We hired Harley Exteriors June 2022. Our sales person Mr. JR Truijlo came to our house and gave us this full on presentation and hard close. We had to agree to the deal by the end of the night. One of the main reasons we hired Harley was based on the fact that there would be no inside demolition to our house and JR assured us of this. We signed up and paid JR our 50% deposit that next day.
We then were informed that JR missed a window that was in our breakfast nook after my husband reiterated several times all of those windows needed replacement. That cost us an additional $2,500.00+. The next step in this process was Harley sending out their install team. Their install team arrived and reconfirmed there would be no inside demo. Now we are at installation day.
They arrived and started installing and next thing we know is we are hit with an $8,500.00 increase to our bill for encasements and new trim and paint INSIDE our house. Harley finished the job and the windows did turn our very nice. We had been speaking with Ms. Angel Tabares who is their project manager. She asked us to get some bids for the paint and touch up work that needed to be done and that she would credit our account for the difference.
That was a lie and never happened. We then realized we needed some additional windows done and we received the bill from Angel Tabares and it was 50% higher than what we had originally paid for our windows. We were asking Angel Tabares for an explanation on this increase and she was not able to provide one. We since have called, text, emailed their team with no solution to any of our simple asks.
While Harley has a good product that is overshadowed by their horrible customer service and ethics. I would not recommend anyone use this company. I would call out Mr. JR Truijlo and Ms. Angel Tabares as two people that are especially unethical within the organization. Please do not use this company you will be lied to and hustled.

Less than a year ago we had a great consulting appointment regarding window replacement. Installation was the end of this May except for some arched windows that were made incorrectly. There are a few things I will ding this company on, but the ONE issue that DRIVES ME CRAZY is their lack of answering the phone and getting a live body. NO ONE checks and clears out their phone messages, so their phone extensions won't let you leave a message. I'm STILL trying to get a status on WHEN the last of our windows will be installed. My rating will be going down the longer this gets stalled and I fail at getting a response.

Robbin came to do our quote and was very thorough. He knew all about the windows and doors. Robbin also was very timely and efficient. Harley Exteriors I hope turns out to be an amazing product for my house. Looking forward to getting the new doors installed. Didn't like the pressure of having to make a choice right then for the best price. I would have preferred to have some time to discuss with husband before making a huge purchase.

The presentation lasted almost 2 hours. He claimed they have better interest rates than my credit card yet wanted me to use my credit card for a down payment. Claimed that vinyl windows don't last that long, however, the one we bought from home Depot in 2006 and installed ourselves has no cracking no fading or sagging in triple digit heat for summer and low 20s in winter.
After my wife and I told him we needed to think about it he got short with us and started messing on his phone instead of listening to what we were saying. We will not be moving forward with this order or company.

Posting on behalf of my parents: We used Angie's list to look for a company to replace our windows and decided to call up Harley Exteriors. We met with a man named Andy who gave a very convincing sales pitch. Since we didn't find anything questionable about them, we went ahead and signed the contract with a prodated check ready for deposit a couple weeks later.
A few days after signing, we wanted to submit a proposal on the payment plan, which is to give them half up front and the last half after the work is done. After quite a few attempts at calling and emailing, they did not respond back to either contact method. Only a couple days after our initial contact, Harley apparently deposited the full check payment without a word.
We only found out a few days after the check was deposited when we happened to check our bank account balance. We still had not heard from them at this point and were furious that they deposited the check when it was confirmed it was prodated. They finally called us back and we demanded to speak with their finance department which we ended up driving directly to their office.
It was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE the way they handled this situation. They called it a small mistake on their end and they clearly had no communication within their team. We requested that they cancel the contract and to return the check that they carelessly handled. This was the worst service we've ever received and it truly felt like a scam. So unprofessional. In the end, we received our check back in full. However we will never recommend Harley to anyone. They clearly do not care about communication or customer service.

