Clayton Glass and Mirror came out today to replace two sidelights on the original door of our mid century modern home. We loved being able to update the sidelights on the original solid wood door without replacing it. We also replaced a 119 inch picture window, which proved difficult to get out, but the team handled all obstacleswell. Everything looks great and the price was reasonable. Great job by the entire team! I would use them again.

Need more stars to rate my experience with the whole process of our new frameless glass shower door from Clayton Glass and Mirror. Seamless measuring from the first visit, great price on top quality products. The communication and willingness to help was amazing. Then on the day of install they call to let us know they are on the way and the two gentlemen that arrive (right on time) are very courteous and just pleasant to deal with.

The install progressed quickly with no problems, drilled into our new marble shower without breaking a tile and the door looks amazing. Fit was perfect and their attention to details was awesome. Even better the older of the two guys was constantly teaching the younger guy how to do things, you can tell this attitude comes from the top of this company.

First they misrepresented their quote. I was told they would take the entire shower enclosure down and put back up while fixing the hinge on the door. They came out and I had to provide them the parts that they didn't have. They fixed the door and recaulked around the enclosure. They did not take the entire enclosure down. The quote was for $400. I didn't worry about it at the time because the door was fixed or so I thought. 4 weeks later it came apart.

Now they don't want anything to do with it nor offer a refund. The worst part about it was a second person came out to fix the second time and gave up in the first 2 minutes. Terrible experience. I ended up fixing it myself. $400 for nothing. Don't waste your time. "based on how I was talking to him". I wasn't even there. I was at work. Furthermore I was never emailed a quote.

I was called about the price and the lady giving me the information said the whole enclosure would have to be taken down. So I have nothing to reference, not written anyway. Again I was fine with that as long as it had been repaired. Which it wasn't. After the second guy gave up, we talked and you were supposed to offer some solutions, even if it came down to replacing the entire enclosure. But, you never followed up.

You just forgot about me. The fact that you would write on here that I was talking badly to your tech, when I wasn't even there ought to be enough for anyone to see what they would be dealing with. The only person I was rude to was you by hanging up on you when I realized this was a waste of my time.

So far I'm very unsatisfied with them. 2 weeks ago they came out to measure my custom shower and told me I have a quote in a day or two. I called them and called them can called then until they finally told me they are waiting on a price from their supplier. Little do they know I am in construction my self not just a home owner remodeling his house.

I must say that Clayton Glass and mirror were very friendly, professional, prompt and gave me a quote quickly. Had the best price to get the job done. Also glad I went local. I learned a lot in the process both from researching myself to everyone with Clayton Glass. Anthony was nice and I was able to watch the whole install. Again learn a lot and he showed/talk me how everything was removed and installed.

In the beginning I thought of trying to do it myself to save a few bucks but very happy I didn't. Lol. Just FYI, if you call the big window companies their going to sales pitch you into getting all windows replaced. And the ones I talked with don't even do repairs. Hey came out knowing what the job was and wanted to flip me into doing them all. They didn't stay long.

Excellent service! I ordered a glass top for kitchen table. From start to finish Clayton Glass gave exceptional service. I measured the top wrong ( my error) and glass did not fit when delivered. They re-measured for me, cut again to fit, and brought back to me with no additional fee. I will definitely use them again and recommend you do as well.
