I'm beyond disappointed in everything. From A-Z. I got wrong windows installed like 3 -4 months ago. Sales person will "sell you" but will never return your calls ever again. I just noticed a week ago one of my big window you can't lock because they are installed wrong. I called window nation and asked if someone can come out and fix this. They said, sorry your warranty past.

I asked their manger to call me since "he/she is too busy" to answer my call. Week or so later, still no call. Saying I'm disappointed is a under statement. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

The only thing that kept this deal from happening was our own credit. Window Nation was extremely qualified and professional. I had a 20 window project that needed financing and they tried their best. Will definitely god back to them again when we are prepared.

Jeffrey Long was an amazing sales person to work with. He was professional, honest, and answered all of our questions diligently and worked his best to provide us with the best service and best quote as he was able. We are still deciding on if we want to purchase windows now or at a later date, which is the only reason we waited to say yes immediately.

If we decide to purchase quality windows with Window Nation, it will be because of what an amazing sales person Jeff was and how much we enjoyed discussing our options with him.

Alex was extremely thorough in explaining every option when deciding on our window replacement options. He listened to our needs and concerns and was able to provide us with a quality product that fit within our budget. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone looking for window replacement. A great representative for Window Nation! thanks Alex!

I had 9 windows installed in April 2021. A heavy rainstorm in July caused water to run into the house steadily dripping from the top corners of the windows. After hours on the phone and a run around with a crew who didn't know why they were there I eventually got a lead installer out to inspect the issue. The "solution" was to caulk the sides of the crosshead.

Nothing was done to remove siding and look at parts from the installation. Almost a year later, with a heavy rainstorm the problem persists. To my new knowledge based off of speaking to other window companies and installers, the issue is mainly with the crossheads not having flashing installed. But also the siding was left exposed without j-channels around the window frame.

I have pictures of the installation. I can't fathom that the professionals leave out these basic construction materials when the homeowners wouldn't know any difference or better. Trusting companies to do the right thing is hard to come by apparently. So here's your chance Window Nation. I'm hoping this service call I put in today ends up better than my last experience.

I expect full repair and not a courtesy visit. I will demand that the team includes a lead technician and service coordinator on site that are fully aware and knowledgeable of the needed repairs to all windows that were not properly installed, not just the ones with the water leakage issue.

I am very displeased with my experience with Window Nation. To sum it all up, their communication is terrible and all over the place. From the start, the saleswoman was very pushy and over-promised. She sold us on a lovely experience that simply has not happened. We waited for 5 months for our windows to come in from the manufacturer. I don't necessarily fault them for this because the supply chain is still really slow.

We were told we would have window nation guys come to our house for the install, but we did not. The workers were not from window nation, were dressed sloppily, and did sloppy work. Dirt, broken glass, and random pieces parts were left on our window sills and around the house. One of the workers smashed a hole into our wall, and is expecting us to fix it. 3 of our 8 windows are still not done, due to install issues and manufacturer issues.

The foreman blamed the manufacturer for the issues, and a guy who came to remeasure those 3 windows blamed the installer. I'm not sure who to believe. I have received multiple emails about the completion of our project, which is NOT DONE, and how we need to pay. They have also tried to force our hand in giving a five star review. I called to try and get some answers and again detail our issues, only to be given the response of someone else will call you to address the issues. This has still not happened. Complete dissatisfaction and would not recommend them to anyone after this ongoing conundrum.

My initial meeting/quote went very well. I decided to go with Window Nation because of their installation model and quality of product. I was assured by my representative that the installation would be in July, (my quote date was Mid-May). He even joked that he would "see me in July!". Strike 1. I was pleasantly surprised when window nation gave me a call to arrange a date for the final measure.

The representative told me the earliest she could get me in though the date will probably change once they get "reinforcements", is June 24. I had no issue with that initially as it didn't occur to me at that moment, that it was over a month away. When I had called back and I had asked for an install date post measurement the same representative told me the target is anywhere from 12 to 14 weeks she said my measuring date will be earlier than the 24th.

