Joe Doyle runs a great shop, has a lot of experience and is always very helpful.

This will be a bit of a weird review, because these are weird times. One of the glass panels in our patio door shattered (bird strike; the bird walked away.), fortunately, within the warranty period. Unfortunately, upon contacting the manufacturer, they indicated that they were so backed up that they were not even looking at warranty claims for 3 months. Delightful.gave Joe Doyle at South Valley a call, and he said he thought he might be able to do better than that.

Thus began sort of a long road, because the manufacturer was still in play, but at least I didn't have to deal with them. Bottom line, while it took a while, they got it done, and, as of this writing, getting it done takes some determination.

We had a fantastic experience with Joe and Paul from South Valley windows. They made time immediately to come out and talk through options, take measurements, and give us advice, after we had a broken-window situation. In the end, we decided to move forward with a different team because we also needed the front door replaced and it was easier for us to have a single team, but we would have absolutely hired them for window replacement other than that. Highly recommend!

Paul was great to work with. We had a challenging screen door replacement and he kept at it until it was perfect.

The people associated with this business seem very flakey. Called and scheduled for estimate, showed up and took measurements but took weeks and much prompting to finally get estimate. Scheduled the work, never showed up to do work. Called back and they said they forgot to order windows because computer crashed. Funny as we had been emailing back and forth all that time. Went with other company, work completed very promptly and professionally.

I have used South Valley Window on several projects and have never been disappointed. They are efficient, friendly, communicate, and competitive. I don't even bother calling anyone else when I have to do window replacement. Recently they installed a 16' wall of windows and and I'm completely happy.

South Valley Windows was great to work with getting two new picture windows installed at our vacation home. The installation crew arrived on time, worked quickly, safely and cleaned the job site after installing our windows. Installing new windows on a 75 year old house can be challenging. No problem for South Valley Windows. Very happy with the results.

I had to beg to get a quote. I sent pictures and a detailed description of what was needed. Two weeks later Joe came out and confirmed the measurements. I emailed him that same day and approved the quote. He said it would take at least 4 weeks. Well, 6 weeks later I sent an email to get a status and I got no reply at all. I am done with this company. Not impressed with their response time and customer service.

They were supposed to send me a quote and never did. Their lead times were very long and more expensive than neighboring glass shops. I used Delta glass in Watsonville, they were fast and cost effective.

I got the estimate few months ago from joe, he was very professional and friendly very reasonable price. He didn't do any pushing to get the job and very honest. It felt right from the beginning. I called few times to ask some questions and every time he was very helpful. I changed all my Old windows. I changed my my mind last minutes to different kinds for 2 of them, again joe was very helpful, even the new order was little bit more pricey he kept the original contact $.

They finish the job in one day and I couldn't believe how beautiful it turned out. Absolutely love the new windows! It was a little discoloring on the handle and as soon as I mentioned it, he said he will order the new one. Definitely recommend this company! Thank you south valley windows!

Spent about three hours visiting the Walt Disney Museum as well as the Mickey Mouse Museum. Both are interesting as well as fun. So glad we decided to go!

Paul and his staff were easy to work with. They are honest about the pricing and fair. I really appreciate the how responsive they were with my phone calls, and they were on time for appts at my house. I would recommend South Valley Windows. I'm even planning to use this company for replacing more of my house windows, when the time is right.

I had sent two emails before I got a response. Regina is the reason I gave the star because the rest was bad customer service. They came to my townhouse and only needed three windows and Paul said before leaving that they had big jobs and my little job only took a couple hours but would see if the would fit me in next year. He said to give me a quote over a month ago which never came. Honestly they don't waste time on small jobs so why be in a business if all business is the same.

Paul, Mike and the rest of the crew are great! They not only did a great job on our windows, Paul came up with a great idea for a dog door option that has saved us! You are not getting big corporate talk. These guys are local and treat you like family. I trust these guys to be in the house when i could not and my pups love them. I ask a lot of questions and they never lost patience with me. All my follow up calls with questions that I forgot to ask were responded to. I highly recommend this team for quality and reliable work.

Paul and his crew are the best! Our home is 30 years old and we live in a beautiful area with wonderful views, however after 30 years we didnt realize what we were missing. Our old windows were fogged and just in bad need of replacing. We also had some doors that were in poor shape.amazing what you get used to over time. The new windows and doors that Paul provided transformed our home!

The views are amazing again! Paul was willing to work with us and gently walked us through the whole process. His crew, led by Mike were not only very professional and skilled but 'just nice people' and enabled us to feel very comfortable from start to finish. My wife and I highly recommend Paul Brummit and South Valley Windows for all of your window and door needs.

I requested a quote on line apprx 3 weeks ago, no response. I called them set up appt. The day of I waited 2 hours! no show, no call, no apology, no business from us! If we can't rely on them to give us a quote, how can we rely on them to do a job, very unprofessional. Oh yea, they also said well maybe your husband could get off early for the appt and still NO SHOW.

Paul came out and we wanted a bay kitchen window, and his vision was clearly to match the window, framing and finish to the style of the house. He was not just 'selling a window', but proposed a finished product our neighbors will all applaud as it matches the house and other windows looking as if it was always there! Had a few other things such as a screen and other windows that needed repair, which we followed up on, and I appreciate his efforts as well as his crew. However, the 5 star rating is for his vision and how his team completed the window, trim and stucco work.

These guys are super friendly and really reasonably priced. I used them several times and found them to be consistent in service and pricing. The only reason I didn't give them a five rating is you might think someone from the store wrote it. lol Try them and you'll see for yourself. John Ganzel Gilroy, Ca.

They obviously don't care about their business. They stood us up with the appointment to get a quote, had to call them again. When they finally came, they said we would get a quote in a day or two and never received a quote. If this is how they conduct their business it is not worth to deal with these folks. I would give them zero stars if it were possible.
