Definitely do business with Overhead Door Company in Medford, Oregon. They provide quick, efficient service at a reasonable price and their people are great and easy to work with. They make sure you are completely satisfied with their service. They installed a garage door for me 25 years ago and it's still working well. When the time comes to have it replaced, I will definitely have them do the work, no question. Highly recommended!

I called to set up an appointment, describing my problem with the door not shutting, and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful. She was able to figure out the problem with just my description and gave me a suggestion on how to fix it. It worked! I appreciated this company's honesty and helpfulness even though I wasn't an official customer.

Last week two rollers popped off of our 45 year-old garage door. It had become real cranky when opening. Squalling and squeaking. Your service man spent one hour repairing and tightening. The door now operates like new and should be good for another 45 years! Your company has great customer service. Thanks for the quick response!

Go elsewhere! We recently purchased a home in South Medford. Since we came from out of the area, we chose Overhead Door primarily based on proximity and reasonable reviews. Our garage door clanked and squealed loudly so we knew it was time for a tune-up/adjustment. After the first visit, the marginal improvement lasted for two days. We called for repeat service and the exact same thing happened. The serviceman blamed it on the construction of the door, but obviously it did not always sound that way. We paid an $80 service call for nothing.
