I'd give them ten stars if I could! New shower enclosure in a bathroom remodel in a 100 year old home. In minutes, it was obvious to us that Tom really knows glass. Especially shower enclosure glass. He was thorough, informative and patient. I especially liked the fact that he was willing to offer guidance. Totally clear about cost. Tom instills complete confidence. Installers could not have been better - they were here when they promised, methodical, careful and efficient. The guys were personable and informative about use and maintenance. Really old school professionalism and service - that is not an accident, this is a great company.

Went in for replacement glass for a china cabinet. Very helpful and offered advice which was much appreciated. Just waiting to hear when it will be ready for pick up! Excited for the results.

Wolverine & Moore Glass is awesome! A window in our Ann Arbor home had a crack in it and we needed it replaced. Unfortunately, we now live a couple thousand miles away but Charlie was SO helpful. He went to our place, measured, ordered new glass, and replaced it, all with zero hassle. When I forgot to call over the holidays and provide payment (oops) he was very understanding and just sent me a gentle email reminder. Charlie is one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with. I couldn't recommend Wolverine & Moore more highly!

Top notch business. This happened just today! We had an old mirror that we needed to have cut down to a different size and we called two places in the Ann Arbor area and they quoted us $20 per cut (we needed three cuts) and then I called Wolverine Moore, and they said it was no problem and that they could cut it for us for FREE. We brought it in at 3:45 and were out of there by 4:00 with three perfect cuts. Additionally all the guys in the back were incredibly nice and sincere. Lots of places could learn a thing or two from these guys. We just bought a house that we plan to remodel. These guys will be getting all of our business!

So i dropped a small window off to these folks on a Wednesday.they said id have it Friday. They said they call to confirm it was finished. I received no call Friday. Monday. Tuesday.so i called them Wednesday. They said they hadn't even started repair yet. I wanted to install the window before i left on vacation. So guess im not to impressed with the lack of honesty and lack of decency.

They didnt even apologize for the lack of customer service. " we will get it done today they said" Well i guess my time will tell. Hope the quality of the the job is better than than the poor leadership of this company. Ill not go back.i might have had they been a little more contrite. They could have cared less.

Popped in on Monday with specs for a glass cabinet door that I needed, picked a stock style out, and picked up my cut glass on Tuesday afternoon. Quick, easy, and decent price. No complaints!

If there is someone nicer to do business with than Charlie Moore, owner of Wolverine Moore Glass Company, we haven't yet met. He's repaired glass on framed art for us, sliding patio doors, installed a new screen door - heck, he even helped me put in my dock! If you want the best, done right at a fair price, W-M Glass is it.