WORST WINDOW COMPANY WILL ATTEMPT TO SCAM YOU! Be prepared this company will look you up on county records beforehand they want to make sure everyone at the house is present so that they can have ya'll sign the dotted line and screw you for a high interest rate. Jimmy the supervisor is an absolute creep and wouldn't even let me speak to the senior manager Jason.
They are professionals at wasting your time. They won't measure the windows until they give you their 1.5 hour long sales pitch. Then they will do a half ass measurement and say someone else will come to do the real thing. WASTING MORE OF YOUR TIME. J.R. Began the first 6 slides of his presentation - going over the companies awards and accolades from 2015. he then went over 6 more slides and talked about his family (just him and his wife no kids) he said they go to Leavenworth every year. LIKE OKAY I DONT CARE. EVERYONE GOES TO LEAVENWORTH EACH YEAR LOL.
Like what family doesn't take a trip to Leavenworth from time to time? Or at least pass through it to get to chelan. This guy wanted to waste 30 more minutes talking about HIS family. I just wanted a quote for windows I don't care about you and your wife going to Leavenworth and sitting in a ski lodge all day. THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE THE ONLY WINDOW COMPANY IN TOWN - THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES. Additionally, JR (Lawrence) came into my house without a mask.
Not that I even care - but when scheduling the appointment they went on and on about how they were going to wear a mask. Furthermore, he came in and started setting all of his stuff on my BED! His note pad and paperwork like ew don't touch my bed. Then we went to the kitchen and this guy is making himself at home just lounging in my kitchen dining room chairs.
He also walked into my backyard stepped in dog poo and then came inside and grinded it into my floor mat by the back door. so disrespectful. This guy had to of been born in a barn. I got the creepy old man vibe that if I didn't sit down to hear his presentation he was going to murder me or lock me into a basement. This company really needs to reconsider who they are sending into the homes of other people.
I will also mention that when this guy was walking through my house he was taking pictures of everything. from a very far distance like he wasn't just getting the windows in the photo. He was very adamant about taking photos but not adamant about taking good measurements. Made me feel like he is planning to come back and case my house and rob me.

This was an awful experience. They ordered the wrong color windows and installed them in the wrong color. Then I had to wait another 6 weeks to get the right color windows, but the window is scratched. Brand new window already messed up. It was super stressful due to the lack of communication on Harley's side. My "project manager" Rodney would not communicate with me.
I had to reach out multiple times to ensure that my windows were being ordered, when they were coming to install, and if they even ordered the new windows in the correct color. No one reached out to me. I was told the owner cares about customers and would contact me but here I am with scratched windows after being put through two installations. Had to miss two days of work and move furniture out of the way twice. Windows literally took 3 months to get installed and now I have a defective product. Installers don't know how to clean up after themselves.
I don't know why they can't clean a window. I asked multiple times to clean the window and he attempted to clean but didn't get the caulk off or handprints. Why can't you install clean windows? And why can't it be scratch free?! Horrible. Do not recommend. There is no way to contact the owner. When I call, most of the time it goes to voicemail. The receptionist when she would answer would tell me Rodney was busy and would call me back. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK!
All I needed was order confirmation from him. Installation date communication. And why couldn't I pick an installation day? They just told me when they were coming. I had four days notice for the second installation date and had to scramble to get off work. They have no communication with their customers and the service was lacking.

Robbin did a fantastic job showing us the value and quality of the windows and company service and values. We really liked that Harley Exteriors recycles all of the old windows and that the new ones will help us save energy costs. The demonstration with the heat lamp was impressive (you have to see it for yourself). Also, we were really impressed with the high quality of the product and the median price range.
We feel that this is the best value for us. We had gotten other quotes before Robbin's presentation and his knowledge and honesty of other company's products and pricing was spot on. These all contributed to our decision to purchase with Harley. Thanks Robbin!

I recently had Harley Exteriors replace all the windows in my home. The entire experience from start to finish was beyond expectations! The sales rep I worked with, Camden, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Scheduling for each step was clear and up front, from having the installer come out to get exact measurements for my windows to get made, to the actual installation day.
The installation was surprisingly quick! All 10 windows got installed same day and the install crew did a great job at cleaning up and removing all traces of the old windows.