But for all intents and purposes even if it's moved to June 1 I am still looking at an install date of September. Contrary to what I was told. This is why people who normally wouldn't write reviews, do. They become so frustrated with business models "make promises that you can not keep." If I can offer advice, if the salesman relays a lead time, ask him how sure is he/she of that date, and if it's not met, how am I compensated.

When posed with that question, I am sure more honest "guesstimates" would take place. I am now stuck, I signed the contract and I fear what lies ahead will be less than stellar, but as the saying goes live and learn.

LOVE our new windows and french door! Oh my gosh! They replaced our original builder grade (from 1999!) and the transformation is just incredible! I am so happy to be able to open all of my windows now. The crew they sent to tear out our old ones and install our new ones were phenomenal. Can't say enough good things. Thank you!

Such a long (1 year) and disappointing journey with WN. I signed a contract and paid for 6 windows in May 2021. The windows did not arrive until December 2021. During that 7 month period NO ONE from WN updated me either by phone, text, or email. I called periodically and was always told the same obvious remark, "They are on order". There was no clear idea when they would arrive.

Finally I was scheduled for an install on Dec. 13, 2021. So excited. All the windows were the wrong color! I was told that the orders are not checked so it was not discovered until the installer arrived at my home. The installer called and spoke to someone and I was told I would receive a call and the call NEVER came. I reached out to the salesman and he stated he no longer worked at WN.

I reached out to Dan Dasilva, who stated I would be compensated and never heard from him again despite numerous calls, emails, and texts. He no longer works for WN. At no time did anyone call to apologize and reassure me. 2nd install date scheduled for Feb. 21, 2022. 5 windows installed and the 6th window was damaged and could not be used. Same situation as last time.

No one cared. Window was reordered and scheduled for installation on April 4, 2022. The window was again not checked but brought to my home and did not have the 8x5 grid. Fail again. Finally installed on May 12, 2022. The first installers worked on speed and not meticulous and neat. The final installer was skilled. The ONLY person that apologized and returned calls was Andy Brown.

I asked about my compensation and he referred me to Matt Fallon. Mr. Fallon declined my request for 13% off the install, stating that it was 20% of the total. Math is a challenge for him, instead offering me 4%. The call became heated and he further stated that if I took the $300 and gave a bad review he'd "put legal on me". Imagine that. This was repeated a few times. Unbelievable. Scorched earth customer service.

The worst ever. I chose not to take it as he was adamant about legal and I instead kept my right to share an honest and accurate review, just the facts. So there we have it. I give them 0 stars and do not recommend.

Called the main number and was promised a call back. never happened! I would use a big box store because the price variation isn't as vast.

We asked for an estimate for replacement windows for our Florida room. The presentation was thorough but to the point. We liked the quality of the windows and the features. We decided to hold off on purchasing new windows, but will definitely keep Window Nation in mind when we get ready to purchase.

The Window Nation salesperson came and spent initial 20 minutes disparaging other products and other companies. When he learned I was planning on making a decision in 10 days, after soliciting estimates from a couple of other companies and conducting a full energy audit next week, he informed me that "it is company policy not to provide written estimates" and that "the price I give you is good for only today". Further he did not measure or even look at more than 1 of the 9 windows (they are different sizes) and quoted a price of $1,200 per window.

This price is significantly higher than all of the quotes I have received thus far - all of which came from competitors willing to provide written and reasonably time-bound estimates, which sell better rated windows, and with much higher service reviews. Be warned. Don't waste your time.

We were never really in the market for new windows, but after a very thorough presentation from our sales rep Christian, we are actually considering it, not right now, but in our near future plans for renovations. Thank you Christian for being so respectful to our home and time, and not being a typical "pushy" salesman. It was much appreciated and one of the reasons, when we are ready to do our windows, we will be returning to this company. Thanks!

If you're reading this, then you're considering purchasing windows from window nation. I know they may be a little cheaper than other companies, but do yourself a favor and RUN, pick another company, any other company to replace your windows. Our experience with Window Nation was nothing short of terrible all the way through. Window Nation employees and installers were incompetent, sloppy, and rude.

