Wow, amazing. I drove bay this place every day for years. One day, the spring on one of the garage doors snapped. I called Carr's. They were out within 2 hours. Gave me an estimate. They had the parts on their truck. They finished the work in about an hour. They even adjusted and lubed the spring on the other garage door.

I just moved to Westerly and our house needed some repairs. Don was here in 2 days and gave me an estimate. He sent a crew over in a couple of hours and did a great job replacing my garage door. I highly recommend his company as it was my best experience with contractors in this area.

Every time I've had an issue with my garage they have sent someone out quite quickly. The person they send out has always been polite dealing mostly with my wife while I'm at work, but myself a few times. Always good quality work and done for a good price.

We put off replacing our door because we thought it was going to cost too much. Theres a couple of places online where you can get an idea how much its going to cost, those prices aren't what we paid. I personally am not comfortable with a sales person coming to my house, I'm better when I can go to a place and price out my options there. This place had a showroom, its not big, just an office with samples of different doors.

It was enough where I told them what I wanted, they told me how much. Pretty simple, they came out the next day and measured and one week later installed it (2 hour install), price included a new track and they took everything away after. Steel door, insulated (no windows) with a lock and a new track for under $1000. I recommend this place, especially if you don't like sales people in your house.

A torsion spring for my garage door broke when I attempted to open the door this morning. I was stuck, as the door was too heavy for me to lift. I called Carr's and got immediately connected with the business owner (Don); he was on his way to a service call. He told me he could be at my residence in about an hour and a half, and that's when he actually arrived.

I have never experienced that quick of a response to a request for help at any residence in my life; incredible. Don completed the repairs quickly and in an expert manner, setting a high standard for all service technicians to emulate. His price was extremely fair. I am grateful for Don's help, and I highly recommend him to anyone with garage door issues. Addendum 3 August 2019: My garage door opener became a casualty when the torsion spring broke.

I asked Don if he could replace the unit; his office immediately ordered a replacement unit and called me to schedule the installation. Don and his son Mason arrived on time; replaced the unit; cleaned the work area; and disposed of the broken unit for me. He also programmed the installed keypad for me. I noticed that Don even applied electrical tape to the power plugs connection to prevent any subsequent entry of corrosive humidity; his attention to detail and professionalism are nonpareil. Thanks again Don and Mason for a job well done.

I have used Carr's twice over the last two years for a broken garage door hinge and a a broken spring. They responded the same day, gave an honest price and completed the work quickly. There's been no problems with their work afterwards. So when my daughter backed into her garage door and it got stuck I had her call Carr's. They were out within the hour and got her door functional until a new panel could be installed. I highly recommend Carr's.
