Your quality of life depends, in many ways, on the quality of things around you. Since 1957, International Window Corporation (IWC) has manufactured outstanding vinyl and aluminum windows and doors known for their comfort, convenience and beauty. Now that's quality we all can appreciate. But quality is never a static characteristic, so we are always seeking continuous improvement through innovation and expanded product lines.
Services
More than 50 years ago, International Window Corporation began as an aluminum window manufacturer specializing in Jalousie-style windows. As the market changed and diversified, we strategically adapted to meet those expanded needs. Our services grew to also include vinyl windows and sliding and hinged patio doors.
Let's face it - life has its share of stormy weather. That's why it is important to furnish your home with windows and patio doors that you can depend on. For over 50 years, International Window has specialized in making weather-resistant windows and patio doors in a variety of styles. In other words, we worry about the weather forecast.
The benefits of a vinyl door are numerous. Vinyl doors provide the timeless beauty and elegance of a wood door with none of the worry or needless maintenance. No longer will you have to paint your doors annually, worry about the warping or splitting of wood used in your doors, nor the possibilities of dry rot or the infestation of termites.
Developed in response to market demand, International Window proudly presents the Lanai Series 5000 vinyl hinged out-swing door. Many design and structural details have been meticulously crafted into this beautiful door which in many ways surpasses its competition. The Lanai door's design is not only beautiful, but structurally sound using aluminum stiffeners to enhance its stability.

Do not buy your Windows or screen doors from this company. Support is non existent after sales. I've called their Warranty department for replacement parts and they send me to distributors that haven't worked with them for over 10 years. What does that tell you about IWC? I also let IWC know about that and one of their Sales lady called me to inform me that she will email me some new distributors. She never emailed me any distributors. Totally unreliable. Do yourself a favor and do not buy window products from IWC.

Beware very poorly operating company. We know first hand we currently are and soon to be a former dealer of thier product line. We placed an order for aluminum windows for a project in early march. We were given a ship date of 5/6/21. Being a glass shop and fully aware of the labor and material shortages challenging our industry at this time we attempted to check in with them to confirm production was on track to ship on time.
After numerous atempts we got nowhere. On the scheduled ship date instead they sent by our outside sales rep to tell us it will be a couple more weeks. we ask for a revised ship date with no success after a couple weeks they say oh maybe a couple more weeks. We attempt to get a ship date numerous times from both inside and outside sales with no success.
After a month past ship date they update us just another month maybe yes maybe, they were still unwilling or unable to provide a ship date. We try numerous times to simply communicate with staff about this long delay and its conscuences for us thier product dealer and our clients. We are met with very insincere apologies, and basically stonewalling us from speaking to anyone who is in managment or who cares.
So a full month after ship date and 3 months in on this process we finally get them to agree to canceling order and a refund of what we paid them upfront ( we paid upfront to expedite production so we wouldnt have to wait for prelim info to be processed. ) thru this whole process staff seems to be bothered by having to deal with me and my staff. Weve been stonewalled, misled and outright deceived.
We eventually had to pull the plug after 3 months of dealing with this they can't produce the windows or provide a ship date. We had to refund our clients and IWC agreed to refund us. However they claim they can not process the refund for 3 weeks because the general manager has to sign the check and so deos the owner. They are both on vacation so screw me I guess.
This is how they treat dealers, who are repeat and consistent buissness for them. We are the people who actually distribute thier product. At this point if they do actually refund the money they were paid for an order they could not produce my company will still be out of aproxx. $1,800 for other costs to this project. They dont care not one bit and its very obvious.
In my 22 years in this industry and being in a position where I deal with many vendors daily this is by far the most unprofessional thing I have seen ever. The good thing is ill be in this industry for a long time to come people ask me daily about windows I will have plenty of opportunity to explain just how screwed up this window manufactuer is and then recommend one of thier competitor's products.

We've bought windows and worked with them. worst company to buy from. They pay below minimum wage to the workers and deliver below way below average satisfactory. We've received cracked and nicked glasses and missing door handles and door screens with our panels. Beware! Your drivers tell us everything, LOL
