Our History Report

Our Story: In 1976, Phil Materio started working for a mid-size local construction company building office condominiums. The contractor, taking architectural inspiration from two historic sources, the historic Boca Raton Hotel designed by Adison Mizner and Luis Comfort Tiffany, used stained glass for windows, light fixtures, and entrance doors in every office.

The people are just Wonderful!.Professional and very creative. It's like walking into a Museum or fabulous Art Gallery. I had residences both in Manhattan and Paris, and believe me.this place is hard to duplicate anywhere. So if you need "anything" in Glass, I would highly recommend McMow. My damaged solid glass Brancusi Coffee Table (from Movers) looks like new! I would recomend not walking, but running to McCow.you won't be disappointed. Their original designs and craftmanship is unparalleled. Enjoy and marvel at their work!

We took in 2 stain glass windows that needed to be refurbished. They came out great and for a great price! The staff is very friendly and helpful I recommend this place to anyone! I've been in the landscape and property Management Field for over 20 years and by far this was the best place I have found to refurbish glass or anything you have and they even have stuff you can do custom definitely five star rated in my opinion! Very easy to find secure parking lot

Shannon and her team were outstanding. We came in to get an anniversary present for ourselves, and enjoyed Shannon so much that a few weeks later we engaged them for a full glass wrap around the small wall stepping up to our pool. They exceeded all expectations. Different glass pieces to display water, plant life, animal life, all reflective of our favorite scenes. Professional install as well. Everyone was so nice. We will go back for any and every glass accent to our home.

I take stained glass classes at McMow Art Glass. The instructor, Faith, is very talented and an excellent teacher. The owners are very friendly and helpful as well. I look forward to each glass and have learned so much! I highly recommend going here if you want to learn this craft, or if you aren't interested in making it yourself, they create beautiful pieces that you can buy.

McMow's offers a full line of beautiful stained glass for all of your needs, as well as stringers, frit, and all other items needed for fusing and slumping projects. Classes are available in many styles. Also, you can commission them to make the stained glass piece(s) of your dreams by their master glass makers! I have taken a beginners stained glass class, and a intro to fusing class. Highly recommend both.

Great source for glass fusion tools, supplies and projects. In-house classes are the best around. Staff is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Their custom glass work is fantastic and must be seen. Definitely worth a visit just to check them out.

Very reasonably priced stained glass materials, art supplies & just a cool place to look around! Great selection of classes are offered, even some single day courses for impatient people like myself. And parking can be tricky too but well worth it since it's such an inspiring environment.
