Curtis from Discount Glass and Window, Inc came to our home to give a quote for replacing a set of windows that had gone bad. Curtis is Customer Focused and Honest. He saved me more than $2500 by redirecting me to warranty. Curtis lost $2500 business, but he earned my goodwill. In contrast, other contractors who visited my home told me that the warranty for my windows is expired.
