I am moving to California and needed to see Hunter Douglas products in person in order to make my decisions for the window treatment work that will be done in my new home while I am not there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Crystal was fabulous! She was patient, thorough, and extremely helpful as I made decisions to send to California. Paula Fullerton provided shades for our new home. This is actually the 3rd home (in 25 years) that Paula has worked with us on. As in the past our experience was excellent. She is an exceptional professional who listens to her clients and works to achieve the outcomes desired. The work was completed as scheduled and we were kept in the loop throughout the process. I absolutely recommend her for any work related to home interiors.

Lori Paschall met with us at home. She listened to our ideas and then offered suggestions and input to help us figure out what we wanted. She then showed is samples and made recommendations based on our discussion. We ordered them and had them installed within the timeframe she promised and the install went perfect and professional. They really changed the look of our house and we could not be happier with the service, selection, and installation. We never had a doubt that she led us to the right decisions about our blinds and shutters.

We used Paula of Sew Fine for a total kitchen rehab. We had used her services previously for an office remake. She is the complete professional. Her recommendations for contractors were outstanding. All decorating decisions she helped us with were wonderful. We cannot recommend her highly enough for any decorating needs. We are so happy with the results and Paula played a large role in this.

My experience with Paula at Sew Fine II was a true pleasure. Paula listened well to understand what I wanted to achieve with my draperies. Her eye for color and fabric made the choice process simple and easy. My draperies arrived in the time frame promised and were expertly hung by the Sew Fine II installer. He did an outstanding job of repositioning my drapery rods and setting up the rods and drapes. All in all, my experience was just as I hoped it would be. I highly recommend Sew Fine II, Paula and her team.

Lori helped my husband and I select blinds for several rooms in our new house and we couldn't be happier. Communication was clear and timely, the blinds are of very high quality, and the installation was perfectly done. We will definitely call Sew Fine II again when we decide which windows are next. We enjoyed working with Lori. She helped us select window coverings for the study and master bedroom of our new house. There was a delay in getting the fabric for the bedroom, but that was on the manufacturer's end. When one of the window shades was not operating properly, the problem was dealt with quickly. We were very impressed with the service we received, and we love the results!