I didn't know what I was getting into when the salesperson showed up. I expected a 30-min visit with measurements, followed by a brief explanation of the product they offered, like a previous windows person who came by. I wasn't prepared for the 2-hour "ceci n'est pas une timeshare sales pitch" timeshare sales pitch. I found it amusing to note all of the budget motivational speaker techniques the guy tried to employ to solicit our engagement. * "What are the most important qualities to you in a windows company?" * "What do you think of this product?" * "Now which one of these frames do you think is best?"(1) * The tedious reading word-by-word the fine print of the competition's warranties * Glossing over the fineprint of their own warranty(2) * Giving prices for lower-grade competitor products as full purchase price, then suddenly switching to meaningless monthly payment "finance cost" for their products.
As though I am stupid enough to think that $400/month means something in absence of interest rate and finance term length. There was no brochure with info on the product for me to research. The windows company he mentioned exists, but the product line he quoted doesn't exist (at least per Google). There was no real quote broken out by line item, merely some chicken scratch on a piece of paper.
The icing on the cake was the sleazy price differences between committing in that moment versus deciding to buy later. In my opinion a time pressure sales technique like this is a big RED FLAG that you should not purchase the product, because there is something SLEAZY going on. A good product and a good deal will withstand due diligence. Anyone spending five figures on home remodel projects should absolutely do due diligence before signing anything. *** (1) Silly me, I'm thinking "best" as an optimization problem of cost & quality.

(2) They tout this "double lifetime warranty" but fail to mention that to transfer the warranty to the new owner if you sell the house the new owner has to fill out and send in paperwork within 30 days of purchase along with a $100 transfer fee. We just had our windows replaced by Harley Exteriors and I have to say I would highly recommend them to anyone! I love our new windows! We found the installation team to be friendly, professional and on time. They arrived at around 8:30am and were totally done at about 3:15 pm after installing 8 windows and a doggie patio door (which we absolutely love) and then cleaning up everything inside and out before leaving. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Got a roofing quote from them, figured the more quotes I could get the better for me. I was wrong. They presented misleading materials, quoted me high, only offer one type of shingle, and did the hard-sales 'price goes up 15% when I walk out the door' BS. They called me to follow up and I told them I was not interested - three weeks later and I still get 3 calls a day from them, and they always leave the same pre-recorded voicemail if I do not answer. Do not recommend.

High pressure sales. We ended up canceling our contract after reading reviews here (within 3 days, in accordance with the state and fed law). They kept calling to see what they could do to get us to un-cancel our contract, yet they failed to return our deposit within 10 business days (as required by law). For such premium priced products, they do not have good customer service.

He showed us a PowerPoint slideshow that bragged about their company and what a great job they do. He pushed hard to install a brand of windows that are probably okay, but completely dissed similar brands like Milgard. He showed us "samples" of some flimsy window frames what he said were Milgard windows, but if you look at Milgard's website, you can see that their window frames are much better designed.
He said their bid was good for a month, but the official bid was for literally twice what Home Depot bid. JR then walked down the price just like a used car salesman. He gave me the "limited time" special that had just expired, but could still slip us in if we signed right now. He even called his "manager" and got approval to reduce the bid below their absolute minimum if I signed right now. Eventually, the bid came down to only 25% more than Home Depot.
But the price would go up if he walked out the door. He did not want me to do any research like read Yelp reviews. DON'T PUT UP WITH THIS NONSENSE. ONLY DEAL WITH COMPANIES THAT WILL LET YOU DO YOUR HOMEWORK

We had windows and doors replaced by Harley Exteriors. Our original install date was 8/3/21. Two of the windows came incorrect and had to be replaced along with changes on the front door. The next install date was 11/6/21 and workers did not bring the trim for one of the front windows, and caulking was not finished around the exterior of the front door.
One of the workers stated they would be back within a week or two and finish these items. No return or notification for these issues. In 2/2022 I contacted the business to inquire when this would be completed and the project manager was not available. Despite talking with her boss and arranging yet another appointment, the worker did not show up on time and came without the items to complete the task.
I had requested that he reschedule the appointment and followed up with the office both on the phone and email and requested that a new appointment was scheduled. This has not been completed nor the tasks which were paid in full. Very unprofessional service and they do not complete tasks as expected in a timely manner. The product is nice but I would not do service with this company again.

I was pleased with the quality, professionalism and installation. They got the job done in one day and that was during the big snow we had. In the follow up to complete the job (Waiting for manufacturers to deliver the screen door for the sliding door they replaced), Elizabeth and Lindsey were very gracious when we met and explained all that was going on. The job was then completed when they said it would be and Elizabeth called me twice to be sure it was done. Windows are nice and Harley is good.

