Excellent company to deal with. We had someone else look at our garage door opener. He charged us over $300 and did not fix the problem. We contacted Overhead Door. They sent a serviceman to the house. He diagnosed the problem. We decided to have them install a new garage door opener. Rick & Peter installed a new opener. They did an excellent job.

We couldn't be more pleased. We will definitely use this company again for any future garage door jobs. Also, very nice and professional people in the office for scheduling any work.

Kevin, Ricky and Fred did a great job installing custom doors and openers. Everything was installed perfectly and everything programed (including cars). They removed old doors, openers and packing material leaving the area spotless. Carl, who also helped design the doors, followed up and checked all adjustments the following week.

We received estimates from two companies for garage door replacement due to damage. The first company was much higher priced and said it would be months before they could get our door. Overhead door was priced reasonably, had our door in stock and told us we could submit the damage to our homeowner's policy which we hadn't even considered. Keven and Fred were the technicians who did a great job. They were very friendly, professional and explained everything they would do when they started and when the job was completed. Highly recommend.

Great service by the entire team, starting with Carl who took the sales order. Justin helped us in timely scheduling for the installation. The installation tech Ricky did an amazing work and left the place clean post installation. There was a minor cosmetic issue, the general manager, Alfredo stopped by at our home, helped sort the issue and very next day Keven came to fix the decorative accents. Overall great service & experience.

I recently had Overhead Door come install a new unit. Everything about this sales/installation experience went very smoothly. Making an appointment was easy and the tech, Eric, who came out was courteous, friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. I am super happy with my new unit and would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

The initial contact in the showroom went well, then Carl came to our home to measure. With supply chain issues, there was a bit of a wait for the doors to come in, but the installation with Ricky was great; minor adjustment was needed and Carl came out to handle that himself. We needed to follow up to get status, so wish they had been a bit more proactive in updating us, but overall a good experience

I first used Overhead Door back in 1991 to install new garage doors and 2 electric openers on a new home I purchased. I had the openers serviced over the years and was always pleased with the service. After 30 years I needed to replace the openers and decided to get new doors as well. I went to their store and was helped by Carl. He was able to show me what the new doors would look like on my garage. Also, he helped me pick out the new garage door openers and explained the upgrades.

I was notified when the doors and openings came in and we set an appointment for installation. The technician arrived within the scheduled time. My technician was Ricky. He was outstanding. After completing the job, he thoroughly explained how everything worked. Before he left, he swept out my garage. I have been a customer for 30 years and recommend Overhead Door Company. Their product and service is outstanding.

John provided a great service today. Being a new owner of our house he gave me a review of the state of our garage doors and the most cost effective way to address the current issues we are experiencing. I felt he was fair and could tell he was not out to have us do something more than needed to be done. Thanks, John. In our Amherst Mews Community in Basking Ridge, we have historically had one provider and installer for over 100 homes. Overhead Door Company of Central Jersey is top notch in explaining the project, and delivering enduring value and service in between Thanks to Justin and Ricky who did the assembly and installation.

Called Overhead Door company to get a new door opener. Discussed several different types that were recommended by Carl. Carl sent me over videos to check out along with pros and cons of the different choices. Carl was very professional and did not pressure me into any unwanted items other than the door opener. Scheduled with Ali and followed up. with Justin. Installer Rolly arrived promptly when told he would arrive and did a first class installation. Carl followed up with a phone call and in person visit to make sure all was good with the install and made several recommendations to make my overhead door operate that much better. Will be using the company in the new year to make the repairs.

Great company to work with. I don't have a google account so I am using my daughters for the review. My service was on 12/1/2021 at 8:00am. My technician was David J. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me he knew what the problem was and would take care of the problem and knock on the door when done. To my surprise that is exactly what happened instead of drama which is so often the case with service providers today.

Carl was the sales rep who was great in explaining our options. Very patient in creating visuals which made it so much easier to make a decision. Kevin and Eric were very friendly and competent. They stayed with the job until completed to their high standards. They even went beyond the necessary by installing light bulbs for me. A simple task but still much appreciated. Highly recommend this Overhead Door team. Carl helped us design our door and provided recommendations with upfront pricing. He didn't upsell anything, but rather listened to our needs. Once we agreed on style and price, Justin was prompt in scheduling the install, adjusting to some last minute changes needed. On the day of install, Keven and Eric showed up on time.

We reviewed everything, they double checked the site to ensure no issues. They were great at communicating what was going to be done and how. They worked efficiently, but took the time to ensure everything was installed correctly and setup was programmed. At the end, they showed us all the features and took their time to make sure we had no questions. Overall, great experience for a new install. Will continue to use this team for future needs.

