They came out and gave me a quote to remove a glass panel on a big job for an HVAC project we ended up getting the project now they will not return any phone calls so I may lose the job because the guy can't even return a phone call or an email If he did not want the job you shouldn't of wasted my time I'm looking at the project

I have called them in July for a window fix. They said they'll get it ready in one week for me. It is now September. I've been calling them every week to remind them and they still haven't done it. They are now complaining that I call them too much. This is not how you run a business and this is the worst customer service I have ever had.

We accidentally broke our sliding door window during the summer and decided to call Queen City glass for their price and their location. They came in and measured the frame and went on their way. Months passed so we called them again to see what was going on. They finally came to put in the glass, however it was the wrong size so they reordered and said they'd be back the following week.
They never showed. We called again and they said it was ordered in the wrong size for the second time. It is now the end of October and we made freezing waiting for them to install this stupid window! I am never dealing with them again after the actually help us.
