The worst customer service ever! Took a very long time to get the replacement glass. I called several times to get an update and was always told that they would get back to me and they never actually did. If I could give less than one star I would. Very unprofessional.

I called this place for a quote and told me they needed to measure and see the place before they can give me a price. they came in within a couple days to measure, which was quick but after that it's been a horrible experience. I've literally been calling for the past TWO weeks asking for just my quote and nothing. they keep telling me they'll call me back and NOTHING. can not believe they're this slow on only giving me a price

Solid place. Good prices and good work. Fast and reliable. I needed 10 window panes replaced. To save money they gave me a price for me bringing them to the shop. I also needed it done same day. They were able to accommodate with me bringing them in first thing morning. Most places won't work with you like that. I highly recommend them

These guys were awesome and saved me a LOT of money. I had a residential window break due to a faulty latch and walked into the store. They offered to come fix it in place, or said I could save $ by bringing the window in. They taught me how to remove the window myself using a window in the store. When I brought the broken window in an hour later, they replaced the glass and fixed the broken latch for $65 with same day pick up. Other shops were quoting me $200+ and a wait of several days.

After they finish your work and take the money you cant get them back to fix enything that they didnt do it good on the first time after 5 or 6 call nothing dont use them

These are the WORST people I have ever dealt with. I made mistake of going there twice, first time, I needed a screen, I made 3 trips there they gave me wrong sizes twice and this whole process took 3 months and in the end I had no screen. Second time, my window was broke and someone was breaking into my house, they knew I needed it done so was charging me $150 for 2 latches, that is more than the price of a new window, NEVER AGAIN. these people suck, and are very unorganized, it took them 3 days to get to my house to tell me they were going to overcharge me. GO ELSEWHERE

Staff wasted two months of my time by having to re-measure not once but twice, and then reneged on the original, in writing, price quote by +25%. Sales man was going to discuss with the owner, and never got back to us. Horrible experience, would not use them now even if they offered 25% less.

Had a residential window break. Every other place had wait times up to 3 months. These guys came out in 3 hours. Most places estimated between $170-$250 for the job, double that if I wanted it done same day. These guys came out in less than 3 hours and charged $100 even! Try these guys before you try Glass Doctor. They tried to charge $195 for next week, or $495 for the next day (priority).
