All seasons came recommended by our realtor. We are in the works of getting our home ready to be put on the market. We had our contractor take measurements of all our windows and gave it to the sales guy who who was working in the front. He apparently put in the wrong measurement for one of our double windows. I mistakenly signed off on the invoice without double checking and when it came time to install the windows, we realized that it was too large.
Instead of admitting their mistake, they accused me of not double checking the order invoice. Ok, I admit, that I was wrong on that part. But what kind of customer service is that? How do you not take accountability on your employees mistake? Now as for the quality, oh boy. The pictures will speak for themselves. One window came with a broken piece.
Not only did we order new windows from there, we also had them replace a broken glass from one of our windows. They charged us $90 for what looks like a shoddy job. I am beyond disgusted at them. I should have went with my gut after reading the reviews. I will not recommend this company to anyone else and my realtor will probably no longer refer anyone to this place again. Save yourself the headache and money. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY! Edit : I just realized that I cannot post photos on this review. I will be posting them on yelp and Facebook.

All Seasons Doors and Windows located in East Brunswick, NJ : In 2004, I had the misfortune of contacting a home improvement contractor by name of Alex for replacing my windows. He showed a few windows and then recommended that if I wanted replacement of my windows for a reasonable price, I should consider getting installed windows manufactured by All Seasons Doors and Windows.
I agreed without checking out this company nor did I check out Amy Construction. Alex installed all the replacement windows in 2004 and charged me about $8000 for replacing about 12 windows, some big and some small. These are vinyl windows. Within six months, window cranking parts and locks started breaking. Alex replaced the cranking parts twice and then started charging me $50 per cranker each time these parts broke down.
As I needed to continue to have these parts replaced, Alex stopped responding to my phone calls. One by one, all crankers started to break down and it was then that I realized that I had no choice but to replace all the windows once again, which I will be doing this year. I have spent more than $500 on replacing broken parts but these parts continue to break. Windows manufactured by All Seasons don't seem bad but their hardware is of very poor quality.
I explained this to the company staff but nothing came out of this. I would definitely not recommend buying these windows, unless the company changes the hardware on these windows. I cannot find Amy Construction on Google. I wish he had not charged me an arm and a leg for installing these windows.
