Not satisfied with this location. Family surprised me by tinting 'my car' while I was out of town but went to the WRONG location! Called and spoke to Eric for correction of concerns. He was extremely dismissive, condescending, and ghetto fabulous. Cary location will assist with correcting fails! Service: Vehicle window tinting

From calling on the phone to going in customer service was excellent. Eric was very informative and knowledgeable. It's so refreshing nowadays to do business with someone that likes their job. The Tint job looks really nice. I was nervous moving to an area where I don't know anybody and having to rely on Google reviews. Well the reviews about this company were 100% on target.

I have been getting my tint done here for a decade. There is NO ONE better in Raleigh. And the desk lady is so nice. They do excellent work and the price is awesome. Under 300 for full car top of the line tint? Can't beat it! Thanks Guys! My car looks tight af!

Ok. I had my windows tinted almost a year ago. I purposely waited because I wanted to see if I would experience issues. Nope. No issues. Very professional. Jose answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. He matched the tint perfectly with my car. Not too dark, not too light - looks factory made. On cloudy days and at night the tint looks darker than in the daytime when the sun is shining. No more glares from the sun. No bubbles, no streaks, no lines. He even told me how to care for my newly tinted windows.

I took my 2015 mustang to Jose for the second time around and it was a great experience as always. The tint came out beautifully and at a great price! Don't hesitate to make your way down to A-1 Tint Pros.

I got my four door sedan tinted last weekend and I was very impressed by the professionalism. I don't remember the gentleman's name at the front desk, but he took the time to walk through every option with us and did not try and pressure us into the most expensive deal. Pricing was very reasonable and we are very pleased with the finished product! Now my husband is jealous and wants his car done!

In life you should have trust worthy mechanic/plumber/tint specialist, and Jose is your guy. After tinting my brand new rides, I will only allow Jose to touch any of my vehicles here on out. Hes extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. That type of individual is hard to find these days. Thank you for the great work on our family ride!

I found A-1 via a Yelp search and decided to check them out based on the high number of positive reviews since many shops have such mixed reviews. The shop is a little hard to spot, but is on the back side of a building with a tattoo shop in the front. Jose explained to me all of the different options, but without pressure or up selling. Once we determined which tint was best for me he actually got started immediately and within two hours I had a professional job on all of my windows.

My car looks great and it definitely helps keep it cooler in the hot NC weather. I also watched Jose with another customer and noted that the sincerity and low pressure tactic was as present as with me. The guy really is professional. I highly recommend this place.

I just moved back down to Raleigh in the fall and had to get my windows tinted due to the heat. I searched online for type and visited the shop 3 times to talk with Jose. Although they didn't have the tint I wanted I decided to go with them based on customer service, personality and overall detail. A good bunch of guys who know what they are doing.

I had my car done 2-days ago but can definitely feel the performance/difference in the ceramic tint. I hope it holds up but I am confident that if I have any issues these guys can fix it-solid shop.

This is the place to get your tints done in Raleigh. I got my 350z tinted there is no bubbling whatsoever. Great customer service, they want to work with you to find the perfect tint for you. I went with the suntek nano-hybrid tint which I absolutely love! They have a great selection of different tints. I spent about $50 more than I was planning and it is a little hard to find.

This fellow does really great work. He explained all the options and tint levels and quality and UV reduction, etc. They know what they are doing and got my car done in 2 hours. Just call and setup an appointment and it shouldn't ever take very long. While you are waiting you can get a tattoo upstairs. I'm bringing my other vehicles here to get some of that tint so no one can see me creeping.

I had a great experience at A-1 Tint Pros! I was fortunate enough to meet the companies owner Jason who just happen to be at the Charlotte location that day. He's clearly a successful business man but layed back with no high pressure sales. If you go to the Charlotte location you can expect to meet Collin. He's super friendly and energetic and will show you your tinting options which are in displayed using a hot light behind the tinted windows.

I was impressed just how much light/heat was reduced just by these quality tinted windows. I decided to go with the mid grade option which blocked most of the heat and was competitively priced about $300 for all the windows of my Hyundai Elantra. It took less than 2 hrs to finish tinting my car. While waiting I was curious just how they installed the window tint.

