Glass installation in bathroom. Great workmanship. Had two previous contractions who failed to show and didn't get the job done. Hayes company one call job done perfectly. Will use them from now on. Friendly, courteous and professional. What more could you ask for? Hayes does it all.

Mike O'Connell did a free energy audit for me over a year ago. He shared things I could do myself, as well as items Hayes Co could do for better insulation. I had him come back with his team after determining the scope of the project. I can't believe the difference it made in the comfort of my home after the work was done. Thanks Mike for making my home cozy and warm this past winter.

Devin and Brandon just completed insulating my cottage my wife and I are remodeling. They arrived on time and were very professional. They also did an excellent job insulation the house, we are excited for the utility bills to go down. The house in currently a work in process but Devin and Brandon treated it like it was finished. They protected the floors, cleaned up after themselves and left the place cleaner that when they arrived. Mike was my sales contact was also excellent and was very detailed going over the entire (old) house providing ideas to improve the cottages efficiency. I highly recommend The Hayes Company for you insulation needs.

Spray Foam Insulation, I just had Hayes Insulation install closed cell spray foam by John and Eric, and they did an amazing job. Product was sprayed uniformly, which provided a superior energy envelope. They took there time and were easy to work with. Great job, guys. Thank you.

Our builder failed to insulate the foundation of the addition to our house prior to when we bought the place in June 2021. We discovered this fact in January 2022, when on two separate occasions, water pipes to the laundry room sink or to the butler's pantry sink froze. Today John and Doug came out to spray polyurethane foam insulation on the rim joists of the foundation to take care of the problem.

They were fantastic. They had to lay down and crawl under the addition through 2 different access panels to perform the work. It looks beautiful! In addition, they removed all the trash the original contractors left behind, including drainage pipes, 2X4s, left over foam pipe wrap insulation, Bud Lite cans, Gatorade bottles, a computer keyboard, and a smoke detector (lol).

They laid down plastic on our new wood floors and very careful to respectfully take care of our premises and then clean up. They were both quick and courteous; a pleasure to talk to and interact with. The area is already 10 degrees warmer in the basement now and the work will likely have a positive impact on our heating bill. We are thrilled with the outcome and I highly recommend Hayes. Make sure you ask for John and Doug.

Would highly recommend Hayes Company and Adam Lynch for any insulation needs your home may require. They added insulation to my attic, crawl space and basement. Noticed the improvements right away in my heating bills. They did exactly what they said they would do, and with a very professional and friendly crew. All of the paperwork to enable me to get rebates from Evergy and Spire was handled by Hayes Company, and the amount exceeded what they told me it would be.

I used The Hayes Co for a new Glass Shower door. Steve came and measured then showed me what he thought would look good. It was ready sooner than expected, installed in less than 45 min and looks Amazing! It is even better than the picture he showed me. I am blown away at how great it looks. The staff was so friendly and easy to work with. Definitely a positive experience and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks!

Re: Job #19892 Your installation crew of Jason, Devin, and Caleb did a completely amazing job. They were very attentive to my requests and very diligent on their clean up. Also working with the office personnel of Brandi, Dan, and salesman Jeff made the entire interaction of our contract very pleasurable. The storm that came through KC mid-December blew out our two pilot lights in our fireplaces (one indoor and one in our screened in porch). Miri serviced both and did an excellent job! He cleaned both fireplaces and was very patient and knowledgeable in teaching my husband and me what to do if this happens again. He was very professional and personable. Thank you!

Absolutely the best experience with a contractor we've ever had. They arrived exactly on the dot when promised, were extremely polite and professional, and fixed our crooked shower door in less than 45 minutes. We've been trying to get it that straight for about 6 months and their professionals effortlessly adjusted it in no time. We now have no leaks or water splashing out and could not be happier with the service we received. If I could give the Hayes Company 10 stars i would! Thank you guys so much! I had Hayes Company blow insulation into my attic and was pleased with the work they did in my KC metro home. Leo was professional and let me know what he was planning on doing. The access to my attic is in my children's room and Leo laid down plastic on the floor where the hose was lying, as well as on my children's beds. He took before and after pictures for me and was a pleasure to have in my home and to work on it. Thank you, Leo, and Hayes Company.

