I was locked out of my car. This company was dispatched by AAA to help me. Not only did the driver never show up. The app was showing that the driver was at my location. I called the company to see where the driver was after waiting for an hour. Their response was, " I can't get a hold of the driver. Just keep looking for a white van with the letters CDA on the side." Horrible experience with this company.

Will not recommend anyone to get service with this company. I was told 45 mins to 1 hour they would arrive to unlock my keys out my Mercedes-Benz. It actually took them 2 hours and 10 mins which i had to cancel my plans that i had prepaid for, if they would have came in the time frame that i was told then i could have still continued my plans, after 1 hour of waiting i tried calling the after hour number it rung a few times and nobody answer then i called 2 other tomes after that and nobody still didnt answer and on the 3rd and 4th try ot started going straight to the voicemail. Which clearly lets me know it was purposely sent to voicemail. The customer service is treble and i would hate to see anybody else go tho what i had to go though.

Great Company! My name is Heather, I own Paradise Luxury Dog Resort in Palm Bay. It is extremely important to have a reliable gate system to keep our dogs safe. I trusted CDA to supply and install our system and they exceeded my expectations. Every person at CDA was a pleasure to work with. The price was competitive, they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and the installers were very freindly. I highly recommend CDA I would definately use them again.

Company installed fire door with light kit and broke the glass during install. they assured me they would repair the glass however. upon following up with CDA I was told that they never did any work at my place of business. Finally I got in touch with a manager who informed me that they did do the work here but they didn't break the glass. both people that I spoke with were extremely unprofessional and rude. I hope they own up and make this right as I am still in the process of trying to get this resolved. So far terrible company.
