing. I needed a couple of very large, over-sized custom windows.they look incredible. The installation team was great, nice and professional. And the sales rep Richard Blumberg was wonderful throughout the process. Very personable staff, they went above and beyond. Very pleased with the end results.

We had an excellent experience with Pella. We replaced all of the windows in our home with the 250 Series vinyl window which meets our needs perfectly. From start to finish, dealing with the representatives of Pella was an ease and was very thorough. Our sales rep, Kane, quoted our project upon our initial meeting in our home and was very responsive throughout the entire process.
As promised, our installation was excellent, tidy, and professional. We have had them installed for about 6 months, and have already started to see a reduction in our energy bills. I highly recommend choosing Pella for window replacements.

My spouse and I heard the sales pitch from five different companies and saw their various samples. There was no competition when it came to the seamless beauty of the Pella 350 series. Our sales rep, Kane Chrisman, was amazing. He took care of us throughout the entire process and was extremely responsive. The installation crew, led by Justin Kennedy, was incredible.
We had old storm windows over the original wood windows and it was a mess. Justin and his crew made short order of our install and when we ran into a little hiccup, Kane owned resolving it and Justin never missed a beat. We love our windows and highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality product with superior customer service.

This rating is for Pella's delivery service. I would give them 0 stars if possible. We purchased 14 Pella windows of varying sizes. Some for new construction on our remodelling project and some for replacement windows in the existing house. We asked the delivery people to put the replacement windows (largest/heaviest windows) in back of the rest of the windows as they would be installed last.
They did not follow our directions and put them in front of a window that would be installed first. When asked them to move only two of the 14 windows and they refused. They had all their equipment to easily move the windows and we did not. It would have taken them 60 seconds to move the windows into the correct order. Instead, their solution, endorsed by their supervisor, was to move all 14 windows back onto their truck and take them back to Pella instead of moving the two windows we asked them to move.
They argued about it for about 45 minutes instead of simply moving the windows which would have taken about 60 seconds. So if you are installing your own windows, be forewarned.

Terrible quality. This is the install I was left with. Cracked trim. Shoddy details. Mismatched colors. I've been in contact with Pella about this issue but I am still waiting to hear when they will be able to schedule anyone to come replace the pieces but they (Trish: Project Coordinator) no longer answer phone calls.