We contracted with WN to replace our homes old lead paint windows, at first everything went ok, the company measured the windows, confirmed lead paint, and began the order with the factory. That's when things started to go downhill, we were told the window order would be delayed due to supply chain issues, (okay fair enough), once the windows finally came in, they sent out an install team on a weekend, and that's where things really went off the rails.

The installation team didn't adhere to safety protocols for removal of lead-based windows (stipulated in the contract), in fact they didn't even try. Halfway through the install, I was shocked to see the state of our house, dust and paint chips everywhere, drop cloths, when used, were put down haphazardly, our living room rug was half covered with dust and other trash, some rooms nothing was bothered to be covered at all.

We found dust and chips everywhere after the install with only a cursory attempt at cleaning. As soon as I saw the way the windows were being put in, I let the installers know I was unhappy with the way things were being done, little changed the rest of the day, by the end of the day I realized all the plaster damage the installation had caused to our walls, but it was concern for our family's health from the lead chips which was topmost of mind.

I don't know if since the install happened on a weekend, the installers weren't the A team, or because this was likely a two-day job rushed into a one day install, but it was a total mess and unacceptable. Other examples of generally sloppy work included dried glue left on the windows, and a couple screens with rips in them installed= zero quality control.

The next day brought new surprises, our yard was disgusting, littered with glass shards (some quite sizeable), drill bits, tape, nails, bits of the old windows, metal, even a full can of caulk. Took two hours of cleaning up glass on our driveway (where the installers trucks had parked), I was able to pull our car in. Months later, we're still finding pieces of refuse especially glass in our yard near the house, suspect this will be a while before it's all gone, if ever.

The reason? Window Nation didn't put down tarps or plastic to catch refuse, and were either too lazy or rushed to clean up after the new windows were in. The state our place was left was infuriating. Months of discussions with WN representatives about our disappointment with the install were equally frustrating, calls and emails went unanswered for days and weeks, we were told such and such a person was "pinged" and had 48 hours to respond, which would naturally come and go without anyone being in touch. Twice, Window Nation representatives accidentally sent us paperwork for other clients to sign with their private information included, the incompetence was astounding and concerning.

After nearly five months of intermittently talking with one WN manager, we were told after calling following a two-week period of silence, they had left the company. No one told us, we were back to square one, with a new representative who feigned ignorance of their colleague's lack of progress over five months although they also admitted to overseeing them.

We wanted to be happy with the work Window Nation completed on our home, we appreciate some of the places they advertise, and the price was reasonable compared to other firms. However, the process from ordering through customer service was horrific. Our experience with the installation was so terrible, I would never in good conscience suggest someone contract with WN for their project. Look elsewhere.

One window that was installed has leaked - slowly at first and now it has caused drywall damage. I called WN and they sent a technician who took pictures etc. He said that I would be hearing back "soon" from his manager about replacing or fixing it. That was over a month ago and 4 additional phone calls later. I was told by each person that I called that someone will call me within 1-2 business days.

Each time no one has called back. Called again today and was put on hold and then transferred to voicemail (like they're tired of me calling). The call was within business hours. They "guarantee" their windows for a lifetime - whatever that means. Even if a window is broken accidentally. This window was never installed properly. I would NOT recommend this company at all at this point.

Blocked out a Saturday afternoon for these guys just to no show. I called and they said they could reschedule. Why would I reschedule when they are the ones trying to sell me a product? I can't imagine how they treat paying customers if this is the way the treat prospects. Save yourself the time and do not even bother calling Window Nation.

This should be 0 star review but there's not an option. The conversation was going well until we asked the sales person for the warranty. It took him multiple calls to the office to find it. Then he started throwing his iPad on our dining table saying "can you figure this out"? That's a no, dude. I don't work for window nation. I had a bad gut feeling and thank god for a woman's intuition.

