My wife and I highly recommend that you please avoid supporting this business. BIG MISTAKE IF YOU DO! Let us tell you why. Had to call over a dozen times to get someone to help us. We need four basic white basic Roman interior doors that that had warn over the years. Finally after asking for a manager the secretary took down my complaint and said a manager was going to call us very soon.
The manager never, never called us. After months of waiting we tried one more time to reach them. Finally got through to them. They put me through to a salesman called Kofi on the phone. He was nice. He told me it would cost about $80 a door. We thought that seemed like a good price. He lied. We drove to Springville a couple of days later from Lehi and met with Kofi but took 25 minutes before helping us as we waited outside.
As soon as he started measuring our old doors, he started tacking on fees after fees after fees. The total for four basic doors totaled almost $800! But we needed the doors badly and were already out there. Then he proceeded to say if there were anything wrong with the way they cut the doors we would be responsible and they would not recut the doors if they messed up on the cutting!
They took almost two months to deliver because they were backlogged. This price did NOT include installing our new doors. They refused to throw away our old doors! We had to buy new hinges and doorknobs and they refused to put those on for us. On the delivery a teenage kid newly hired threw our new white doors in the back of a dirty rusty pickup with water and when he arrived two of the doors were soaked in water at the top.
I demanded they replace two doors! Kofi as the tightwad greedy person he was said he would only replace one door and would sand the other door. What? Anyway that took another week! And the most frustrating thing of all they never apologized. Horrible customer service. All they wanted was our money. Greedy, greedy, greedy company! If you want to be treated like dirt shop at CR doors.

As a contractor it's important for a supplier to be able to efficiently meet our supply needs. We have used every supplier in the valley and have found that CR Doors is the most consistent. When time is important and quality can't be compromised they have our recommendation. New offices and a new showroom. Greater capacity to meet our needs.

They don't want your business. I walked-in to place an order about a year and a half ago. They placed the order, leisurely and at their own pace. In fact, my doors sat there for several days and I only found out they were ready after calling in myself. But these days, that is not terrible customer service. I have tried many, many times to reach them by phone since to make additional orders.
It is comical at this point how difficult it is to reach a sales person. It always rings long enough that the call goes to the receptionist. She then answers and transfers to sales, it then goes to voicemail, which is full and cannot accept new messages. A few months ago I eventually ordered a new pantry door from somewhere else and today was the last straw for them to get my business for 3 barn doors and a new front door. I will not be attempting to call them back.

We ordered all new fiberglass Therma-Tru outside doors with composite frames and brickmoulding. We wanted custom paint & trim on the outside, so we are painting all of them ourselves. Benjamin Moore Aura is excellent over a primer coat. Jim, the sales rep at C R Doors has been terrific to work with. He takes our calls, returns calls when out of the office, and has stayed on top of our order the whole time.
With the huge housing demand recently the doors took quite a while to arrive. We are actually still waiting for one odd-sized door. The only reason I took off one star was because the workmanship in putting on the hardware was sloppy on several doors. I expect crisp cuts, not ragged splintered wood that needs to be glued or just tolerated for the next 30 years. Also, the sweeps were all screwed in and many of the holes were not centered between the fins.
It looks careless and I think the ones that tuck up in the door are better quality. A sharp tool and a little more care would have earned a 5 star. These door are very expensive. The rest of the workmanship was excellent. The craftsmen were professional, respectful and resourceful when they helped us load the doors on our trailer. (Don't understand though why Therma - Tru would use particle board as a base for the bottom of their fiberglass doors.
Even though it is covered by a rubber sweep, particle board absorbs water and swells. It rains and snows here in Utah. I painted over it hoping to make it more water resistant. I do not want to replace these doors ever again.) Overall I am pleased with C R Doors and would use them again. They are locally owned and convenient to our home which we really appreciate.

Horrible customer service, we will never use again. Our order had to be custom ordered and picked up at a later date. We called before we left to make sure it was ready to be picked up and they said it was. When we arrived my husband went into the office and then went out to the shop and rang the little bell for assistance. He rang the bell 3 different times, first 2 times two different guys walked out looked at him and walked away without even saying anything to him. (We were the ONLY people there to be helped, it's not like they were busy) then after the 3rd time he rang the bell they finally came out irritated and asked what he needed.
They then spent 30 minutes just trying to locate our order. We were there for an hour waiting for them to load our trailer, then while loading it they broke some of it and now they have to reorder it again. No apologies, and every employee had an attitude and could care less about the customer just wanted us out of the way. We live 1 hour away from their shop and they won't even deliver for THEIR mistake. Horrible horrible.
Definitely go elsewhere. EDIT: After reading my review they reached out and did deliver the wood they broke without charge. Nothing was ever discussed about the horrible customer service or experience but the wood was a good product and worked great for our project.

This was brand new construction and I ordered 15 pre-hung custom doors from CR doors. Kofi the sales rep was very patient with working with us through the process. No complaints so far. When the doors were delivered they damaged our 1 day old drywall in our garage. I was obviously upset and I called the rep Kofi and I was transferred to dispatch to talk to them and then I was told I needed to speak with the GM.
I have called and left messages and no response. Also, around 4-5 "custom" doors were damaged. I called in to see what happened and I wanted something to be done. I am not sure why new custom doors would be damaged. I was told to send them back and they would try to patch and bondo the doors or if they need to order new ones it would be 4-6 weeks. I was also told that I would still be paying full price for some basically salvaged doors.

I called in yesterday about a panel on our custom front door that had shifted enough to let light in. Kevin said he'd see what he could do and let me know. I honestly didn't expect to hear back as we've had the door for two years. Next thing I know on New Year's Day Clint the owner shows up to fix my door! Customer service like that is very hard to find and I'm beyond impressed. I will definitely be recommending CR Doors.
