Had them replace the roof decking and shingles. Roof leaks Worse then when the rotted decking was on called and no response. Never will I ever recommend nor go threw this company. You get what you pay for. My name doesn't come up because i like with my grandmother n it was done under her name and this company hopefully goes bankrupt! I know of 2 roofs you guys have had something to do with. So thanks for the lie.

Had old tub removed and walk-in shower installed and it turned out beautifully! Seth Lewis our salesman was very professional and helpful through all the steps. MAE replaced our kitchen, and all bedroom windows and installed a new shower remodel. The bathroom remodel came with many delays and obstacles, because of wrong measurements. Joey came out, took care of all the frustrations, headaches, heard our side and handled the situation well. He was very professional and took care of the issues to our satisfaction.

He got the project back on track and we are happy with the outcome. Joey is a credit to MAE. The crews were nice and cleaned up well afterwards. Very happy and pleased with the finished project. We will use MAE again for the rest of the windows and patio doors. Great customer service and again thanks so much Joey!

Could not have asked for any better service! From the beginning when Mr Schmidt came to visit our house and we went over the details, I already knew that we were in good hands! The workers were phenomenal and did outstanding work! Always there on time with a smile on their faces! I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for replacement windows! It doesn't get any better than this!

We used them to install insulated vinyl siding. We also used them when we added a covered screened in porch. They wrapped the posts and replaced the siding we had to take down. They were fantastic to work with and did a remarkable job. We won't use anyone else! Services: Installation, Remodeling

Well if you like your house to be better than before these guys are good when they wanna be. The work is amazing. I needed newer windows aNd siding and they got them. their financing was awesome as I was turned down by many. When i had got credit score stable they came thru and delivered and the interest was 8 percent. Thanks for a good looking house.

Needed my ceiling hole patched. Jim Hodges of Mid America Exteriors came out to give me a quote I like. Good workmanship and trustworthy employee keeping me informed on the work he was doing. Repairing and updating the Soffit and Fascia around the house. MAE employees did a good job bring new life to and old home. I'll call on MAE again when I need exterior work done.

Mid-America did a great job on re-siding 2 sides of my home. Despite the material shortages, they came right out as soon as possible and were very punctual and on time each day. My salesman James and his siding crew were great to deal with from the day we signed the papers, to even after the job was finished. Their customer service was really great!

I chose MAE because they are a local company and we are practically neighbors. Due to the age of my house, I liked the "all inclusive" nature of their bid - they were going to take care of any wood framing that needed to be replaced, as well as the decorative crown moulding above the door. I don't think I'll be using them again. It took 2 months and 26 days from the time I signed the contract, until a single door was installed. Estimated delivery dates were pushed back 3 times.

If I hadn't been persistent in calling, I would probably still be waiting - the door had been delivered but they hadn't bothered reaching out to schedule an install. On the day of the install, I called to confirm schedule and was told the estimated time had moved from 9-10 to 10:30. I moved around my work meetings to accommodate this and opted to go into the office for a couple hours, only to have the coordinator call at 9:45 saying they were at my house.

Well thanks, I guess we should have stuck to the original 9-10 and I would have stayed home. I suspect that the job was probably smaller than most that they do (I had originally been considering doing all 3 doors), and I feel like I was not a high priority as a result. From a business perspective, I can understand not wanting to spend a lot of time and resources on a (relatively) unprofitable customer, but if that's the case, just tell me and I will take my business elsewhere.

The bidders and installers were very friendly and knowledgeable. I think the install looks very clean, except that the frame was shimmed significantly (100 year old house, nothing is perfectly even) and then not filled in at the bottom under the door frame. As a result, there is a half inch gap on one side, between the bottom of the door frame and the foundation, through which I can look straight outside.

I guess I'll be figuring out how to fill that gap now. In summary, use Mid America Exteriors if you enjoy having to check on the status of your order every time they miss their delivery date estimate, and want to do the finishing work yourself. If you'd prefer that someone else manage all that, pay less and go elsewhere.

Jeff Moses is friendly, informative, not overly pushy to sell windows and is definitely confident in what he has to offer. They windows are custom which took a while to be processed, created, delivered and finally installed. That said, I definitely got what I paid for. They are NOT cheap but oh my gosh are they beautiful. The installer they had come out was definitely detail oriented and I felt 100% taken care of.

Thank you team MAE. You are all amazing (from the office staff to the final installation). P.S. Look at some of the detail put into the window installation (see pictures). This is only 1 of 7 installed windows. This one, however, was an installation where a window hadn't existed at all.