Went into their show room to schedule a service call, all staff were very friendly and got me service date and time that fit my busy schedule well. Their quote came in better than a couple other places I called so of course I agree! The day comes and Sean called me to let me know the exact time he would be here, provided there service shockingly. quick and went over future options and reccomendtions.

Overhead Door installed our garage doors about 15 years ago and recently one of the springs snapped causing the door not to fully open (which is a great safety measure). We called as soon as it happened (late in the afternoon) and two technicians were scheduled to come to our home first thing the next morning. These guys were great! They were. pleasant and efficient in fixing the issue -- they actually replaced both springs on the door since if one snapped, it was likely the other would before long.

From Carl who came to take measurements and insured that my oversized car would still fit once the motor was put it in to Keven and Ernie who installed it after having to do quite a bit of prep work! My service call today was perfect. David James, the tech, was in out and within 10 min after fixing the 2 issues that my door was having. He was extremely professional and his experience was evident. Wish all service calls went so smoothly!

The tech, Rolando showed up on time, he was conscientious about the COVID situation and fixed exactly what we needed to be fixed. Rolando was very courteous as well.

Scheduled repairs for 9-11am. They called and changed 1-3pm. Called at 3:30 and said 2-4pm. Called at 4 pm to change again. Told them I had enough and would find someone reliable. Horrible customer service. No regard for my time.

Since we started using Overhead door several years ago our garage door has worked seamlessly. Whenever we do have an issue they respond very quickly and are here within a short period of time. Marc G is a great, skilled and knowlegible technician. We are very very pleased with this company and high recommend.

This great experience started with the Salesman Carl. Carl showed up on time prepared with brochures, color swatches and option description. This process was every smooth and easy. On the day of installation I had the great pleasure to meet Justin and Omar. They were also punctual and professional. They got right to work. Finished the 2 door installation, took the old stuff away and cleaned up. Couple of Pros for sure! Thank you Carl, Justin and Omar!

First I want to say my installer Ricky did a great job and truly professional. I am giving a poor review because it took for ever to get any response from these people. Once they sent someone out it took 3 weeks to get an acknowledgement that they could not replace the broken panel but had to replace the door. Then it took a month before Ricky came and installed it. RICKY GREAT his company acts like they don't need your business.

I had an amazing customer service experience with David James! David came this morning to address an issue I had with my garage door. He came in, introduced himself and began to assess the door while asking me additional questions. Once he determined it was user-error (LOL!), he simply walked me through the problem, educated me and asked if there were additional questions.

Overhead replaced the torsion spring on my 7x16 garage door about 3 years ago. One of the springs has already failed and Overhead refuses to stand behind their work. Wouldn't even offer a discount on a new set of springs! Awful customer service! In response, to your response - you were given an opportunity to address the situation as the original person that answered the phone declined to do anything other than charge me full price for new springs. That's why I requested to speak with the manager. The manager simply supported the same unthoughtful answer. He said it wasn't unusual for a new spring to fail in less than 3 years.

Our garage door springs needed replacement so we called Overhead Door as we previously used them to replace our garage openers. Marco called ahead as we requested and he was right on time. He was professional, courteous and completed the spring, pulley and cable replacement in a little over an hour. From scheduling to completion of the job to total satisfaction, at a reasonable price, you can't beat Overhead Door. They will be our first and only call if we need any work on our garage doors completed in the future.

Marc G. did a great job installing and even oiled up my system for me. I have had very positive experiences with this company since they installed both garage door systems in 2012. This repair was due to someone not pulling their car in all the way and the part got snapped off on the license plate. Luckily, part and install was just $100. Worth it! I give this place good marks for their product quality and the courtesy and skill of the technician, Marco, who arrived on time, on the day we were promised. He did an immaculate job of removing the 2 old doors and assemblies as well as installing the new doors and stepping us through everything, down to helping program the home link feature in my car.

The only glitch we had was there was a color mismatch of 1 piece of trim but Marco worked around that and then returned to correct the trim once the correct piece had been delivered. The doors are whisper quiet and look great. Overall, happy campers! FrankB Far Hills, NJ

My Mom's garage door had been broken for years. I called Overhead Door Company of Central Jersey, spoke to John & gave him my best explanation of the problem. Per his request, I emailed him some photos of the mangled metal garage door handle & rod. We scheduled a time for them to be out there, which was a bit tricky since I was not able to be present during the entire time. Rolando arrived within the agreed two hour time slot.

He quickly assessed the issue & came up with a smart & cost effective solution to the problem. Instead of taking the complicated & expensive route of keeping me waiting for days until new parts arrived, he was able to straighten the bent bar in his truck & repair the garage door, with service, within 60 minutes, at a very reasonable rate. I've used Overhead Door (Branchburg) many times & will continue to do so. Highly recommend.
