I have taken a total of 3 cars here for window tints. Great service, work, and price. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area looking to tint their windows. I was able to get an appointment really quick and they returned the car within the time frame given.

Very disappointed in the quality of work but even more disappointed they didn't stand by their warranty.

On the recommendation of a friend, I took one of my vehicles her for tinting. After the great value and even better service, I brought another. The quality is great and they complete the job when they say. Highly recommend.

I would like to add an update to my previous review. Not only did I receive poor customer service that time I called in about the bubbling on my back windshield at the time their receptionist would hang up on me when I was asking questions as to why it bubbled that bad and why it was even more with "warranty" to fix their initial poor job. I just managed to take my vehicle to get retinted as the tint was even worse and the tinter explained to be that the tint used on my vehicle was not mad for cars and they had used the incorrect adhesive damaging my window.

They always do a great job on my cars. My order is always 70% in the front, 5% in the back. They are efficient & have the best pricing. For any of my future cars I will be coming back. I always refer my friends & family to them as well.

Great service. I called after going to a different place in town and being quoted $200 to have old tints removed from the back windshield and being told they would also have to remove the defrosters. They were able to get me in the same day and guaranteed they would not need to damage the defrosters. The service was complete in a matter of hours. I would recommend this place to anyone in town.

Called these guys up to get a 5% front only to match the OEM tint on my 2019 Toyota 4Runner Offroad Premium and the guy refused to answer what the cost would be, was the rudest person I've talked to lately and told me he does not need my business. I suggest everyone to go elsewhere. I was really nice to this guy and for no reason except asking for a ballpark price, he told my he did not want or need my business.

Ive been wanting to get my windows tinted for such a long time and I am so happy I finally pulled the trigger and choose The Preferred Image to make it happen. I was very indecisive at first (that customer)but with the help of Raphy's reccomendations I was able to make the right choice. I wanted to take a moment to place this well-deserved review. I live in Vegas, but I chose to have my windows tinted here based on several recommendations while I was visiting my family for the Holidays. Several people I know and respect have had work done by Raphy and his business. I intended to reach out to someone I had worked with before, but I was persuaded to talk to Raphy. I'm appreciative of that.

He was easy to get in contact with and was honest, transparent, and respectful. He gave me my options and didn't push one way or another.he only honored my decision based on the information he gave me. He set expectations all around and lived up to them. And I'm very happy with the job done. Everyone there was professional, respectful, and courteous.in addition to abiding by all of the current health guidelines. Although I haven't used this business yet, I will very soon once they're free after New Years. They typically tint buildings but still do automobiles. I received a quote over the phone that included a lifetime warrantee. The guy on the phone was kind; nothing like the negative reviews I've read. Can't wait for my appointment the week after New Years.

Best Prices in all the Bay Area. I chose to go with 35% All Around besides the back windshield which is 20%. Not too dark, not too light. I'm not a fan of very dark Limo tint so this was perfect.

I had my windows tinted oh my Subaru five years ago when my car was still new. Preferred Image did an amazing job. My passenger side window was recently smashed/broken into. After having it replaced, I immediately called these guys to ask about re-tinting it. They told me to bring it on in, That they'd take care of it. My car was done within an hour. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

I went here to have three of my car windows tinted. As soon as I drove off, I noticed all three had water marks under the tint and was bubbling. I brought the car In the next day have it redone. They tried to tell me that the damage wasn't covered by the warranty. After a bit of arguing they decided to redo it. I brought the car in at 10 a.m. then called to check if it was done at 3 p.m.

I was told it wasn't done, and that my car won't be done until 5pm. He also had the nerve to suggest that I pick up my car the next day. Don't come here, they aren't worth the hassle.

I highly recommend The Preferred Image because after 4 years, all of their work on my Honda HR-V is still holding up! I even recommended my parents to get their CR-V done.

Bought a used Porsche Panamera with old tints, got recommended here by the dealership we bought from. They took us in the morning and finished by the afternoon. My used car now looks new!

Disappointed to have to leave a low rated review but brought in a vehicle here two years back and the past year the back window has been bubbling very bad. Was told there was a lifetime warranty if we still had the receipt but that did not cover the labor. When given the price for three windows before letting them know about the warranty it came out to a hundred more than the first time the car was taken to get the tint done there.

With the warranty it was a $50 less than first paid yet this was only for 3 windows and not all 5 like was done the first time. Would definitely not recommend this place if its bubbling within two years, we have another car that went 15 years before they started to fade, no bubbling, no problems.

This review is long overdue. If you look at the photos, the BMW 645 that was done in December of 2008 is mine. The owners were kind enough to remove my license plate for privacy, and they did a great job. I knew I wanted the windows tinted, but didn't know much else. Raphael helped me pick out film (Geoshield 30) and did a great job on the car.

He even redid the drivers window for free a month later when the film got screwed up at a car wash (not his fault). Tinting is hard work. Things happen. Sometimes it takes more than once to get it right. I recommend this business.

Best place to go don't waste time the preferred Image is a great place and the service is amazing they have done my Benz and Porsche. They are a great and classy place.

I have used these guys for everything from car window tinting, corporate signage, privacy films for offices and conference rooms, and even wrapping industrial machinery in company colors. They do good work and stand by their work. I highly recommend.

Thanks to Raphael for promptly re-doing my car and for allowing me to adjust my tint % as a result. They stand by their warranty here.

We brought it our Tesla Model X and Model S before, and had them tint our brand new Model 3 with ceramic tints today. As always great work Raphael and his team does, will keep recommending to friends and family!

These guys were amazing, tinted my car and cleaned up after themselves really well. I got my 2015 Corvette tinted here and I had requested them to tint my front windshield (I know I know its illegal) but they did it for me. I also asked them to put a light tint on my head lights to give it that smokey look and they happily obliged. I love the look of my car and there are no bubbles on the tint. Awesome job to these guys.

If your looking to tint your tail lights, DO NOT come to this place. I do not recommend it! Their service is off chart bad. Dropped my car off at 1 o' clock. They said 2hrs max. Called back at 5, and they said "Oh we tried twice already and we couldn't do it, so give us another 45 mins so we can try once more and you can pick it up." 1 hr pass and I came to pick it up, and it looked like crap.

But the guy there made up excuses saying that it'll take a month or so for the bubble to dry. Obviously their cuts are horrible and way off not even straight, looked like if they took scissors and cut the extra off. They didn't even round the tints at the edges they just left it all winkled.

Great service, fantastic job on tinting my windows exactly how I wanted. Lifetime warranty, should I run into any issues. a few visible bubbles on my windows. Said it would fade within the week if not, return. I called around to some other places.for the time it would take, availability and price-- hands down I'm quite pleased and impressed. they said 3-4 hours. timing was done sooner than the 3 hours they mentioned.