I've looked up to this company after meeting J.R., one of there sales representative. Showed me there amazing windows and professional staff according to him. Day of the job, I had them come late which was fine. And they started on the windows, 5 hours in I came to check them out and I was told that most of the windows were the wrong size. And they put the windows back in temporarily and they look well pretty bad. My home I run AirBnB and now I can't run it during the time being, which means I lose money, although I paid for the highest grade euro vinyl, which was suppose to be from a high grade company. This is just one of the issue, as I tried to contact the company Harleys Exterior for help because I don't know how I can have my house looking like this and my business on pause after what I just paid.

Harley Exteriors was a pleasure to work with. Their sales representative, Connor, was knowledgeable, on time, very friendly, and respectful. Unlike some other companies who gave me quotes on my home window replacement, I never felt like I was being pressured into making a rash decision to hire Harley Exteriors. I really appreciated that. The installation crew was prompt, nice, thorough, and got the job done so quickly. I am thrilled with my purchase!

Wanted to update, around the 1 year mark we had to get them out to fix the weep holes since wasps were squeezing in through them. I think they ended up inserting some steel wool type insect block that I guess they forgot to put in during install or didn't put in properly. After about 7 years, the windows were still going strong. They insulate better than the old aluminum windows and look much better. Do be warned, they use high pressure sales tactics.

I purchased replacement windows for my home. That is 12 windows and a sliding glass door. I found the sales and installation processes were done well. My problem started a few days following installation when I realized my sliding glass door did not seal well and was leaking air. It looks to me as if the frame is warped, leaving about a 1/4 inch gap for air to enter.
I Harley Exteriors for a person to come repair it. They took about two weeks and someone from Harley reviewed it and said it was a factory defect in the extrusion process. And he left. I have been calling Harley Exteriors for several weeks and no response. They have the relationship with the manufacturer. I was a guarantee. I should not have to stuff cloth into a gap in a brand new window to avoid wind blow through.
This is unacceptable. I want Harley Exteriors to honor their guarantee and to stop ghosting me. I live in Everett, WA, not San Francisco. This is a local western Washington business.

Our house was built in 1989, and had the original windows and doors when we bought it 4 years ago. The draftiness was physically noticeable as was the utilities cost. We paid a little more for our windows from Harley, but their craftsmanship and quality is second-to-none. We've already noticed a big difference. And as a homeowner, the warranty is unbeatable. From the salesman, to the project manager, to the install contractors - our experience was excellent.

This business is harassing me through endless phone calls simply because I allowed them to do their presentation and give me an estimate. I get calls at all times of day, even in the evening after 7pm. They're pushy and unprofessional right out of the gate, and for this reason we decided to go with a different company.

Work done on date expected. Expected to finance but never got papers. Still haven't 17 days later. Trim around windows taken down not replaced. Sliding doors have no screens, one window installed incorrectly. Large front window they said wasn't on the work order. Communication with company has been tedious. Or with company and their crew and staff. Many calls to them, poor return rate, no one ever knows what to tell us. Very dissatisfied. Still need finish to this job

This company will waste your time. We wanted to replace all the windows in our house and were well aware of what the cost would be. I even liked the Harley custom product that I was likely going to purchase it (probably a $100k purchase) but they refused to give me a quote unless both me and my wife were around. They showed up the first time and gave me a 1.5 hr sales pitch, then asked if my wife would be joining.
When I told them she was in meetings all day, they insisted in rescheduling, so we do so for 2 days later. My wife takes off of work - I do too again - and we get the same sales pitch. After 2 hours (now 3.5 hrs in) we have to pick up our kid from daycare before it closed, so my wife leaves (we told the sales guy we had a hard stop which he ignored).
After she left, he asked me to reschedule again for another time. I told him I wanted to move forward with the project, but he refused to give me an estimate unless she was around as well - even after she told him I could make the decision for us :) This company has no respect for it's customers time. In addition they will make you feel that if you put in "builder grade" windows, your house will fall down in 7 years. Very shady sales practices. Don't recommend wasting your time with even a call to them.
