I would give negative stars if I can. We placed $15,000 worth of windows and they measured one of the windows incorrectly (despite most windows are of same size). You would expect a professional to at least make the measurements correctly. Even placing the order was a hassle. The manager is very rude and doesn't care about customers. I would avoid them at all costs.

Five special order doors. Five days repeatedly re-verifying door specs. Since the two month delivery time would impact our schedule, we paid 20% extra to have dummy doors cut to spec so that the pre-hung frames could be set. A week after promised, the doors arrived with seven boxes of hardware (each of which contained 2+ smaller boxes). After three coats of paint, a team of installers found incorrect/missing hardware for all five doors!
In addition, one door was miss-cut by an inch (even though the specs were identical to the dummy door we had to pay for) and therefore unusable. A lot of "Oh well, whoops". But as for any adjustment for the cost of contractors paid to not install doors, or the cost of finish painting doors that were incorrectly fabricated by Pioneer, "We don't pay compensation for paint or installation costs - if we did we'd be out of business." If they need a policy to protect against the cost of errors they make you have all the information you need to pick another door company.

After a down to studs remodel, Belmont Door & Window was BY FAR the worst vendor we dealt with. They are now known as Belmont/Pioneer and were previously Belmont Plywood and Door Co, LLC. We started the process purchasing an entire house full of doors with them in July 2019. Now, 12 months later, I still don't have doors. There were many issues all met with poor customer service, denial of responsibility, condescension, and a complete unwillingness to find a fair resolution.
After spending a significant amount of money with them for custom doors, the doors we requested and were twice confirmed via email were not what we received, we received damaged doors multiple times, and ultimately had 2 separate warranty issues (which did get passed to the door manufacturer, but Belmont Doors was unwilling to provide any customer service to make it right with us). I wish there was a Lemon Law for doors.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness John Ingebrigtsen does not service their clients, blames client for all orders not verified. John did not take measurements on our doors and took our money and when doors came incorrectly blame the clients and charge them extra for their errors Service: General door installation

Carlota at Belmont Plywood and Door has been really helpful with several interior door and mirrored closet door orders I've placed recently for our home. She was responsive by both phone and email and she was happy to answer my newbie questions about molding and door measurements. Even though I'm sure my orders were small compared to other customers with bigger projects, I appreciate that Carlota always made time for me and helped me get the products I needed. I will definitely return to Belmont Plywood and Door next time we want to replace another door!

I don't recommend these vendor, it happened that we purchased a full house doors almost 60 doors and sliding doors, Bret was the technician who helped us well and professionally however whenever it turned to problems and mistakes they made that they should be responsible for he would referred us to his boss who is so rude and unreasonable person.!
They simply reject to makeup their mistakes with their own cost, they want to get payed before receiving all the material get delivered, They delay your project minimum 3 months, they promise something they deliver something else. We as a profesional Architect and contractors do not recommend these guys what so ever.!

Decided to stop by to see the selection of windows they had in stock; I am currently refurnishing my home with hardwood floors and needed something to match. Was greeted pleasantly by Matt, who thoroughly explained the construction and options available for each window. Unfortunately I had to leave to pick up the kids, but I will definitely be back for sheer service. Thanks, Matt!
