Juan Mathews and Preston were amazing. They were very respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. They did an amazing job at fixing my garage door while also having great people skills. Super friendly professionals!

I work for a local fire department and Aaron's doors always helps us by giving us scrap doors from their jobs. We are able to use these doors on our training grounds to give our firefighters realistic training by cutting real metal doors. I am very appreciative of all the members of this company. When I call the office they immediately try to reach out to a field supervisor and get me in touch with someone. If I ever have door issues on my personal residence, I'm definitely giving this company a call.

Larry Conte and his team were awesome! I have a unique garage with a low ceiling and it had sliding doors and had not housed a vehicle for decades. Larry came in, analyzed the obstacles, and offered a supreme solution. I now have my car in the garage with an electric door that works flawlessly and looks terrific. Larry also suggested a color choice that would allow me to have this door in a couple weeks instead of a few months, due to supply chain issues. I was thrilled with all the solutions and love my new garage door!

This guy Larry is a flake. Called 4 times asking if they could come to replace the rubber seals under both garage doors while I was in town (this is for our vacation home) and he kept telling me to call him back the following week or week thereafter. After 4 times and a text, it was obvious my request was not of importance to him. He could have just told me he wasn't interested or didn't have time for me instead of tagging me along to keep calling.

Lucky for me, I found someone MUCH more customer service oriented and did the job quickly and serviced my garage doors at the same time. They were so good and impressed me greatly that they got a great big tip on top of what they asked. When someone services me with respect and feeling appreciated, I always reward them in return. Go find someone else to take care of your garage needs; I did and now I have someone I will continue to patronize for their excellent, quick and inexpensive service.

Quick and efficient same-day service. Larry came out when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem with the garage door closing intermittently and fixed it then and there.

I love these guys! I called a couple of months ago for help with my garage door. I was ready to have to entire thing overhauled. They came out and tweaked a couple of simple things and refused to charge me. Today I called because my in-laws garage door wasn't working. Again - a simple fix. Again - no charge. They are responsive, professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I will not only use them again, but will recommend them confidently to anyone.

We had a very difficult and complicated situation due to the unique design of a garage in replacing the garage door opener. Larry was extremely efficient in coming up with a solution. Then, during the removal of the old operator and installation of a new side-mount operator, an unanticipated problem arose. The team came up with a temporary solution that enabled operation of the door until an electrician could make some required modifications. Kudos to the Aaron Overhead Doors team for having the skills and the commitment to get this done.

Update: Apparent misunderstanding. larry contacted husband immediately and made the situation right. We have a quote! Husband called for info re doors for an old barn. Person asked him if it was for a sectional or a rollup door. My husband said whichever type was the cheapest. Person curtly said they don't do cheap and hung up on my husband. Why would person be so rude and hang up without knowing the details?

Husband did not say he wanted cheap although he is in fact checking prices; is there something wrong with that? A little shocked at how the call was handled by the company and will relay story to others accordingly. Sad and disturbing experience since company contact info came from a label on the doors of our four car garage which they apparently supplied and installed.

Aaron is amazing! We had someone come out and instal a garage door opener we had bought. After 6 hours of work come to find out he had installed it wrong and left before finishing. Not knowing what to do next we found Aaron Overhead Doors. Larry and his team were fantastic! Aaron came out very quick and installed a new opener in an hour and a half! Aaron was very helpful and even took down the old opener and disposed of it! Aaron was very polite and knowledgeable! I definitely would recommend Aaron overhead doors!

What incredible service. I needed emergency help on a Friday night and Paul came out after a long day of working on other projects to handle my issues. He was kind, courteous, went above and beyond what anyone could have expected, and most importantly, he got the job done right. I'm so lucky I chose Aaron Overhead Door and so lucky Paul was tasked with my project. These folks care about their work and their customers. 100% would recommend.

Larry and his team have been extremely responsive to all of our concerns and questions. Professional guidance helped us make the right choices for our new garage door opener. John was our installer and he promptly went to work, describing what he was doing and walking me through the tutorial after installation was complete. Awesome service!

Our garage unwound, called and we were quoted pretty high, but did state it may change, however when they came out same day and fixed the issue the bill was less than half of the quote! They were awesome! Did an excellent job and didn't charge the original quote. I was relieved and now my garage works! I would use them again for sure!

I have had a few issues with my overhead door system since I purchased my home and recently moved to Pebble Beach. Larry Conte of Aaron Overhead Doors is the man to call. He and his staff are quick and very responsive. I've already had to call on them a few times and they are here when I've needed them. same day. They are fast, efficient, professional and know their work. I wouldn't call anyone else to work on my system. For new installation or existing overhead door repair, I can't speak highly enough about Larry and his team.

Larry saved us twice! A few months ago, the spring of the garage door broke and my car was stuck inside. Larry responded quickly, made an assessment, and presented a solution to what turned out to be a non-standard problem. Best of all, he was able to maneuver my car and expertly wedge it out of the garage through the second garage door! (It was truly a feat.

