The two front counter employees were professional and very helpful. but when taken to the back room by a Sales lady. she basically barked at me for not having my shower all planned out and ready for a $1,000 door. I went to Shower Door for information and to see what they have available. doors, fixtures, shower heads, etc. Well. back to Lowes.

Hired this company to repair or replace double windows that had lost the seal between panes of glass. Offered to provide pictures or to meet them at the rental house, they declined the pictures and would not set an appointment at the house indicating that they could figure it out. Rooms needing repair were a bathroom (small narrow window) and a bedroom.
They came back with estimates for a bedroom and the living room. They required a 50% down payment immediately by approval of a credit card or debit card. They were arrogant and difficult to work with. They did finally get the job done. The only way they would accept final payment was again to call their office and authorize electronic payment on a credit card. Billing person also works the showroom and cannot be bothered during those times so you have to work around her schedule to make payment! Somebody needs a course in customer service!
