We had Better View install our lanai hurricane shutters. We highly recommend Better View to everyone! The workers, including Eran, Josie, Nick, John and Renato are extremely knowledgable, professional, and attentive to one's every need. The ensured all work would be perfect for us! And Angelica, the coordinator, was most helpful in organizing our project and ensuring everything would be to our satisfaction. And, of course, all is PERFECT!

Are you thinking of replacing your windows? LOOK NO FURTHER. Betterview Windows owner, Angelina, personally came out to our home and measured all the windows. She thoroughly explained the different types of windows (we live near the beach & wanted Impact windows all around). The next day, 8am, we received an emailed quote. Once we accepted the job, her crew came out to 'officially' measure the windows.
A few weeks later, the windows were in & the crew came to install. The total installation took approx. 2 days. Sure, the house was a little dusty-- which we totally expected as the windows had never been updated, but they fully cleaned up their work as they went along. I was actually very impressed with their cleanliness. We loved their work so much, we installed new windows in another property we own.

Bryan and Evan did an outstanding job installing a shutter on the dining room window in my 12th floor corner unit condo. I was especially impressed with the excellent electrical work they did to allow for remote control usage. Anjelica also did an exceptional job in scheduling the work. Betterview provided a great customer experience. Contracted to replace all the doors, windows and hurricane shutters. It's a big investment and an important decision. From sales to installation, the experience was top notch. Doors, windows and shutters were excellent quality. The Betterview team provided expert installation, done to code, they were punctual, trustworthy, easy to work with, cleaned up at end of day and had a good attention to detail. Highly recommend them.

My large motorized hurricane shutter would not descend. So, who better to call for repair and maintenance than the Betterview company who built and installed the 8 shutters in 2006. At the appointment time Ryan, Renato, and Eran called to say they'd be on their way soon and actually arrived shortly afterwards. They were so pleasant and knowledgable and talked of the company with pride, and for good reason - the product is of excellent quality and so is their service.
I was pleased to hear the shutters are in excellent condition and will last a long time. Ryan told me what to learn for when a problem might be developing. A quick aside, as they were leaving i mentioned I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The guys identified the source, marked it a paper scrap so i could find it again and told me what it would take to fix it - all in a couple of minutes. that's the kind of guys they are. i would not hesitate to recommend them.

From the first call to Angelica I felt as if I had contacted someone who actually cared about the problem I had with my hurricane shutters she assured me she would have techs out in the time frame I had to work with and she did the service work, professionalism and knowledge the techs displayed was beyond a five star. Betterview replaced all the windows in our condo at Sea Towers of Mederia Beach, Florida. The price was right in the ballpark with their competitors. The experience was A++. They worked around our schedule (to and from Montana) after they ordered and when they were installed. Everyone we were in contact with was a great joy to work with. They are very honest people that want your job went smoothly. Highly recommend.
