I had a very good experience having them come repair my garage door. We accidentally closed the garage door on top of my car, and it was badly damaged as a result. They were at my house within a couple of hours of my call - the cost was reasonable and they were very professional - going above and beyond what I asked them to do. In addition to fixing the door that was broken, the repairman replaced some pulleys, electrical circuits, and pieces that were in rough shape on my other garage door at no additional charge. They were prompt, professional, reasonable, and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend them!

Seriously overcharged for a Gear assembly kit for a Craftsman garage door opener. Charged $123 just for the kit plus $117 labor. Bill replaced one plastic gear out of the kit. He did not even replace the other gears which were working, but could have been worn. Kit retails for about $25 on Amazon. I wrote to the owner of the business to complain. I got no response.

I called to get a set of springs for a couple doors I was helping install for a friend. I have been in business for almost 20 years and the guy that answered the phone told me "You're doing something wrong. I've been in business a lot longer than you". I have installed a number of doors and with the low head room I have in this garage, the torsion springs will not work.
He insisted they will and kept telling me I was wrong. The door is installed with the torsion spring and it will not open. I told him he was more than welcome to come out and show me what I did wrong. He then hung up the phone on me. When I called, all I wanted to know was if he sold the proper extension springs for the doors I had because the manufacturer listed him as a dealer. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a licensed contractor in the state of Connecticut, I will NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone.
