I want to say thank you to the trim a seal team especially to Mr. Weiss and the the install team led by Holland. They made a difficult situation turn out absolutely beautiful. Mr. Weiss is a man of his word. We will be using trim a seal in the future fir some concrete work and garage floor work. I highly recommend this company and I will always recommend them to friends and family.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Office staff kept us informed of the expected service date. We had an awning installed on our lake home. Installers came on time and they were very friendly and professional. Installed unit and did a wonderful job of matching to our siding. Thoroughly explained operation before they left. Great product and service. Highly recommend this company.

My awning arrived weeks earlier than expected. This was a positive in view of the heat we have been experiencing this summer. The installers arrived on time, per scheduled appointment. They were very thorough in their installation and answered all of my questions (and any questions that I didn't ask). They were very professional, courteous and friendly.

They completed the installation in a little over an hour and cleaned up thoroughly of all debris. I give Trim-A-Seal 5 stars and would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again for any future projects I may have.

From the very beginning the experience we had was the best. We purchased a Sunsetter awning and could not be more pleased with it. Here is a rare one, the installation crew arrived at the scheduled time. The installation team was professional, quick and neat during the process as well as informative after. You can buy a Sunsetter awning at a lot of places, but you can't always get great service and installation. I highly recommend Trim-A-Seal!

Great experience. The installers were very professional. They did an excellent job and cleaned up. Customer service was always available for questions and were helpful. We are very pleased with our awning and would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Amazing! My entryway was an old DIY screen door and ugly inner door. I wish I had an old photo to show the difference. This new door is wonderful. The installer is a perfectionist and it shows. The molding is all tight. He installed insulation (which explains the drafty entryway!). He reassembled everything he took apart to install the door. I will absolutely utilize Trim-A-Seal in the future (when I get a new back door).

We were thrilled that Trim-a-seal had an awning in stock in our color choice and size so we didn't have to wait on production of the product that has been affected by COVID. They also had an aluminum hood cover in stock which we wanted since our awning had to be roof mounted and needed protection from the weather, especially the hot sun. I wish the price included side shades since our deck gets morning and afternoon sun and doesn't fully shade our deck because of the sun's projectory.

We were hesitant about having to install it on the roof because of lack of space under the eave but it turns out we gained about a foot more shade along the length of our deck. The staff in the office were great to work with including the company owners. I would not hesitate to buy from/hire this company again in the future!

Sales rated 3 stars. Scheduled installation rated 2 stars. Installation person 5 star all the way! Sales felt like a typical salesman and was pushy towards the end. Would drop the price if you made your decision at that time. Why not just give you their best deal and let you take it or not? Tried to contact him when got no where with scheduling. Never heard back from him or even after the install to see if we were happy with everything. Had to call the scheduling department 3 times to get a appointment for installation when we were told they would contact us in 4 to 6 weeks.

We contacted them in 8 weeks. Finally when we got something scheduled the installation guy was on time, very professional and did a awesome job! 5 star for him all the way. The sun setter awing is also a 5 star

I had a sunsetter awning installed and purchased through Trim-A-Seal. I had worked with Patrick, Samantha, and the owner of the company. Overall I am giving them a 5 star rating because of the owner who called me back and Samantha who on her day off called me back as well. The sales process was very smooth and easy. The installation guys did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. Nice people to work with and would consider them if I needed additional work done with my home.

Best group of people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the receptionist to the sales person to the technicians. They were all extremely professional and made sure we were satisfied with all of their services. Highly recommend this company for all of your needs!

I was calling last minute to get a quote on a window for a house i was selling the next day. They were able to send a guy out and do an assessment on the windows and a quote at 8am the next morning and a quote by 9:30am. This allowed me to close the deal on the house. These guys have come through for me several times now and are very professional. They definitely live up to their reputation in the area. The work they do it top notch.

Awesome company I just got my Sunsetter awning installed by them they are the preferred dealer in the Midwest after talking directly to sunsetter corporate. There reviews are great and I couldn't be happier with my awning best outside investment I have ever made. Sales rep Ryan was super nice answered all my questions and explained the process really well. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

Rodney and Doug were very professional and did an excellent job installing my front door and window. The salesman Drew was pleasant and informative at the initial visit but failed to follow thorough with what was discussed. The contract was signed on July 9th and indicated a six to eight week delivery. The installation took place October 22 well beyond the contract date.

Also the frame of the window was installed with a defect and the security door was not the correct color and did not have the pet friendly screen as discussed. Drew stated that the door could not be removed because they would have to pay the installer again. The manager has not returned my call therefore, I have rectified the situation by going to a different company. Trim-a-Seal just lost installing the windows for my home. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Adam and Richard did a great job on my Sun Setter installation. I could tell the difference in weather condition as soon as I walked out onto my porch. Think I am going to love this new addition to my home.

Great awning! Love it.beautifully fits the design of our house. Love the motorized remote.makes it so easy to let it down to block the sun from beating in our windows. Keeps our room cool. Totally will recommend it to my friends!

Worse experience of our life when it comes to home repair. The first person, Ryan who came out did not know what he was doing. In fact, our home repair was screwed up because of what he did. The caulking is awful. It looks like a kid did it. We've been trying since January to get to replaced, it is now July. They were suppose to come out this past Friday but it was raining.

I understand that. But I have received no calls to reschedule and now they are no longer returning my calls. I encourage anyone out there thinking of home repair, please do not call them. Once they have your money, your're screwed. I am also posting on Angie's List to caution people on this business. Terrible terrible service and work.

We had our gutter helmet installed in December. We are having a problem with one of our gutters draining and we can't get a simple phone call back about when they are coming to fix the issue. I've called 3 times and they give me some ridiculius reason as to why they can't schedule a service call. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I had sliding vinyl windows put in last fall and I have been very satisfied with them. Before I had bad drafting from my windows, but I haven't noticed anything since. The new windows also helped with my heating bill, so yes I'm very satisfied. I thought their quote was reasonable and they were willing to come out for installation. The installation itself wasn't too much of a hassle for me. I was also told that they would come back to fix or 'fine-tune' the window if anything wasn't right, but there were no problems.

Called and made an appointment with this company for some new windows. Set up an appointment and the salesman was on time and very nice he helped us figure out what kind of windows we wanted because they did carry a bunch of makes. Anyway they were a little high price wise but we decided to use them because they had great reviews on here and on angles list and they seemed like a good company. low and behold 6 weeks later we got our windows installed and love them they are great look amazing and are energy efficient. will def. use again for other projects we need done.
