Ended up getting a new camera / lenses and a bag; been coming here for 8 years so it's a no brainer for me. Do remember to check their hours as they might be closed when you have a public holiday great shop for sure!

The only reason I visit NYC. Most come for the shows and sites. That stuff is all great but this place is the jam! I've spent more money than I'd like to admit here and don't see myself stopping anytime soon!

I HAVE BEEN TO THIS STORE TWICE, THE FIRST TIME I WENT A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE SOUND DEPARTMENT HELP ME, ZACH HE WAS INCREDIBLY PATIENT, HE SHOWED ME EVERYTHING MICROPHONE, EXPLAIN HOW EACH OF THEM WORK AND WHAT WAS BEST FOR ME, HE DID PRICE MATCH FOR ME HE WAS NOT JUST TRYING TO MAKE A SELL, HE ALSO DOESN'T GET COMMISSION, SO THAT WASN'T THE CASE, HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT I NEED TO CREATE A GOOD POD CAST, AND THE TYPE OF TOOLS I NEEDED. NEXT UP MRS. RACHEL FROM THE CAMERA DEPARTMENT UPSTAIRS SHE SHOWED ME SO MANY CAMERAS AND EXPLAINED IT SO ELOQUENTLY SO THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND TECH TALK, ANOTHER SUPER DUPER INCREDIBLE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, MRS. RACHEL WAS SO EXCITED TO TALK ABOUT WHAT SHE LOVED DOING REFERRING TO THE CAMERA QUALITY AND THAT MADE ME SMILE. WHEN I TELL YOU I TRAVEL ALL OVER THE PLACE AND THESE 2 REPRESENTATIVES WERE GREAT HUMAN BEINGS AND LOVED WHAT THAT DO MADE ME PROUD TO BE AN ARTIST, WHEN YOU HIRE PEOPLE TO REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY THIS IS THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF WORKMAN SHIP YOU COULD HAVE, WELL DONE B.H MANAGER FOR HIRING THESE WONDERFUL PEOPLE, ALL THE STAFF I MET THERE WERE VERY VERY NICE. I am a street photographer from Chinatown and sunset Park Brooklyn NYC and It's a blessing to live in NYC and have this in my backyard. Easy pick up system. Everyone is always very nice. Especially the used section team. Everyone is very knowledgeable

My first time here, blown away by the extensive stock and expert help. I had a short time to visit serval sections for my iPhone 13 pro accessories for recording on the field (audio, external storage, lighting, tripods, headphones) and each section was crucial for my decision making. I left empowered with my new gear. Big shout our to Glendene for her kind help in checking my bags and coat or else I would not have been free to run around like a child in a candy store. Can't wait to visit again next time I'm in town.

So easy to pick up equipment on the way to an Installation. Didn't miss a beat. Better than waiting for a delivery and then simple to pick up extra resources if necessary. All on a Sunday. Not too shabby. Best day for a tech install (no encroachers).

This is the sanctuary for any visual arts lover. As a long time photographer, B&H was on my bucket list and did not disappoint. The staff and inventory here are incredible. Don't miss the opportunity to bask in the tech glory this mega store offers.

1st time customer who will not be spending money again at B and H. Ordered laptop which arrived on time, but you would not believe how it was packed. They just threw the laptop box inside a shipping box with zero packaging. The shipping box was open and the laptop box was just banging around inside. Are you kidding me? This is how you ship electronics? The person packing my item up should be fired!

I have been shopping at B&H for many years. What I like most is the large assortment of cables, fasteners, velcro straps, clamps, super-clamps, and endless other types of small but necessary peripheral items, stands, tripods, extension poles, auto-poles and digital hubs. Their sales persons never rush me or use high pressure sales tactics. In fact they often educate me while verbally sharing their knowledge in a way that I can understand.