Adam came to my home to give me the free estimate on insulation work in my home. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He was very patient with all my questions and concerns. I decided that this third estimate for the job was the best one and went with this company. Then when Brian and Kenny came to do the insulation work, they were both very nice, professional, thorough and assured me the work would be done right. My house needed attic insulation.and fast. (My wife and I are expecting our 2nd child, and the soon-to-be nursery gets cold. REALLY cold.) I got referred to Adam Lynch, Dan & their crew at Hayes from a buddy out in Prairie Village who sang their praises about how great a job they did w/ his place earlier this summer. BUT rather than take my buddy's referral, I did the dumb thing and went searching on my own first.

I talked w/ 4 other companies first, before I ultimately done what I should have in the first place---called Adam Lynch & his team. Even during busy season, Adam made a point to get out to my place quickly, take a look, walk me through all sorts of options.and never once did I feel pressured to go w/ Hayes. Not only that but Adam & Dan, even found a way to get us fit in the following week (when most places didn't care that my kid was coming in this month.most places couldn't get to me until around or after Thanksgiving.) On top of that, the crew did a great, quick & thorough job. My only disappointment is that I didn't listen to my buddy sooner and just called Hayes right away. Thanks Adam! I'm grateful for you, my guy!

Juan and Emilio did a great job replacing my old Heatilator gas insert. The original company did a shoddy job on rough in and we had wasps inside all the time. We have nothing but the highest of praises and customer satisfaction with the job that the Hayes Insulation team performed on the attic insulation/ventilation work on our house. Adam Lynch were very thorough with their estimates and follow through and answering all of my questions. The pricing was reasonable, Adam was prompt and professional. Two installers assigned to us were great! We would definitely recommend this company for your insulation needs. Thanks, Adam!

Overall a negative experience and wouldn't recommend. One of the guys first made a few off color comments that I just ignored but then about an hour into it had a very unprofessional outburst in my driveway. Dan, one of the managers in charge of this crew, was very nonchalant about the whole ordeal and seemed like he couldn't care less. I ended up talking with Tom, who I believe is the owner, and he was much more polished.

In the end, they were able to get a different crew out and finish the job so I'll give them 2 stars instead of 1 star. I didn't hear from them again to make sure the job was complete until they contacted me for payment after I had already paid. We had some more projects needing done but decided to go elsewhere and will continue to go elsewhere in the future.

We recently purchased 2 shower doors from The Hayes Company and I can't say enough about their excellent customer service! Jason was great to work with, he is very knowledgeable and replied promptly to my emails. We did have a small issue which I reported, Jason came out that same week to fix it. I highly recommend this company for all your insulation, shower door, glass, and fireplace needs. Thank you Jason for all your assistance.

I worked with KCPL for an energy assessment of my 1930's home. The utility had The Hayes Co on a list of recommended companies for insulation. Mike OConnell has gone above and beyond helping me with my home energy needs. From adjusting vents, to door sweeps, to insulating the rim joists in my basement I'm amazed at how much better my home feels!

Less dust, no longer seeing mice droppings in basement, and keeping thermostat at a steady temp because now the cool is in the house, not the basement. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for some additional needs I have. Nicest guy, helped educate me, helped me find cost savings and evaluate where to invest where insulation and energy use are concerned.

Exactly the expert guidance I needed to put my project into phases, focusing on the cost-effective first and saving up for the bigger parts. I'm already saving on my first energy bill so I'm excited to see the return on my investment and time. Yay!

After eight years and six different companies we called The Hayes Company for our insulation problems. They solved it immediately and were the most efficient and experienced company that we have worked with. Again we needed our fireplaces taken care of and we called The Hayes Company. Justice came on time and I have to say his expertise is incredible.

The previous owners of our house finished the attic space, but did not insulate any of it and cut other corners along the way. I had talked to another company about how to best cool down the attic and without inspecting our situation first, they suggested an installation that ended up not helping at all. When I called the Hayes Company, they came in and did a very thorough analysis of our setup and suggested several different options for helping us to not just cool down the attic, but make some great efficiency improvements also.

When the workers came to do the work (Adam, Tom and Phil), they were very polite and courteous. They kept me informed all along the way so I knew what they were up to and they did excellent work. To top it all off, they cleaned up so well after themselves, you could hardly tell they were here. except for the attic feeling much better!
