I'm a little late in my review, but the siding work on our home was great. Zack worked in weather I would never expect someone to work. Very happy with the quality of work. We were told that the siding schedule was a year out. We were thankful for the fact that they called to tell us they could get us in early. Again, Zack's work, kindness, and professionalism left us very happy. He always kept us informed of any changes. Thank you Zack for a great job!

Doesn't stand behind their work. Just bought a house that they had worked on the soffits back in December of 2020, and the now I'm currently getting a leak coming from that area. When I called to inquire if they would stand behind their work, I was told "The warrenty is only for the original owner."

After just 1 month our siding, gutters and soffits are done We are beyond excited, and satisfied with the new look of our home. My girls have really gotten to like having Zack (the subcontractor) around! He by far exceeded our expectations. Very efficient, friendly and professional! We could not have asked for a better guy for the job. Zack takes great pride in the work that he does! Anyone looking to have work done such as siding etc I would highly recommend May's! I absolutely have no words for the honesty and integrity of this company. There was a mix up in houses. Matt did research to find out who owned our house, called then met with us. He went above and beyond to correct a mistake. Very amazing. Most companies would have taken off without word and left us high and dry. Not these guys. Simply wonderful. If you want true honesty and respect with a great job, look no further. For any future needs I will not go anywhere else.

We had new windows installed this week that we had purchased from May's Construction and they are awesome! Merle Yoder did a wonderful job installing them and cleaned everything up before he left. He explained how to work the windows and all of the features they had. I would recommend to everyone to purchase their windows from May's.

Had Luke, a salesman for May's, out today for estimates. He arrived 20 minutes late for a 1st of the day appointment. No call stating he would be late either. After being here 30 minutes he told us May's is booking out for March of 2019. Would of been nice to know this before May's and our time was wasted. Then Luke made a rude snarky comment that we should of started looking for siding and windows back in April.
We didn't know we were going to be doing this until about 2 weeks ago. Needless to say we will not be using May's for any of our home needs thanks to Luke. Horrible experience. We have treated better by several other companies that want our business and money.

The entire team at Mays was very professional from the estimate to the completion of the window replacements on our home. We have gotten lots of compliments on our new windows and could immediately tell the difference in draft reduction after they finished the main living room area. Moe was the main installer for our project and we found him to be one of the nicest construction workers we have encountered. Moe communicated with us on estimated timelines, any issues that he encountered with installment, and even followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the window replacements. We will most likely be using Mays for our siding next.

Our new windows look great. My only complaint is that one screen had two snags in it. The installers took it with them to replace. After a few weeks we called May's several times to see when our screen would be. returned. We never got an answer or received any follow up but lo and behold our screen was apparently reinstalled a few days ago. However they never fixed it and now it has three snags in it instead of two!

Very professional, courteous, and friendly from start to finish! We had a slider door removed and replaced with a window, a French door removed and replaced, along with partial siding replaced and we could not be more satisfied! From sales through install, communication was continuous. We highly recommend this company, no job too small. :

Mike Teciak is the guy! After seeing the news accounts I looked him up and called his home (I live near Seattle). We spoke for about 15 minutes. Down to earth guy. My impression: Mike's a family man with a strong sense of community. A veteran hard worker committed to traditional values. If I was having work done to MY house, yeah it'd be Mike.
