Excellent customer service and very efficient. My Realtor recommended this company for us when we were looking to get a quote and repairs for our new home back in 2020. They did a great job then with the minor repairs/replacement photo eyes that we needed. Recently, I had trouble with my garage opening so I called in and spoke with Sherrie. She is very nice and helped me identify the issue. My garage spring was broken and she helped me schedule an appointment. The tech who came out, Brian, was on time and efficient. Overall, great experience.

Today we had a technician come out to repair one of our garage doors. Devin was courteous, efficient, and quickly found a broken coupler. Easy Open Door carries the common spare parts on their truck, so service was without delays. After replacing the part, he thouroughly cleaned and lubed ALL bearings, hinges, and screw auger. Now it's twice as quiet and adjusted to work correctly. hopefully for many years! Had to enjoy watching the door do it's thing several times. LoL Happy customer, Danny.

I knew this was an honest and reliable company when I called to make an appointment and the lady on the line tried to help me resolve my issue on the phone before even sending someone out. I was beyond appreciative and still ended up needing help. Randy came and he was knowledgeable, on time, efficient, professional, gave his honest opinion and fixed our garage door. There is no better company out there for your garage door needs. I tried this company based on the reviews and I can tell you, they deserve all the stars!

Called yesterday and within 24 hours I have a new opener up, door is running smoothest it ever has and work was all done and cleaned up in under 1 hour. Couldn't imagine a better experience.

I really can't recommend this company any more highly! They came out the same day when my garage door fell off the track, and the repair guy was very fast and knowledgeable. The price was very inexpensive, and two months later when my neighbor had a different company come out for the same problem, that other company told them a whole new garage door and components were needed and that it was going to cost $3K.

I suggested to my neighbor to get a second opinion from this company I used, and sure enough, Easy Open Door company came out and fixed my neighbor's garage door for the same low price. Fast, reliable, inexpensive, and Honest! That's all you need.

Company offers great products at competitive pricing. Blown away by the service from the installer, Devin! Installed unit, adjusted some things that were installed incorrectly on our garage door from a previous installation. Walked me through the steps on how to operate the garage door opener and it's various functions and concluded with going the extra mile in helping me set up the WiFi function in my car to open the garage door. A+ service. Great people.

Used the Yelp quote request for replacing our garage door springs. Michele responded almost right away, asked a few questions in order to give us as accurate a quote as possible, and gave us an appointment time that was just a couple of days wait. Brian showed up right on time and replaced the springs in 15 minutes. He also serviced the door for no extra charge. The final price was the low end of the original estimate. Great customer service made for a very easy process.

I am THANKFUL I decided to actually read reviews. I read a customers review about the great service and the savings provided by Easy Open Door Co and was skeptical but let me tell you they did not disappoint. I had a similar situation where I called another company just like another customer - Precision Door service, and their tech quoted me a price of $790-$4279 to repair or replace my garage door.

I knew it required to be fixed but not at that price so I called Easy Open and Michelle quoted me a price and that's the price I paid, and my Tech, Brian, was on time and quick, fixed it and let me know that there are some other services I'll need due to wear and tear that they can fix and the price was still very reasonable. Needless to say when the time comes there's no doubt in my mind who I'll be calling and who I'll be recommending to all my neighbors at the next HOA meeting.

They did an excellent job getting two of my garage doors working well again and even got one to quiet down dramatically.

Easy Open Door were simply awesome! My garage door stopped working. I suspected a broken spring, but there was none visible. Michelle asked me to text her pictures of the door and confirmed my suspecion. She offere a quote ober the phone and had someone come out right away. The technician (Devin) really knew his stuff. He told me 40 minutes to get work done, but think he as done in 30.

He adjusted the door pressure which I had messed with before calling. He also lubed all hinges and rollers which above the scope of work. Before leaving he also gave me pointers on general maintenance for this type of door and what type o lubricant to use. He also explained the type of light bulb I'm using can interfere with opener making it hard to operate. Wich it does! After going through three different openers, now I know how to fix it. Easy Open Door is not just "Easy", it is also "Above and Beyond". Thank you!

EZ Open Garage Door Company in Lakeside California is a very good company. I believe they have two offices that serve all of San Diego county and possibly beyond. They showed up on time and replaced my broken 32 year old Clopay garage door torsion springs in under one hour. They also lubed, adjusted and installed the 2 bottom rollers for no additional charge.

I was in the construction industry for 35 years. Working on garage doors can be very dangerous. Some jobs should be done by licensed professionals. EZ very professional, friendly and at a fair price. I can highly recommend this company. Good people!

