Kartak Glass

I had a shower door installed in my renovated bathroom. Final product is great. My original order was in November 2021 and final install was in April 2022. Original install was schedule for January 2022. The crew came out, installed the side lite to the door and then figured out the hardware for the door was incorrect so they could not install. Checking all the components prior install any pieces would have been a better move, but they just started installed without any QC. Having only the side lite installed for 4 months was a pain.

I suggest a bit more on the quality control front. Also, being a bit more proactive on the communication front would be nice. I had to call to get updates, they never reached out first. The only item that they were on top of the entire time was payment. If you want a nice shower door, I recommend them and would use them again. (BTW, their excuse for this is going to be supply chain)

Excellent service. I had the Citiquiet windows installed. They look great, and make the street noise MUCH quieter. Worth every penny of investment. This company is professional, and gets the job done.

I was looking for additional shelving for my walk in closet that they initially installed 11 years ago. They were very helpful with the design and got me what I needed. The entire team from start to finish was super friendly, quick and did a great job in providing what I needed and have it align with what was I Italy put into place.

I called to get a quote for replacing chrome shower doors and frames to either frameless or black frame. They were quick to answer and the work done was excellent. They saved me money using same footprint. Would recommend.

Kartak has done closets for us in the past and we turn to them again for our closet pantry, coat closet and an office closet (with printer). It was an excellent experience from measurement, to design, to installation. Every interaction was efficient and professional. I wanted a particular handle for the office drawers to match a credenza and Kartak worked with me to install them on the drawers.

We used AAA Kartak for our shower glass install and they were great to work with! The timeline for a quote and install was actually shorter than what they said. Working with them was easy and they were quick and responsive to any questions we had. The glass turned out beautiful and we have no complaints at all. Would definitely use them again!

The sales women was very nice and polite and understood my concerns. The installers were polite and professional and helpful. The mirrors turned out very nice. I did have to make the call and follow up on install date. Not a huge issue. Besides that, it was a good experience.

Extremely disappointing with the quality of work provided. I will not recommend them to anyone. The pictures speak for themselves. After doing a major kitchen renovation we wanted to install a glass backsplash. After waiting 2 months for the glass to be cut and installed, the workmanship was extremely poor. As you can see the finishes are inconsistent and it looks like a 3 year old made paint splotches along the bottom of the glass.

The Silicone is uneven and not consistent with color of countertop. Very very disappointing with their follow up and arrogant communication, and being told this is the way its supposed to be. I wonder if they would have accepted a paint job on their personal vehicle if the shop left marks like this. We will never never recommend them again. What a joke of a business.

Love my mirror, and the installers were very professional. Everyone I talked to on the phone was friendly and polite, but not very helpful. These are pandemic times, and supply chain issues are real, but even knowing that before I got started, getting information about installation scheduling was very frustrating.

From the beginning of our project we were very happy with this company. Communication, assistance on the design, drawings, delivery and installation, everything was perfect. The closets look perfect. Thank you.

Just fantastic. We moved into a new home and I had wanted to change the inside of one of the closets. Came by. Made a drawing. I approved. And because it was a small job the slid me onto the schedule. The guys were great. They cleaned up after so that you would never know they had been there. The closet is exactly what I wanted. Big 5 star thumbs up.

The closet design was exactly what we were looking for, good quality, and reasonable price. The installers worked quickly and made some creative on-site modifications to avoid a crawl space floor access that wasn't in the plan.

Good experience all around. Customer service was great. I had tons of questions and they were more than patient with me. The guy who came out to do the initial measurements for my shower glass was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced (apparently, the glass door I already had was oversized, so he recommended the new one be an inch narrower). The guys who came out to do the install were punctual and courteous and finished within an hour (for one glass door and one stationary piece).

They weren't the cheapest bid I got, but their proposal was VERY detailed, and I got the overall impression that they were determined to do the whole thing right. The glass has been installed for about a month now, and so far no issues. I would also recommend the HydroShield coating

I have had Kartak do three mirrors and a shower door. Every time they have done a great job. Their prices are fair, the sales staff are well informed, and the installers do a fast and excellent job. When the door handle of my my 15 year old shower door broke they told me where I could get a new one at less cost by ordering directly from their supplier!

They did an excellent job installing shelving in our garage and pantry. We would definitely use them again. Everything was installed on time with good attention to detail. They also asked to use our vacuum to help clean up the drywall dust.

Theses guys were great! There estimate was exactly what was charged. It was quality work. They spent the time to make sure the correct hardware was ordered. It arrived and was installed when the said it would be.

Careful about COVID precautions and great work. They did closets, shower doors, and huge mirrors for us and did a great job. High quality, reasonable prices, and very professional.

Rick, the design consultant, was efficient, friendly and responsive to my request for a quote for a frameless shower. Have worked with him on 2 bathroom remodels and he's been great. He is very experienced and talked me through changing hinges to ensure the best possible product. The installers were easy to work with and cleaned up afterwards. Pricing was fair. Horrible company, extremely rude to customers and ruined my shower door.

We did two closet organizers and three bathroom glass projects. Everything turned out great. Excellent customer service, Dustin made sure everything got ordered properly, and the end result is fantastic. Great job guys.

We just had two large master closets put in by AAA Kartak. We couldn't be happier! From the design to the install everyone was very nice and the installers Chris, Eli, and Seth were professional, clean and hard workers. On time and even staying late into a friday night to get it done. The price was several thousand less then some other well known companies. We have used Kaartak for our bathroom mirrors as well. Great company!

I was very happy with AAA Kartak. They did 2 shower doors and a privacy panel for us. Weston was extremely knowledgable and came up with great ideas. Next time I will call them first.

Dustin did a great design of our brand new walk-in closet and he had good ideas for how to achieve the look and functionality we were seeking. Prices were competitive for the level of service and customization we got for our closet system. The installers were professional and prompt and quick. Our closet is BEAUTIFUL and we couldn't be happier.

AAA Kartak was the highest bid I received. I choose them based on how professional and thorough the estimator was. I was not disappointed when the installers put in the glass shower surround. The did a fantastic job! The were on time and very respectful and my expectations were exceeded.

Excellent work and a great experience overall, would choose them any day again. We recently remodeled our master bathroom and had Kartak do the mirror and shower glass. They came out quickly for measuring and the sales guy (Cameron) was super professional and knowledgeable. Installation was equally good, great team and skilled craftsmen. Highly recommended!
