I stopped by the blind Gallery yesterday for help with some mini blinds. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like not just a customer but a friend. They are so easy-going, extremely friendly and definitely know their stuff. It's hard to find customer service like that these days. Thank you ladies for all your help and I won't hesitate to return for future needs.

I highly recommend this business. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful Amanda and Emilie were. They provided me with the clips I needed and could not find elsewhere. No hard sell, and surprisingly, no charge. I will return when it's time to replace my blinds!

I contacted this store looking for a replacement part for my blind. Upon describing the part the agent knew exactly what I needed. She was very kind and professional. Upon arrival I was very pleasantly greeted and she located the part that I was looking for. The employees were also very pleasant. In the future I will definitely do business with this store.

Excellent service in responding to 21 year old window blinds in need of replacement parts. Most businesses would just say 'buy new', rather than find solutions to work with old products. Based on their customer service, I'll be using the Blind Gallery when upgrading to new window treatments

I stopped into the blind gallery without an appointment to repair my blind. They dropped everything they were doing to help assist me in repairing a blind that was two years old. They stood by their product and provided a great service. Highly recommend.

The best test of a company's customer service is not what they do when everything goes right, but rather, what they do when there is a problem. We purchased five window shades from The Blind Gallery. Upon installation it was discovered that one of the shades had a slight color flaw. Amanda at The Blind Gallery immediately ordered a replacement blind and put a rush on it. My wife and I are very pleased with all five of our new shades. We would highly recommend The Blind Factory for your window covering needs.

This review is about first impressions. I called to set up an estimate for my mother which was easy to schedule. Then after Amanda patiently answered all my questions on the phone, I showed up at their business to drop off a blind that needed repairing, and to see if they had valence clips. They had clips, and Amanda got them for me quickly. Cory happened to be there, despite it being late Friday afternoon and his heading out of town next week.

Rather than do my repair the following week, he handled it on the spot, which was unexpected. Clearly, they aim to please. I'm pleased. Good first impression. I'll be calling them first next time!

It is helpful to have a showroom providing hands on, touch & feel samples of numerous options. Choices abound and you get what you pay for; they stand behind what you purchase with the ability to resolve any problems that could arise. I just had Nicol come to our home from The Blind Gallery. I needed her to measure windows and give a bid for window coverings. I have very big windows in our new home with no idea how best to cover them. Nicol not only had great ideas but wonderful samples to help me visualize the final outcome. My biggest biggest complement here has to be for Nicol herself!

She patiently held up swatch after color swatch and then repeated the process about 50 times. So many of the colors would have worked beautifully that it was hard for me to choose. During my narrowing process, Nicol never once became impatient or annoyed. She made me feel like she was right there with me in my process and offered practical input. Thank you Nicol for your gift of time. You are a wonderful asset to The Blind Gallery team. (Crossing fingers for color Swiss Cream.)

The Blind Gallery is the only place I would buy blinds/shutters from. We had plantation shutters installed a few years ago and absolutely love them. The quality and installation are perfect. We love them so much we went back and have been working with Kennedy, she is not only very professional, she is such a delight to work with. She spent 2 hours at our home making sure every measurement was spot on, she knows her product and truly cares about what she does but also her customer.

There was no hard sell, just took all that time to give me a quote. We called her this morning and ordered new shutters for the back of our home and blinds for a bedroom. Thank you Kennedy!

THANK YOU NICOL! I found some good old fashion Idaho customer service at the Blind Gallery today. I was trying to repair a large wooden blind for my daughter and after a few hours decided to visit the Blind Gallery where we had purchased the blinds for our house years ago. I was met by Nicol Chandler, one of their window covering specialist, and explained my problem who advised that their repair guys was out of town until the first week of July.

She then agreed to take a look. She spent approximately 30 minutes diagnosing the issue and then she repaired it for me and to top it off didn't charge me for her time or a couple of small parts she had to use to repair the blind. I'm telling all my friends and family if they need blinds The Blind Gallery is the ONLY place to shop. Thanks Nicol!

Fantastic customer service! We ordered our Hunter Douglas blinds from a different dealer and 75% of them came with a different color on the top and bottom hardware. Blind Gallery figured out the problem and immediately took care of getting them corrected. For not having bought the shades directly from them, they didn't hesitate to offer their help in working with the manufacture to get them corrected! That's outstanding customer service!

After reviewing the shutters at Lowes and not liking the quality, I went to the blind gallery show room. They had better quality samples and I felt confident in my selection of window coverings. I have ordered from them twice now. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating with my busy schedule.

The WORST! Had the worst experience. Called ahead got a quote on having blinds trimmed and was going to set up an appointment to have all the other plants in my home replaced. When I came in they change the price on me and double that. Be careful of this place.bait and switch.

Grossly overpriced for simple repair parts. I needed replacement lift cord for my blinds. 30 feet cost $9.00, 30 cents a foot. This cord sells in bulk rolls for $7 to $20 max for 300 feet. That is 2 cents to 6.6 cents per foot. That is a 450 to 1500 percent mark up. It takes 60 seconds to pull it off the spool. At half that price, I would have thought the price was a bit high but the availability of service with a smile would justify it.

Any company that will gouge on the little things will never get my business on the big things. So much for service before the sale. btw, The young lady who helped me was nice as she took my money with no apology for the gouging price.

This was my first experience getting good quality blinds and I had absolutely no idea what I wanted or what colors to choose. I was so incredibly nervous and worried I would make the wrong choices. Thank goodness for Liza's expertise and designer eye! She spent a lot of time at my home helping me to pick out different types of blinds for certain windows and choosing the fabrics.

I could NEVER have done this on my own. My blinds were just installed and they are GORGEOUS! Liza's recommendations were spot on and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome! I can't thank Liza enough for her help and excellent customer service!

Outstanding customer service and quality products from beginning to end! I bought this beautiful little home and the seller took his curtains out. I decided that I wanted custom-made curtains and tie-backs in every room of my home. Liza was awesome and so patient helping me pick out the finials, the fabric, and repairing my Hunter Douglas blinds as well.

The process took over nine months because of ordering the fabric and the finials including the installations. The curtains were installed in stages because of my budget. There were able to listen to my concerns each step of the way. Most importantly, the curtains were needed for extra privacy and cost-effective way to lower my air-conditioning bills. Having darker rooms during the heat waves, the A/C does not have to work so hard.

Over the course of the years as I own this home, I will have a lower carbon footprint. My house looks like a mini-mansion, so elegant and classy at the same, and not ostentatious. I even got a rebate at the end. Liza and all of the staff were wonderful answering questions and confirming appointments during the process. My home's value will go up because of these beautiful curtains throughout. I would highly recommend them for the quality of customer service as well as the high quality products they install.

My first experience with Blind Gallery was 12 years ago when we moved from Seattle. It was during the construction boom and there was a six week waiting period before someone could come to the house. I called Blind Gallery, they came out and we were able to choose our window coverings and they were ordered and installed before the other company would be able to come out. I had some older 1996 Hunter Douglas blinds that broke. I came here hoping they would have the part needed to repair our older generation blinds. They had the lift away tape I needed and my blinds were fixed for less than two dollars! Will definitely come back for repairs and eventual replacement. Great to work with!
