Very unprofessional experience with this company. We started the process in November and put our deposit down. We were told they might be able to get to us in February. They called and scheduled an appointment with us for Friday, March 11th. That day came and we waited all day with no call to let us know they were running late, or not coming. We had to reach out to them to find out what happened.
They apologized and offered a discount and rescheduled for Saturday March, 26th. Once again, we're sitting here with absolutely no notice from them. They have no showed and no called us twice now. The lack of professionalism and customer service makes this place not worth visiting. I see all the good reviews they have, it's a shame we didn't get the same experience.

I thought that Doors of Elegance did an excellent job in refinishing my front door. It had been 8 years since it was last refinished, so I wasn't sure what they could do with it. However, the finished product turned out great, and I'm very satisfied. The workman was punctual and worked tirelessly throughout the process. The online reviews of DOE were indeed accurate. Posted are before and after pictures.

This family owned company does first-class work: beautiful custom doors for my home office, professionally installed by a delightful workman with the company, and these folks delivered what they promised. And they did a "refresh" on the front doors that adds tremendous curb appeal to my home. So glad I found them.

My experience with Doors of Elegance was fantastic. The staff and owners are extremely helpful and easy to walk you through the process. Jarred was the first person I encountered, and he guided me to make the right selection. It was more about what looked best and fit with my house rather than escalating the price. Laurie, Perry and Larry could not have been nicer.
The installers, Sonny and Quentin, did a great job with no drama or concerns. It was a standout job and the door is beautiful. I highly recommend Doors of Elegance and the proven record of excellence.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with Doors of Elegance. Over 21 years ago I purchased my glass beveled door from this company. In recent years I have purchased beautiful sidelights and archway for this door. I decided to have my 21 year old door refinished. Doors of Elegance sent out Juan to do the work. He did a fantastic job! I am overjoyed with the results.

We have the most beautiful door. I didn't know what to expect when we needed to replace our door in our condo. I envisioned hours of hammering and drilling and dust and noise BUT our experience was nothing at all like that. Vidal and his assistant arrived mid afternoon and truly I didn't even know they were there. In a short amount of time the job was complete.
The attentiveness Vidal gave to our door was telling of his work ethic - he made certain that the door was fitted and sealed to perfection. I highly commend Vidal and his assistant and highly recommend Doors of Elegance.

Doors of Elegance did a superb job refinishing my front door and side panels. My door had cracks, been incorrectly stained, and showed signs of wear and tear from the weather. I had hired at least three other companies to do the work all of which did a horrible job. Many thanks to Doors of Elegance for correcting other company's substandard work and doing an excellent job. This company is punctual and professional. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Twenty years ago we purchased our door and side lites from Doors of Elegance, and they have refinished the door & side lites twice since then. They are very professional, priced right, and did a great job. Our door looks brand new. On 11/30/2017 I bought a dual iron front door system from this company. Like the one in the picture above. The doors were expensive over $9,500. In July of this year I noticed they were rusting. With several failed attempts to repair, by the manufacturer, I am still waiting on the problem to be addressed. It has been 5 months since I first contacted them. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with their level of service and professionalism.
