Liberty replaced our roof a few years ago so when it came time to replace our windows, gutters and siding it was an easy choice. Peter Deily, a partner in the company, came out to give us an estimate and walk us through the process. He couldn't have been more honest and professional. Roof repair : This was an unexpected expense after an Ac installation but Peter an assistant manager at Liberty, was very helpful throughout the entire process. I was not familiar with a roof replacement process for a flat roof so Peter took time to address all my questions about material, competitors quotes and so much more. He was very open and transparent with me which I admire the most.
In addition, I love how they are military friendly. The job was completed in two days. I called because I noticed the siding didn't meet my expectation however, Peter and his foreman reacted positively and willing addressed the situation. I will be using them again in the near future. The experience with Liberty was great from start to finish. They were extremely responsive with my initial inquiry, calling me back the same day. Peter came out to give an estimate and go over our roofing options in detail. After already speaking to six other roofers and getting prices, Liberty was the best priced with a good reputation. They were able to order the supplies promptly and installed everything on our very high pitched roof in three days and it looks beautiful. The only thing I would recommend is doing a final walk around with the sales agent and the homeowner, but other than that, we are very happy so far.
