Had uniquely shaped windows n our home tinted to provide sun snd heat protection. From my initial inquiry all the way through installation The service provided was both timely snd very professional! I have already recommended them to my neighbors and I will definitely be using ty again in the future! Both Kevin snd Rachel were great!

CHRISTMAS LIGHTS I made contact with Kevin, he arrived at our home on time. We walked around and discussed what we wanted. Kevin made a suggestion or two, we settled on a plan. Then made arrangements for date and time to install lights that he would provide. He mounted a sculpture we had, over our garage. He went the extra mile for us, two lights, one on the roof line and one at ground level were not functioning, he returned and replaced the faulty bulbs.

On time and when he stated. Plus removal of the lights happened the same way, safely. Our house is stucco and attention was shown during the installation and removal. This work was done Safely as well. I would highly recommend Window Genie for Christmas lights. We did not use the Window cleaning services but I imagine that is preformed With the same dedication to details. We will use Window Genie services next holiday season.

So my house is a dirty hot mess. I've lived in it for 19 years. Have started and stopped cleaning windows a few times. Same with washing the house. Can I just tell you how much I appreciate all their help getting rid of mounds of dirt? My house is so much brighter because the dirt is gone. My only regret is not finding them 10+ years ago and doing this. So worth the money. I'm so grateful they fit me into their schedule and did such an amazing job. Thank you!

What a fantastic job! Right on time, very meticulous- they removed every spot on every window, my screens look like new, and my sill are spotless. They do the full job and don't cut corners. Great job! Best I have ever had done.
