I've been working here for over 7 years n i love it, the staff and owners a great ppll, We do Great Shower Doors, Mirrors, Custom table tops, we also do storefronts framing and glass wrk give us a call we wont let you down.

Every penny worth, absolutely undoubtedly great service from start to end, kevin quoted me a good price- recommended good product for my dining table and the guys who came to install did the job professionally, they had their mask on all the time very important these days from health perspective, other then that they make sure every detail including cleaning the glass both sides and then laying it on the dining table, very good and very professionally done, I recommend Eastern Glass & Shower Door to all the public out there in Milford and New haven county. For sure I am gone use Eastern Glass for future projects -

Ask for ANTHONY! he was very resourceful, helpful and kind! Anthony helped us protect the glass for transportation, and even brought it to our car.

These guys came out and rescued our front door which had an unfortunate battle with a rock and the rock won. It looked to be a fairly tricky install but they did a beautiful job. Count us as a happy customer.

An incredible difficult experience. My girlfriend and I own a display case of which our glass doors broke in our recent move. As these glass doors are a part of custom furniture (from a place in NY) we asked Eastern Glass to come and measure for new doors as we did not want to make a mistake. Although our appointment was for 11A.M., no one showed.

When I called, they stated that the person coming was running late, and MAYBE will arrive by 3P.M. However, they never even called to say they were running late. Last week, I called to see if the doors were ready for pick up. I was informed they were. I arranged to have a family member to help him. When they get to Eastern Glass, all of a sudden the glass is not there and not ready.

When we finally get confirmation that the glass is there, we arrive at 4P.M. and a worker was locking up closing for the day (although we were advised they close at 5P.M. If we were here minutes later, we would have not received our glass (again). Overall, the workers at Eastern Glass are very friendly, but present as very unorganized. Our 2 glass doors were 72 inches tall, skinny in width, and cost 230 (CASH), with a $150 installation fee. As the installation fee was more than half of our total order, we decided to install them ourselves.

Unfortunately, our Milford business was broken into on 05/15/19 at 12:30am.breaking a pane of glass in our front door to get in. We wanted to use a local small business which we had used before because that's what we try to do. We called the following morning to see if they could come out and replace the pane of glass as it was kind of an emergency.

Well they were too busy and couldn't be bothered. I then asked if they could recommend somebody local, the answer was no and they hung up. I would not recommend this business to anybody.

We recently remodeled our bathroom and wanted to have a new door installed in the shower but it was kind of an odd shape so we didn't know where to go. We did a search and found Eastern Glass & Shower Door in Milford. We stopped into their showroom on the Post Rd where the owner showed us the different options that we could use and we decided on a frameless unit.

The next day he came out to measure and ordered the materials. A few days later he called to let us know that the unit was built and scheduled a time to come out and install. We decided on a day and time and the technicians showed up as planned. They were very nice and clean and did a very neat job; everything was cleaned up and no mess was left. The unit came out beautiful and we are happy customers.

This company recently installed mirrors at my house. They were on time, neat, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to reccomend Eastern Glass.

Look else where. 6 visits to install shower door, one hand didn't know what the other was doing. Put a big grove in marble sill, which couldn't be fixed and never even apologized. Owner is rude and unprofessional and informed me that they DO NOT WARRANTY ANY OF THEIR WORK and this was after an employee told me the did for parts and labor for 1 year. LOOK ELSE WHERE!

The best job, the best prices, the best service. Eastern Glass Co, installed my shower door and it looks great. There is no better place to go. Never had any issue, I will send all my friends there, thanks for the quality work!