They had no problem welcoming me to go back in the shop to see the process involving a high quality sheeting that is carefully applied. After it is applied you can not even differentiate your window from the tinting sheeting. It's just a tinted window! That's where I meet Antonio. He clearly knows his stuff! After all this what they specialize in, it's not a general body shop. If your thinking about getting your windows done don't hesitate go here. What more can you ask for than great customer service, quality work, and an included warranty!

Second time getting a car tinted by these guys. Always first class customer service and they really get your stuff done when they say they will. Only thing I don't like about the location is the parking situation but other than that they are excellent and I am 100% satisfied with my car!

I called this place up and made a same day appointment based on a referral and reading great reviews on Yelp. Jason was very knowledgable and took the time to compare the different tint colors, UV blockage percentages, prices, etc. My car was finished in the time frame I was told, and I'm really pleased with the results! Would definitely do business with again.

Love these guys. Taylor and Jason (owner) were great. Even after a couple issues they had a great attitude and didn't hesitate to help. The shop is easy to drive right by, it's in a small string of other auto related shops. The "A-1 Tint Pros" sign is small, it's easier to spot the "WINDOW TINTING" sign. All the shops here are small but they get it done right. I would absolutely take any future cars here for window tinting. I do wish they were more active on social media (Yelp, Facebook, etc) and offered discounts, deals, etc

When we moved to the area 4 years ago, we brought our car and SUV to A-1 Tint Pros to help keep the car cool from the strong sun. All of the staff were very professional, completed the work in a timely fashion and we never had any problems at all with the tint. Recently, my SUV was totaled in an accident and I brought in the SUV I replaced it with.

I called in the morning and the said they had an opening to take me right away. I drove over and had 2 windows tinted in less than an hour and was on my way. Their pricing is very reasonable and tint is warranted for life. 3 cars later and we highly recommend A-1.

Just got my first tint job on my Veedub. I got the 3M Crystaline tint which is the best of the best out there. My car looks awesome due to the expertise of Jason of Jose and gang @ A-1 Tint. I would definitely recommend this place! Super friendly, super professional, super nice tint job. Worth every penny!

This is a really odd review, but we got such great customer service that I felt the need to write. I live in Charlotte, so my fella called the Charlotte location on a Monday and arranged for them to come out on Saturday at 3:00 for a home window tinting estimate. By 3:30 on Saturday, the guy hadn't shown up so we called his mobile number - it had been disconnected.

We called the shop. THAT number had been disconnected. We even called from a second phone just to make sure. The only other thing we knew was to call their Raleigh location, and we got someone - hoorah! That guy apologized and said he'd figure out what was going on and call us back. About 30 minutes later, Raleigh guy called us to apologize for Charlotte guy who'd just totally forgotten about the appointment. Charlotte guy never called to apologize or anything! It's too bad we can't use Raleigh A-1 Tint Pros since they actually value customer service and went above and beyond for customers that weren't even technically theirs.

I own a business and they removed and retinted my front door. The work was done professionally, timely and well. I'm glad it wasn't as difficult for them as I thought. The price was fair. The owner is helpful and explained to me the difference in the tint options. The men who did the work were experienced and did a great job.

I have taken all my cars to this place over the years. an Audi, a BMW, and most recently a Jeep Grand Cherokee. These guys do great work and take the time to communicate all of the important care and warranty information. You don't have to overpay to get great film applied to your vehicle. The only issue I have is that whenever I get my vehicle back, I always have a lot of spots and streaks on the outside of my car from whatever fluid they are using. Just don't bother washing your car until AFTER you get the tint job done.

I brought my car in, the back window tint has been purple and bubbled since I bought it. He quoted me a fair price to remove the baked on, caked on gunk and 3 hours of steady effort later, my window is so clear it doesn't even look like there's glass there. He and his crew powered their way through a really difficult job. I decided to have him re-tint the car, and it looks outstanding. I don't do bad reviews on Yelp, I choose to bring attention to examples of spectacular products and services instead. I highly recommend this shop for window tinting.