I wish I had videotaped it!) He saved us from spending a fortune on a rental car. And today, he rescued us again! On our way to dinner last night, the garage door was not raised (oops) and we backed into it. I called Larry, bracing myself for a drawn-out fix, but he came out right away, looked at the door, got a wooden block from his truck and used a hammer to gently tap back the panels into place. What a simple, effective solution! And he waived the fee! Wow. Larry is honest, diligent, responsive and a skilled problem solver. I can't recommend him more highly.

A very BIG thank you to Larry for coming out to our house to help with a garage door that would not close properly due to error messages on keypad. He arrived promptly at the appointment time and discovered immediately what our problem was. Less than 10 minutes later we were up and running and the most surprising part was Larry would not take any remuneration from me for his time. Professional, skilled and honest.

Wow! What a great service. My 3 garage doors sounded like they were going to fall down. All they needed was some love and care. Thanks to Damian, all is well and the doors are sooooo quiet now. I was thinking I might need new garage door opener motors they were so loud. But for a reasonable price all they needed was maintenance. Job well done with a great attitude. Larry and then his team did a FANTASTIC JOB replacing the original garage door and springs, and replacing with a NEW steel garage door w/windows to let the natural light in ~ No more worries about old springs breaking ~ Larry was a delight to work with, helped choose the replacement door w/great price and put it on order, called a few days ahead of install date, and then his Team showed up bright and early and got it done! Larry called before they arrived, saying they'd be here in 20 mins!

Problems from start to finish. Long delays, poor communication, faulty install and rude. Larry was condescending & bullying, denying there was a problem. Meanwhile, the door was loud & crunching and getting stuck when I tried to open it. Now my Brand New Door won't even open. This has gone on for 8 months, EIGHT LONG MONTHS of patience and giving them the opportunity to get it right.

Fact is the door has not worked properly since the install and now he wants to sell me a new motor for $500. Ha! If you want a smooth transaction, go elsewhere. I certainly am.

I HIGHLY recommend Aaron Overhead Doors because when I called Larry I got an IMMEDIATE Response from Kim and they told me they would fix it within hours. Even though it was a holiday they STILL came out. The garage door is PERFECT and much quieter because Larry put in new torsion springs. I will be creating a reserve account to replace that big wally with one of the new garage doors with Windows. Thanks Larry and Kim. Wish there were more trades that provide the extraordinary service you folks provide! Perhaps you can give them classes!

On Friday @ 445pm my husband and I heard this loud crash sound from our garage. The garage door wouldn't open. After checking things out, my husband discovered that the spring had totally snapped. I found Aaron Overhead on google. Their hours showed they closed at 6pm and over the weekend. I immediately called, hoping they could come out on Monday the soonest.

The answering service patched me over to Larry who said he had all the materials necessary (for our 2 car garage) and could come out on Saturday. Larry came out as stated and had the garage fixed in less than 45 minutes. He seemed like a really nice guy who sincerely wanted to help us out. Would totally recommend this company for any garage fixes.

I called this morning at about 10:15 AM for a broken spring on my garage door. My car stuck inside so I couldn't get out to make any appointments. The Technician called me back within 15 minutes and said he was on the way. He arrived quickly and had my door repaired and my car free by 12:30 PM. Amazing, fast, courteous, responsible, and best of all reasonable rates. Great service, thank you.

We worked with a salesman, Larry, to spec and order our new garage door. Because we wanted something special, we paid a lot of money for it. We were careful to tell Larry exactly what we wanted, including the number of windows across the top and what door handles we wanted. We gave him pictures of the door we wanted with the correct number of windows and handles.

The door arrived and the workmen installed the door very efficiently and they were friendly. No problem there. But I noticed right away that there were the wrong number of windows (actually, the wrong mullion had been put in place in front of the single window) and there were no handles. I decided to let them install the door anyway -- it had been a while and I was willing to let the windows be.

I called Larry and asked him to bring the handles and install them. Larry's attitude seemed to have changed, I felt like a problem customer. I said he could just come and install the handles even if I wasn't there. He said, "No, I have to meet with you guys to make sure we have everything straight, first." But somehow, a meeting time was not arranged.

I called again and asked for Larry to return my call. He did not. I called again and asked for Larry to return my call. He did not. So I posted a negative review. Update: Shortly after this review posted, Larry called and met with me. He had the handles in hand and we agreed where we would put the handles. He promised to install them next week. He also called the manufacturer and ordered new mullions for the windows. I'll be happy if this all gets sorted out.

I had been having a little trouble with my safety sensor and Larry pulled it off and remounted to get it working properly at no cost. That was a nice touch. I upgraded the number of stars to three. Update: The door handles came in and were installed. They look great, a nice finishing touch. I've upgraded the number of stars to 4. Still one more piece is waiting to arrive, but at this point we're pretty satisfied.