I explained the nature of my problem and she had me an appointment the very next morning. Devin, the technician, arrived right on time. He was friendly and efficient and with his expertise the job was done very quickly - which I appreciated very much! I used Easy Door Company to replaced the torsion spring on my garage door because of the high recommendation of a friend of mine. I was extremely please by the speed, professionalism and quality of the replacement spring. Randy came out and replaced both springs and turned up my door operation in half an hour. He was able to come out on the same day I contacted them which was a relief! I thanked my friend for recommending them and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone else!

We had some windows installed by window world and they broke our garage door so last Thursday I got some quotes and Easy Open Door Company was the only one to reply right away with a flat rate for the door and opener. By Noon on Monday I had a brand new, super quiet garage door installed. You really can't ask for more than that but I got more anyway. The installers were awesomely fast, on time, knowledgeable, and left zero mess behind.

My garage door can't be closed, I see the company sticker on the wall, so I called, a lady answered my phone but unfortunately no one can come this afternoon to fix it. But the lady is very helpful she taught me how to manually close the door and regenerate the opener. It fixed! I can not believe that she can be so helpful, thank you! Very friendly and helpful! I highly recommended it.

So the butthole HOA made me replace some panels of my garage door, so I set out on a quest to find a company to do so and not get ripped off. I found about 8 companies on Yelp, but Easy Open wasn't one of them for some reason. (I don't remember even seeing them.) Then one fortuitous day, I ran across Easy Open's ad in a mailer that came in the snailmailbox.

I figured, "why not?" so I added them to the list. Well, the other companies told me my original garage door company was no longer in business or it would take 16 weeks to get the door or told me they could do it but gave me a high price quote (this company I'd used 4 years ago to install a door opener and I felt I got taken to the cleaners then.this just confirmed it). Well, Easy Open was the opposite of all of them.

They said they could get the door panels and sent out a technician to take a look. Their price quote was reasonable, and they said they could do it the next week, which I appreciated because aforementioned butthole HOA had set a tight deadline for me to do this project. My main point of contact was Michelle over text, and she was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

On install day, it was a great and quick experience. Devin came out, and he was fantastic. He even took care to lube up and wipe down all the interior hinges as well as the giant spring above the door as a bonus. Overall, I very highly recommend Easy Open. I've already recommended them to my neighbor who is also in butthole HOA's sights, and my boss has asked me for a recommendation too. Thank you, Easy Open, for making dealing with you not sucky, for the reasonable price, for the responsiveness, and installing the panels. Much appreciated.

Used Google to request a quote. They called within an hour and gave me advice on how to get my replacement remote easily closer to where I live. You know a business is amazing when they are honest enough to forgo a sale. If I need anything in this realm again, I'll be calling them for sure!

I don't write many reviews, but I feel compelled to write one for Easy Open Door Company because they were FANTASTIC! We had this exact same door on our old house in Alpine that was installed by a large, well-known chain store. This time around, I wanted to find a local business rather than a national chain (honestly, I'd rather give my money to a family-owned business especially during these crazy Covid times). I stumbled upon Easy Open and I am so happy we went with them! Their pricing was lower and they installed this door faster than the big chain store!

If you are looking to upgrade your garage door, I highly recommend Easy Open Door Company! From the ladies in the office (Michelle and Sherrie), Randy who came out to measure my new door, to the installers Brian and Josh. are all TOP NOTCH and provided excellent service! We had a well known chain store install this exact same door on our old house in Alpine, so this time around I did a little door shopping and stumbled upon Easy Open. Not only were they less expensive, they were able to install it faster than the big chain store! I could not be happier!

I called and Easy Open Door Co., answered right away, prompt and professional. The owner, Michelle was super accommodating with my schedule to set an appointment time. Randy showed up right on time and was also very professional. In my case, I have a 'mandate' from my HOA : to use a very specific door type, and unfortunately Easy Open Door doesn't work with the particular manufacturer and couldn't provide an estimate to do the install of a new door.

Despite this, I have to give them 5 stars for being so professional and courteous. even when they saw my 25 yr old 'Genie' opener! lol. I'd highly recommend this company for their honesty. I was even surprised to get a followup call from them to reiterate why they don't carry this particular type of door.

I had been planning to replace my chain garage door for months, but had been putting it off until one of my springs broke. I reviews the "how to replace springs" on YouTube and combined with replacing the garage door opener, I did not want to deal with it so I requested quotes on Yelp. Easy Open Door Company was quick to respond and had fair price, but what stands out is the service.

Very friendly and courteous on the phone and the technician who came out. He replaced my garage door opener, springs and installed my keypad as well in a very short amount of time. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

A few weeks ago our Opener broke down and after much research we decided to go with Easy Open. Devin gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving which was much appreciated as it allowed me to place our pups in a quiet area. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work.
