Bentley Door

Ordered Door through my contractor and order was placed on Oct 19, 2021. Jan 4, 2022 and I can't even get a status update. Do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere for your door needs. I really hate giving bad reviews to family owned shops so I wanted to update this review. The day I posted this review, they had my door ready by the end of that day. coincidence or not?

I fully understand the shortage of components and labor which all contributed to the delay. However, effective communication and customer service cost virtually nothing. The complete lack of communication and updates is not something that I find acceptable. I would not have given a one star review had I just been kept informed. I would have liked to know that the order was at least progressing to the front of the line - even if it was very slowly. Instead, all I got was completely radio silence. Again, I really don't like to give such low reviews to hard working family owned shops struggling during this time, so I will upgrade it to a neutral 3 stars.

I ordered a front door for a new construction home through my general contractor. The door had cracks through the wood. After approximately six months the manufacturer's rep inspected the door and agreed to replace the door. The second door had the same cracks as the first. For eight weeks my general contractor has repeatedly contacted Bentley regarding the flawed second door, with no response. 5/8/2021 I appreciate Bentley's response. I have inspected and approved a new door, and it is ready for installation.

As a general contractor I frequently use Bentley Door and enjoy working with them. They offer both good products and customer service. Thank you!

Bentley Door was super easy to work with, they helped me with buying my new back door and then later a new bathroom door. Very friendly people there and will definitely be going back in the future.

Returned materials 9/21/2018, Hannah told me she would work on a credit, since i have emailed several times and called with 1 response. now it is 2/26/2019 and still no credit or response. is the issue that you guys just don't care? because i'm sure 5 months is adequate time to get just about anything done 8 months later.

I have always had great experiences whenever I walk into this place. Holly behind the front desk is always so nice and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and gets me the right answers right away. I frequent here a lot for all of my trim, base, and casings needs for my clients houses. Extremely recommended!

Terrible customer service and very rude. Half of the 25+ doors installed are not level causing binding. Door handles are becoming loose from the amount of force you have to use to just open the door. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Customer service is sub-par. We ended up going with a different door company after dealing with James. We were quoted one price and then couldn't get him to return calls or emails for over a week. Then he emailed out another quote that was double the original quote. I would recommend working with a different sales guy if you do decide to work with Bentley.
