Called them to get an estimate. They came right out and gave me an estimate within a few days. Though the price was a little high for my project and asked if we could do it another way to lower the price. The salesman was very responsive and told me he would get that right out to me. That was two weeks ago. Will not return calls or messages. Even called the main office and still no return call. Very unprofessional for a business.

I have engaged Energy Improvements twice to provide insulation services. They even came back to fix a problem of mine (not their fault). The estimate was fair and reasonable. They came on the day and time they promised. The office staff was helpful and assisted in the scheduling. The installation crew was efficient, courteous, and worked with purpose. I do not have any complaints. I am a very high standard customer and feel comfortable writing this review.

Terrible experience! Planned the project 6 weeks in advance of the work and multiple times was assured no issue to meet the schedule. The day after insulation was to be installed was told it wasn't going to even arrive for another week at the earliest. Then, the spray foam that was supposed to be installed weeks earlier was getting pushed two more weeks.
Great at giving you the sales pitch but the follow-up is terrible. Went with another contractor to finish, I wouldn't have Energy Improvements insulate a dog house. Talked with others, similar bad experience.

We engaged this company to redo our roof, after the sale was made they wouldn't call back to clarify timing, never asked us which color roof tiles we wanted and delivered tiles based on an assumption the salesman made. When we finally did get them to call back regarding the color he put a bunch of other customers in front of us and never did deliver on timing or call us back again. We are getting our deposit back, if I could give a zero stars I would.
