I have been in the process of remodeling my bathroom for the last 7 weeks and let me say it has not been a good experience until it was time to pick out a shower door. This company was the most pleasant and knowledgeable staff that I have had the pleasure of working with. Beth in the office was able to see my vision without actually seeing my bathroom and picked out the best shower door to make that happen.

It was ordered and installed within a week and a half. Super fast. The 2 gentlemen that installed it (David and Jason) were great. They gave me tips on how to keep it clean and looking as great as it did the day it was installed. I highly recommend this company you won't be disappointed! Thank you Precision for my beautiful shower door and for ending my remodeling experience on a positive note!

I placed an online order for glass shelves from Precision Glass Services and would highly recommend them for their quality services. I had several questions to make sure that I submitted the request correctly and understood the process since things were likely being handled differently with the COVID-19 pandemic. I received an extremely helpful email response from Beth within 24 hours that had all the details I needed to be confident that my order placed with them would be handled perfectly.

Once I placed the order, they kept me informed (by email and phone calls) to know when to expect the order to arrive. When the order arrived they made it very easy for me to come pick it up since I live close to the business and did not want to ship them to my home. They were even kind enough to wait past the normal pickup hours (4 pm) to allow me to pick up my shelves later.

I didn't even need to step out of the vehicle to get my shelves because they were ready to set them in my vehicle when I pulled up to the door. I actually did step out to thank Beth for her great service as she was right there making sure I was taken care of. The custom cut glass shelves were excellent quality with clean finished edges and fit perfectly into my space.

We had 2 shower doors installed and the service was impeccable. They are so professional, the products were beyond our expectations, and they went above and beyond their service call. We are so pleased and should we ever need any other similar products, we will not hesitate to return to Precision Glass Services!

From start to finish, Precision Glass led my husband and I through the process of selecting new shower doors and hardware for our master bath reno. They have an amazing showroom filled with plenty of doors and glass to choose from. And it's obvious everyone there knows their stuff! We found beautiful doors at a reasonable price. Installation went without a hitch.

The guys that installed our shower glass surround respected our home and made sure every single detail was done correctly. They took the time to tell me how to care for the glass and made me feel at ease with the whole process. We have a couple more baths to remodel and it goes without saying we'll be using Precision again!

Don't use this company will be a big mistake there quality is rubbish, spend your money somewhere else, we have had constant issues with the shower doors and adjustments, will never use this company again good luck.

Had to have a glass table top I bought from Precision cut down to smaller dimensions. Precision took it back and cut it while I waited. They didn't charge me and loaded back in my truck. Great customer service!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Owner was rude from the get-go. I ordered a custom shower door and sides and paid over $850 and one glass panel was incorrectly sized and I had to cut ALL of the aluminum framing. He would not replace with the correct sized glass unless I paid for it again, and said I must have changed the dimensions. Avoid this place at all cost.

Wanted to like this business but it was unfortunate that Beth, who works in the office, turned me away for asking too many questions. She had quoted $550 for a "custom" shower door and then after measuring I was told it would be $800. Of course, I am going to ask why it was going to be so much more. She was literally yelling on the phone when I asked questions to try and understand the price difference.

I thought maybe she was just having a bad day and I had frustrated her by trying to understand the glass terminology, so I asked to speak with someone else, but she told me she runs the office and there was no one else to speak to and that I should just take my business elsewhere. I was not being hostile or yelling the way she was, so I'm not sure why I was treated that way. What's sad is I would have paid the $800 price had my questions been answered. I have heard they do good work, but it's obvious their customer service is lacking.

Precision Glass Services were not only competitively priced, but were great to work with. After getting sticker shock from another company's bid, Precison came out and measured for a bid. I was pleasantly surprised and after approving, they created and installed the custom shower doors quickly. The attention to detail is aparant in the work and the flawless operation of the doors.
