May 8 I purchased a hot tub for $6000 which was "an awesome deal" per the owner Mr Baer. I asked them to hold it for 2 Weeks which means it would be on or around June 2 when I would need it delivered. He told me to let him know so I called on Friday May 29 at 4:27 pm to inquire about delivery and told the owner Mr Baer my builder would be ready at the first of the week.

Mr Baer gave no indication when we paid the $6000 that a 2 week delivery time would be a problem. I was told he could not guarantee but would try to get it delivered. I then called again on June 5th at 5pm and Mr Baer assured me it would be Monday or Tuesday of this following week. On Tuesday June 9, I called at 12:39pm inquiring what time it would be delivered since it was now Tuesday.

I was informed that he had alot going on and stated he couldn't give me a date. So now we have $6000 we have paid for a new hot tub that he had no idea when it could be delivered and we were now 6 days past the original date it was supposed to be delivered. I had a contractor that was stuck in limbo. He could not do anything and also had an electrician on hold as well.

My son and cousin removed the previous hot tub and it was sitting in the yard awaiting pick up which Mr Baer gave me a credit for trade. I finally sent Mr Baer an email recounting the dates and told him I expected a response. He emailed me back and stated he was just going to refund my money. (Which he did). I got action 9 involved and the better business bureau involved and ended up going to Asheville for a new hot tub with free delivery and a heck of a lot better warranty for $200 more than this "awesome deal" Mr Baer gave. SHOP AROUND DON'T BUY HERE!

The owner was very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and kind. Also had the pleasure of working with Kyla who handled everything very professionally. My only complaint would be with Delores. She was not very polite when she reached out to me about purchasing a spa I put a deposit down on. Not once was I told it was non refundable. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will now be taking my business to another company because of this.

Greg was excellent to work with! He went out of his way to help me pull off one of the best surprises ever for my husband by delivering a hot tub while my husband was at work. Great local, family run business. So glad I chose to buy local for service and sale. Thanks again, Greg and Brian!

Greg and his team have been taking care of our solar system and spa for over 25 years. We have found him to be very capable, professional, honest and reliable. We have always been pleased with his service. We strongly recommend him to anyone.

We love our pool! We had lots of problems trying to strategically fit a pool around our power and septic lines. Greg was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would highly recommend Sunqest.

We purchased a pool from SunQest about a year ago. The owner is a licensed engineer and worked with us closely to plan for our pool. He explained about grading water flow away from pool, worked with us to comply with the county restrictions on our land. He allowed us to work on projects to help us keep our cost down. Our advice is to read the fine print carefully, check on details on what is included in the main cost and what is additional billable charges and have it written down on paper the time frame of when the work will be down. Working with this company was easy and enjoyable. We are very happy with our fiberglass in ground pool.

Great place to do business with! Friendly service as soon as I walked in the door! I could not be more happy with my hot tub! I have had it several months and you can count on one hand how many nights I have NOT got in it. Nothing but relaxation! If your in the market for a hot tub definitely go check out SunQuest and tell them Joe sent ya!

As to the remark of Mrs. Stafford SunQest did an excellent job with what we had to put up with with this installation. Mrs. Stafford and her husband went out of the country while we were starting the install leaving her mother and father to house set. They knew nothing of what was going on with a pool install. They did not tell us they had well problems and hardly any water which is crucial to the installation of a fiberglass pool.

You wash sand and water under the pool as you add water into the pool at different levels. It is a process that is very important to a perfect installation. Our guys had to go down to the creek and try to bring water up the valley to do the installation, A water truck could not make it down the long narrow dirt road to their home nor could the truck bringing in the pool but we dropped the pool off in the field and used our equipment to bring it to the home.

They were not allowed to use the home phone to call to the office due to being so far out in the country that there was no service. They had to leave the site to drive to an area to call. They were treated rudely but they made the best out of a very hard situation. Mrs. Stafford and family are swimming in a beautiful pool installed by SunQest.

Extermely unsatisfied with entire experience. Technicians were unprofessional, including not showing up when they were supposed to, not having parts that we ordered a month in advance, and running lines in the wrong places that had been previously discussed. A project that was supposed to take a week took over a month, could not get owner to call us back, and we ended up finishing the job ourselves. A headache from start to finish.
