Jeff Clinton is a master mechanic and completed a complicated repair in a very short amount of time. He provided excellent service, was on time, was respectful to my property at a very fair price. I highly recommend him for all your lock and safe needs!

Can't say enough about Jeff Clinton from Precision Lock and Safe. Today was the third time we used his services and same level of professionalism and attention to his work. He came out in an emergency today as the lock on a bedroom door became jammed and my child was stuck inside. I had to call 911 and the police officer had to damage the door frame to open the door. Jeff came right out and installed a plate over the damaged area to save us from having to purchase a new door (newer doors aren't nearly as well made anyway!) and reinstalled a new lock and door knob.

While he was here, he also installed a new locked knob on another door. My son has autism so we have had several issues with locks over the years as as I said, this was the third time he helped us! Because we had to repair this bedroom door today, Jeff was flexible in not only coming out quickly, but also modifying the new door knob and plate so that it could be done today. (My son would not have been able to go to sleep tonight if his door wasn't fixed, as it would have bothered him too much!). A very professional man who treated us with kindness and patience each time he came out to do a job. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Jeff was very responsive and did a fantastic job. I originally was looking for him to rekey a few doors but after reviewing what I needed I asked for much more than he was planning on doing. He made the time to do all the last minute extras that I asked for when he came to do the job. He went the extra mile to make sure all the doors open and closed much better than before. We needed the locks changed on my mom's home. I called at 8:00 am, left a vm. Jeff called back w/in 35 min (and his recording said he returns calls w/in an hr). He was very eager to help & accommodated his schedule to meet the same day - w/in a few hrs time. When I explained what was needed & inquired a rough estimate - the final price was w/in $20 of his quote & completed the job under time guesstimate.

He arrived promptly, was very prepared & well equipped w/tools to complete the job. In changing the locks I learned how important good door construction is for secure lock fitting & preventing drafts. Jeff made recommendations to increase door / home security & was extremely professional. He also has a small hand held vacuum to clean up the small wood chips that fell from changing the locks. Jeff was also able to make several extra copies of our keys .

The new locks & keys work great And lastly - I usually do not schedule workers when it is just me in the house. Due to family schedules, I was the only person available. Jeff was very polite, professional, has impressive attention to detail, and clearly is highly experienced in his trade. I felt comfortable w/ Jeff in our home & highly recommend him for any locksmith projects. Jeff - I am extremely satisfied & thrilled I found you.

Jeff was terrific. He returned my call within a half hour, showed up the same day because he had a cancellation, and did a fantastic job. He was honest, explanatory, professional, and worked very precisely on a not so easy fix. His prices were very reasonable and he was an absolute pleasure. I would recommend him to anyone. We were so happy with the quality of work, the knowledge, and level of service Jeff provided during a reasonably large job of rekeying our whole house, installing new hardware and deadbolts throughout our home. Not only was he able to shuffle things around to get the work done the day after we called, and breeze through the work - the attention to detail he provided on installations to make our door mechanisms super smooth and precisely close was off the charts.

Jeff was super great to work with! He was willing to fit us in on short notice, coming to our house within three hours of our closing. He rekeyed our nicer locks and only replaced ones that needed it. He never seemed like he was just trying to sell us stuff (always seemed like he wanted to do whatever was in our best interests). He is clearly very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us.
