You just won't find better customer service. Spring broke on our door on a Friday morning. Couldn't get cars out to get to work. They were here within 45 minutes to fix the door and get us out. Sue answers the phone and is super friendly and helpful. If you get Randel to do the work, you won't find a better, more knowledgeable guy. We won't go anywhere else for our garage door service.ever.

From my initial call all the way through the finished work I was greatly pleased with Doors and More. Receptionist actually answered the phone, gave me flexible timeframe options that could work for me. and my technician Dave was knowledgable and all in all a great guy. I called four times in the last couple days, and no answer or return phone call. I was 100% set on buying from these guys, but since they can't answer the phone, I guess someone else will make $500 to install a garage door opener for me. If you're too cheap to staff for incoming calls, then you clearly don't care about your business thriving. Don't be cheap. staff for calls or lose business.

The one sale you would've gotten from me would have paid for you to staff an employee for half a week. If this happens five times a week, you are losing $2000-2500 in business EVERY WEEK! Don't be cheap, invest in your business.

I had a big box store install a new garage door and shortly after had some issues with it. A few years ago, my parents had used Doors and More for a garage door purchase and install and were very pleased. I contacted their office and Sue was very knowledgeable and professional. Randall came out, addressed my garage door issues, took the time to explain and rectified what was needed. He was thorough, professional and courteous. I wish I had gone with the specialists in the first place! I highly recommend as this company is truly Doors AND MORE!

Just have to give a shout out to Doors and More of Medina. our garage door spring died this past Saturday morning and we had major issues opening the door to get the cars out. We had no choice but to wait til Monday to get it repaired. My husband called at 8am. The company gave us a two hour window, but were here within the first two minutes of the window. The repair man was kind and helpful and answered all of my questions. The price was awesome. I can't recommend this company highly enough!

Nothing but good things to say about this company. Starting from the initial phone call, the service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and they were able to squeeze in a same day appointment and accommodate my work schedule. The technician Randall was very professional but kind and made the repair look easy. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family and will not hesitate to call again when needed.

Last Thanksgiving we had a elderly family member accidentally drive into our garage door, pinning my wife's car inside. She needed it to get to work the next day. Doors and More came out to our house, and was able to get the door open to where we could get the car out. The next day they came and replaced the damaged panels and had everything working again. They helped us during a real emergency and at a price we could afford. Great Service! Thank you so much.

I felt good about this from beginning to end. I had called some other places, one was too expensive, another was shady but Doors and More were great. Not only did they do the spring repair for me at a great price but they were onsite within an hour of calling and it wasn't even an emergency. The technician Dave was great. Talked me through the issues and even gave me some tips on what to look for on the rest of my door issues.

I really want to give this business 2 stars, but my husband says 3. When we set up the appointment, we were given an 11am-1pm window. Their guy (Randall) showed up at 3:30pm. Hubby even called to inquire and they said he would be there by 2pm. No phone call to say he was running late, no apology. The only thing he did well was repair our garage door quickly, but not before patronizing my husband (for not knowing what the problem was). I'm not at all impressed by the experience, but I am grateful to have an automatic garage door that works.
