Services
Ed Senez started his own business doing soffit and siding in 1980. At that time the demand in this area for the products he was offering was nowhere near as large as it is now. He was the first crew of his company. Within years Ed had picked up some builder contracts and was mixing in residential remodel jobs.
Glass rooms or sunrooms installed by Ed Senez Aluminum are one of the most inexpensive ways to add square footage and value to your home. A glass room or sunroom from Ed Senez Aluminum can be mounted all the same ways as a screen room but the glass room or sunroom has windows. We now even offer a variety of floors and knee walls for your glass room.
Vinyl Siding is today's exterior building material because it's designed and engineered to protect your home through a lifetime of exposure to heat, cold, ultra-violet rays and every kind of weather. You know what a miraculous material vinyl has always been in your life. In your car, your plumbing, flooring, luggage, toys and counter tops, it has made life better and simpler.

Fantastic Experience! Would highly recommend Ed Senez. First, we had Ed on site for an estimate within a day or two of contacting them. Alicia in the office was helpful and informative when we went looking at color options for our facia and soffit. When we returned to the office to Annette was pleasant and efficient as well. Our quote was done quickly.
When our siding contractor removed our soffit and facia (as requested) we were left with an immediate need to have it replaced. Ed's team rallied and within the week the talented crew of Quinn and Lauro had our place looking amazing! The cuts on our soffit and blending our roof transitions were perfect. They were neat, kept the materials and tools contained and picked up daily - even during a intense downpour the first day. Quinn and Lauro went the extra mile and also assisted with a few things outside their job.
Only regret was that we didn't also use them for our siding contractor! 100% would use Ed Senez again. Solid. Reputable. There is a reason they have been in business this long.

Had a screen roof replaced and upon completion of the job, the roof leaked causing damage to some items. Sent someone back out and after those workers left, an unsightly hole with a patch was left in the underside of the ceiling. Additionally a seam corner was not completed which exposed the ceiling insulation.

I got my windows replaced through Ed Senez aluminum. Great work done by the installers and super efficient every day would knock so much out. Can't beat the quality of work for the price and the people were so nice. Very pleased with their work and 10/10 would recommend. My power bill has decreased since then as well.

This is a mixed review. The first three times Senez worked for me, everything seemed to turn out fine. But that was in the distant past. More recently, all that changed. My latest experience(s) reflects the many poor reviews that you see on the site: a long wait for work to commence; inadequate communication from the office staff; unanswered emails; and a surprise Friday visit by a different aluminum company subcontracted by Senez--that failed to show for their promised Monday appointment. (Who doesn't hate waiting half a day for a contractor that does not bother to call when they can't make it?) So, here we are. But exactly where is that? Until they get back to me I will never know.

Hello everyone, I recently hired Eddie Senez aluminum company to replace my decrepit old aluminum screen enclosure. My neighbor had an enclosure built and I really liked the workmanship that I saw go into his enclosure which is how I learned of Eddies' company. It took about 8 weeks to start the project and this was fine because of our rainy season and no one should be working outdoors handling lightning rods: Anyway, my enclosure is finished and passed the inspection with flying colors. The Port Orange inspector made a comment to the effect that these guys are always doing first class work. Thank you and good day. Highly recommended.

My project involved three elements. Submitted in September 2020. Was scheduled to begin in December. Delayed until January then February and finally started in May 2021. Cancelled the remainder of the two projects. Hired another contractor to replace the existing deck. Asked Senez aluminium to complete the first project. They claimed that the job had been completed.
Finally agreed to finish the cornish. Left the security light unfinished. Had to higher an electric contractor to finish. The job was poorly planned and scheduled. They had done two previous patio jobs quickly and great. I am disappointed that they have deteriorated performance. I will not be hiring them in the future. Sorry.

Paid a deposit of $2,200 for 10 windows and install on 10/28/2020. Ordered beige and was told install would happen in January/February 2021. On March 15, 2021; After several phone calls and no response we finally received a call back informing us the windows would be installed on 3/24 and 3/25/2021. We waited both days and no one showed up nor returned our phone calls to Senez.
So we contacted Orange City to determine the date the permit was pulled to find out it was January 2, 2021. They also said "we never had a problem with them." The same day and coincidentally, a worker from the Senez office calls to tell us windows will be installed on March 26, 2021 and asked if our home was a block home. Our reply was " no, it's a manufactured home.
We also told home that we would be at the hospital as I was having surgery on the 26th. He replied "oh I loaded them on my truck so I'll unload them again and will be sure I get paid for doing it." Soon after we hung up with the unprofessional, Alicia called us telling us the windows would be installed on 3/26. Once again, we explained I was having surgery and we waited for them all day on 3/24 and 3/25/2021.
She asked when would be a good date and we told her Monday, March 30th. The contractor showed up on 3/30/2021 with WHITE windows. Our contract is for beige windows. Needless to say, we were quite upset after waiting over 5 months for new windows and them having $2,200 of our money. The worker dropped foul language several times. We again called Alicia at Senez on 3/30/2021 and after several return calls she agreed a mistake was made when ordering the windows. Alicia said they would have the windows laminated BUT most have grids inside the windows!
We did not order laminated windows and want the beige we paid for. Alicia said she would get back to us after she talks to Eddie. We are now on day 3 (April 2, 2021) and still no response from Senez. We want our deposit refunded. On 4/5, we will be contacting an attorney and the State for a resolution because we OBVIOUSLY don't want refurbished windows and that type of service. Shame on Senez for taking our money and waiting over 5 months to show up with the wrong product. Disgusted!

Had a little trouble with timing but took a few weeks longer to get started. But after going to office a couple time we worked it out. Overall awsome job guys nailed it. Great employees. I had front and back patio screened and gutters installed. I am extremely happy with their workmanship. And would recommend them 100% awsome job.

Bad experience, after calling several times I was finally able to get someone to come out and look at the damage below a window from Hurricane Irma. I saw the "Sales Rep" pull into my driveway. I immediately ran downstairs. Before I could even open the door he pulled out of my driveway. He never got out of his vehicle to look at the damage below my window.
The aluminum under a second story window was missing and the wood under was rotted. For weeks I heard nothing, I finally called asking for the quote. The lady at the desk had to hunt it down and I was quoted $850 for one piece of siding and to replace the rotted wood this was back in March of 2018. After several phone calls and being told they were too busy to come, they finally told me they would be out in about 12 weeks back in August.
After waiting till mid-Jan I called again. Yesterday they finally showed up. The two individuals said that they were told the wrong size of wood and that the aluminium was listed as brown and not gray. They had to leave to go back and get the correct color aluminum. They returned the next day to fix the damage. it took 30 minutes and cost me $850.
All they did was remove an old board, replace with a new board and replace the piece of aluminium. Over priced and do not care about the customer. Still does not match, but at least it has finally been fixed. (repaired damage is the aluminium between the windows.)

DONT USE THIS GUY! After a 6 month wait and over $10,000. I had to do rework on Ed Senez job less than a year old and found out Ed Senez put new hardy siding on my old rotted wood siding. When I called him and showed him the pictures directly, he complained to the county that I didn't have a permit on the work I did to fix his poor workmanship. Attached are some pictures of the rotted wood. I haven't checked the front and sides yet.