I told the sales person I don't sign anything without reading it. He said ok well the deals off and stormed out. Is he 2 years old? If he had said one more rude thing to me I would have said you have one minute to leave my property or I'm calling the police. Awful. Hostile and for what? Windows? Give me a break. Never again.

We got different quotes from companies including Pella. Window Nation was by far the worst. The sales rep stayed in our house from 9 am until 2:30 pm. They are very pushy and do not give you time to think about it. You are pretty much put in the situation you have to close at the moment or have 72 hrs to cancel after you sign. We canceled the next morning after doing more research on the company and we had to jump through many hoops to get it done.

We were told by the salesman we could cancel with a call! Lies! We were told by contract we had to deliver the cancellation notice to the showroom in Lorton. Showroom has been closed for months during business hours! There was no one to hand deliver the cancellation notice. I put it under the door so they don't say they did not receive it. Then, I had to call many more times to let them know that. Then, after more than 2 months we still haven't received our check deposit back.

They never processed it in their system and is LOST. Their manager is saying they can not find it and that it was more likely destroyed. Best way to describe them is crooks, liars, careless, and irresponsible. Stay away!

Window nation installed new windows in our entire house about six years ago. We use one room in our basement a lot and open and close the windows in that room frequently. Within the period of our five-year warranty, the window we opened and closed quit working. The balance broke. We had that window repaired a total of three times before our warranty expired.

Now the other window in that room has stopped working as well. We haven't called window nation about it yet, but it's obvious that their windows cannot stand up to frequent use.

Window Nation has been less than responsive to a broken window. All I need is an estimate to replace the window they installed three years ago. I have given them everything they have asked for to help the process. I was told it would take 2 weeks. At three weeks I called and someone took information. A week and a half later still waiting. I have calls in and told it could take 48 hours to get back to me. I will not be recommending them. 3 years ago they replaced all my windows and sliding glass doors. I just want an estimate and to know when this will be finished.

We got 5 different quotes for replacing windows and doors from various companies and this was BY FAR the worst quote experience. Very aggressive and high pressure. You either agreed to the price right then when offered or they "closed the account" and moved on. No other company did this. It also took much longer than the "hour max" it should have. And after all of that, it was only $400 cheaper than the quote we went with.

I will say everyone I spoke with, were quite friendly. Sales guy, great. That being said, he's great at selling. But I'm convinced the window he showed us for the demo, is not the same windows they installed in our house. Not a single window of 13 locks. My husband has called with zero response to our newly installed, now unsecured windows.

The worst thing you can do to represent a business, is bad customer service. Ghosting customers shows lack of care but mostly guilt. Trust me, I'm not finished researching the possibility of being scammed by the window switch. Do not use this company

Called window nation per their advertised special of b2g2. 0% financing, no payments for 2 years. All of that, a lie. After telling the sales rep I did not want to make a contract same day, he continued to persist. Unfortunately, I caved and signed. Financing was 9.9% starting 30 days after install for 120 months. True 0% interest options were ungodly down payments and remaining balance due at install.

When calculating the price, he came back with 19,500, when I still didn't sign, his "boss" miraculously had a huge job cancelation and wanted to fill the spots, so he brought the price down to $13,000. Any company that can attempt to charge you that much in excess is completely taking advantage. I have since contacted them to cancel my contract.

Will never use this company again and I suggest nobody else use them. They hire subcontractors who don't know how to install a window. Then when you try to get someone to fix the work they messed up on, it takes weeks. Twice they never showed up when scheduled (after missing days of work). Then they fix it and try to make you pay full price for the 5 months of hassle, only to take off $500.

Company has poor values and does not value their customers or work. Try to avoid at all cost. Avoid the headache. ON TOP OF THAT. they impersonate you for 5 star reviews without your permission. Should be totally illegal and will be looking further into this legally. If you used window nations please check reviews for fake reviews.

Horrible company. The sales guy stalked me and wouldn't leave my neighborhood until he got his check for the contract. Windows were installed poorly and no one from management bothers to call you back. When I finally did get a manger on the phone all she could say was ' I'm sorry'. STAY AWAY!
