Poor customer service after purchase. Called several times to speak to someone after about a week of calling I was told they would send someone out to look at the window. Waited another week and someone else called me saying I would have to deal with the manufacture and she would have them call me. Needles to say I never heard from anyone else. Do not recommend this place at all

Didn't even want to give me an estimate or quote; called to schedule an estimate to replace a 6x6 picture window in my new home, with a possibility of using them for the other windows in the home. They weren't interested in doing an estimate for "just one window". Poor customer service; I would have happily given them business for the entire property if I had been satisfied with the work they would do for my main request. Now I will be going elsewhere, preferably somewhere that knows the importance of gaining new clients.
