About 11:00 this morning I was headed out to run errands. Garage door wouldn't open. I saw the broken spring. Called Robert's Overdoors. Technician was finishing up another job in town. He showed up quick. He had it fixed before noon so I had no excuse not to go to the gym. I've used them for 30 years. Always great service.

I am so impressed with this company! I called them with my garage issue and they had service technicians out to my house within 3 hours (may have been sooner but I was unable to be home that soon). They guys showed up, found and fixed my problem plus some all under 1 hour! They were polite, professional, and courteous the entire time! They also made it so that my entire door is almost silent! It hasn't been that quiet since before we bought the house! Overall I am completely satisfied with my experience from beginning to end. Thanks guys for doing your best!

Roberts overdoors did a phenomenal job and was such a pleasure to work with from coming out and giving us the quote to ordering the door to installing. Can't recommend them enough, we are so very happy with our garage door!

They do not listen to customer requests! I asked for sealed track rollers, and the salesperson said that was no problem. Open rollers got installed on the install day. I asked technicians where the sealed units are. They replied they do not carry them. It's like asking for ketchup on your hot dog; it makes a big impact on the experience. I also had to call them back to install missing screws in one door, and tighten a few others.

I don't give a 5 star rating very often. but I'll make an exception in this case. I got home from work and as my garage door was closing I heard a loud noise. Upon investigating I discovered the spring had broke. I called Roberts Overdoor not expecting to be able to get it repaired still today, but I thought it was worth a try. My wife is in a wheelchair and it would be a hassle for her to deal with letting someone in the gate and then the garage if I was at work.

The nice lady on the other end of the phone said they normally send their workers home at 3:30 (It was 3:03 when I called her) but she'd check and see if anyone was willing to work late to fix me up. She called right back and said they had a man on the way. By 4 o'clock I had a new spring installed! The guy even replaced a burned out lightbulb in the opener.

Yes I did have to pay an overtime fee but I was glad to do it to get the door fixed today. And as a bonus I didn't have to try to figure out how to get the door opened to get my truck out to drive to work in the morning. I wouldn't hesitate at all recommending them if you need garage door work.

I called Roberts at about 10:30 this morning with my issue of a broken garage door spring. Although I live about 40 miles from their headquarters, they had a crew in my town and could fix my problem today. The crew showed up around 1:30 and were in and out in less than 30 minutes. They were very courteous and professional. I will not hesitate to recommend this company and I will call them again when needed.

Was in a bind heading into Thanksgiving and the folks at Robert's Overdoors bent over backwards to work me into a already full schedule. Quick response, quality work and fair price. What more could you ask for.

When your garage door isn't working you need it fixed ASAP & Roberts Overdoors does an excellent job. Prompt service, from returning my call to coming when they say they will. Friendly technicians & reasonably priced service.

Excellent customer service and professional, they will always make it right and offered competitive pricing. I love my new garage door so much, if you see me sleeping in my front driveway that is why! My new door has brought so much curb appeal and functionality with insulation and windows. Definitely will use them in the future and would highly recommend their services.

I called on Monday to get an estimate for a new opener and installation, I was happy with the estimate and they were able to schedule me that Friday in the morning. Fantastic service and advice. The two guys were very respectful and helpful, especially in answering my questions about insulation on my door as well as regular maintenance. They were finished in about an hour and the price was perfect!

Our garage door had a very old spring system that had broken. Roberts was able to get someone to us relatively quickly and they installed a new pulley system that works great! The technician was friendly and professional, and t didn't take him very long to do the install. The cost was actually lower than we had expected.

I am pleased with Roberts Overdoors personal service and professional attention to our needs. They had a service call scheduled quickly, arrived on time, and finished the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend. My husband has worked with them several times before and encouraged me to call them again, so I'm glad I did!

If you need your garage door fixed, I suggest you find another company. The first time they came out, they poked around for a half hour then told me that the damage was more extensive than previously thought and that they'd have to come back another time. Fine, I understand. A week later they let me know that it will be another week before they can come fix the door.

This is also fine, as it is the holidays. They come to fix it the next week. Two guys arrive, they make lots of noises for 2 hours, then I get a call from the office guy saying they need to replace the door completely and that they'll have to come back two days later. Frankly, I don't know why they were there in the first place if they weren't fixing it.

The office guy calls the next morning at 8:30 asking if I'm at home. Apparently, they think I never leave the house and that they can just change what they say on a whim. I had plans, so I told them that day wouldn't work. The day comes that they are supposed to fix the door.and then I get a call saying one of their men is injured and they'll have to come Monday. Monday has yet to come, but I will be surprised if they actually come fix it then.

If it was up to me, I would have called someone else long ago, but my landlord seems to have some strange affinity for inefficiency. If you have a choice, find another company.

I've dealt with Roberts Overdoors several times in the last 10 years. Everyone ranging from the office staff to the technicians who come out on the service calls are reliably professional, helpful, and super friendly. They let me know by their actions and behavior that my business is important to them. Well done.
