Absolutely the worst service and customer service we have ever dealt with. Called numerous times, spoke with them about receiving a quote, sent all the requested information, followed up via e-mail numerous times and was told that "I fell through the cracks". When we disclosed our discontentment on this response, their response was even worse. Would give this company 0 stars if I could. How do you conduct a business by not quoting or returning people's phone calls and e-mails? Highly recommend to look elsewhere.

I recently worked with Joe at Falmouth Glass to come and measure my custom shower project. Joe was extremely responsive, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and professional. He drove a long distance and was very willing to accommodate my schedule. All things considered, THE best contractor I have ever worked with. I would definitely recommend.

The best customer service ever! The Cape was having a heat wave and I needed a plexi glass window cut for my portable air conditioner. I had relatives coming over for the 4th of July, and the guest room was like an oven. Brian overheard my dilemma and stepped in and said he would personally cut the plexi glass for me. It was ready in about 1 hour. They have my business for life and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality work, and more important great customer service! D.G. Lawrence Mashpee, MA

Bid was one thing install another Had to withhold Credit card payment to get any response for cheap install materials. Why would you pay for a frameless glass shower and end up with aluminum channel? Then it leaks. They say they will fix it but they never return calls or emails Search elsewhere for your shower "frameless" glass

I almost didn't call this place based on the one negative review here. First I called the other glass co. in town, and because I was a little surprised at the price quoted for a SMALL rectangular table topper (and was dismayed by the fact that they are two weeks behind), I started shopping around online. Well, every single online glass co. I found was somewhat-to-considerably more expensive.
Only one was a few dollars cheaper - until they added in shipping costs, and that made it almost double. So I figured I'd end up with the other glass co. in town and just wait two weeks, but before calling them back to place my order, I decided to give Falmouth Glass a shot. Well much to my surprise and delight, not only did a real person actually pick up the phone (no pushing buttons to route my call), but I had a quote in no time and it was for almost $17 cheaper than the other place. Plus, they were only about a week and a half out, so I went with them - and after today's experience (and education) I will likely go right back to them for any future glass needs.

I'm really shocked at any unflattering reviews of this place, I've been going there for years even when the father Bernie owned it. Such good work and kind people there. I recently had Shower doors and mirrors installed in my home in Falmouth and my 2 rental properties on Martha's vineyard. I'm very happy with all the work done. And recommend them often! This is a good glass shop owned by good people!

I bought a pretty $20 print, but the glass cracked in my car on the way home. I called Falmouth Glass and Mirror and asked them how much to replace it. They asked me to measure the length and width, and I did so. They said they would replace the glass for $7 for that size. So I dropped it off, and tried to pay for it up front. They said I could pay for it when I picked it up. Well, I wish I had gotten the quote in writing, because they charged me $13.75! Almost double their quote, and nearly the cost of the whole print! I won't be using them again--and if you do, GET IT IN WRITING.

I recently had installed a glass door for my newly remodeled walk-in shower on the first floor. It was a 3/8 glass and brush nickel hardware with a baked water repellent. I had 3 different quotes from various companies for the installation. My wife and I chose to hire Falmouth Glass & Mirror for a number of reasons. After experiencing different sales persons from the first visits, the way they measure and justifying the cost, their treatment of the customer, our decision came naturally.
Everything the sales persons did and not did, said and not said, somehow played roles in making the decision. Hard guess work it was, but we are very glad that we decided to work with this company and Joe, the sales person and the installation team. Joe was a very easy going and happy person at his visits, and professional throughout from estimation and proposals to after-services.
Price was competitive against other companies. The installing crew of two gentlemen were polite and precise. Five days after installation, we had a minor leak of water along the corner of the marble threshold, an obvious faulty work of the tile installer not the door installer. When I emailed Joe about the problem, after the business hour, he almost immediately replied to set the date for examination.
The next day, the same two crew members came and attached a round shaped metal peace along the threshold to prevent water flowing out. Aesthetically well done and functional. They solved the problem. At no charge. Very pleasantly. They made my wife's birthday a very happy one. I highly recommend the work of the Falmouth Glass & Mirror and its employees.
