My garage door broke while taking out the garbage. I called Loudoun Garage Door because of previous experience with them. I sent them pictures and within 60 minutes the techs had arrived and repaired my garage door. They were also able to give me good advice should I wish to update my garage door opener in the future. There was no pressure just information shared. Highly recommend them if you have a need.

This company is the one to call with any garage door issues. I contacted them at 0930, they had a tech at my place by 1130 and garage repaired by 1140. That is outstanding service. Highly recommend and honestly do not know why anyone would contact a different company. Tech was polite, did the work quickly and even gave a few tips on quieting the door. Just outstanding work and service!

I have used Loudoun Garage door 4 times in the last 15 years, and have had great customer service every time. My most recent experience is asking for a tech to come out to troubleshoot a wireless opener range issue, the customer service individual proceeded to give me the most likely causes over the phone: 1) Low batteries in remote (I had already replaced recently) or 2) LED lightbulbs in the garage door opener (Liftmaster/Chamberlain).

After a quick discussion, I had indeed starting replacing the original bulbs with GE LED bulbs, he recommended unscrewing temporarily to see if garage door opener remote had better range. Bingo, problem solved over the phone for free. Great customer service = repeat customer in my book. I called Loudoun Garage Door and they asked that I text them pictures of the damage. He had an assessment and a technician scheduled to come out to confirm within 5 minutes. The longest time was waiting for the material. She installation was quick and the staff was very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

My garage door pulley wire became unwound from its spindle. Dwight from Loudoun Garage Door was on-time and able to fix my garage door within 30 minutes. He also explained everything he was doing, lubbed all the joints n rollers, corrected some bent track, and gave a complete once over of the whole thing. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Excellent! I got four quotes, and they were one of the most competitive. They sent someone out to verify measurements, and from looking at my original doors they gave me pointers like I should lower the top space before they installed the weather strip (I told them I was replacing all the the wood garage door trim with PVC). The doors are perfect! They also gave me good advice on programming my smart features. They were very professional and reliable!

First let me say, I am sorry it took me a while to post this. LGD was recommended to us by a good friend and neighbor. I spoke to Landon on the phone, and within minutes, he resolved my problem. I didn't need him to come to the house after all. Landon was very professional and understanding. I am not someone who trust easily, and Landon immediately earned my trust by just his approach of making me feel as though we were important no matter how minor or major our issue was. I am very appreciative of Loudoun Garage Door's high quality of service and their focus on doing what's good for their customers. They installed new garage door openers for us a couple of years ago, and my wife had glowing things to say about how the installation went. This morning there was an unexpected glitch that caused one of the doors to not open.

However, they talked through with me over the phone a couple of very simple things I could do, and this completely solved the problem. Honest, knowledgeable merchant! I called and described the issue I was having with my garage door -- light flashing, the door would start to close and then spring back. The guy who answered talked me through the issue on the phone, and it was an easy fix. Much appreciated! Next time I have an issue that's not so readily fixed I will call Loudoun Garage Door.

The weekend before Christmas our garage door spring broke. Having a home warranty we tried going through them first but the contractor they assigned to us was non responsive. A friend referred me to Loudoun Garage Door. I called them Monday morning and by noon the same day Sam, the technician, had arrived. Update to my original review. My rating on Loudoun Garage Door stands, (if I could lower it at all, I would!); but I need to update my review of Amaar Garage Door Company - the manufacturer. Although it took many weeks for them to respond, they finally did at least and came out this week to replace the faulty door seal and happily replaced the one on the second door that was fine so they would match!

They openly admitted the seals they started using were a mistake. It took them all of 20 minutes to replace both with an entirely different type - further emphasizing the complete lack of caring for their customers by Loudoun Garage Door. They refused to perform a simple, inexpensive, and fast job on what was a $3800 purchase for one of their (now ex) customers; even after several other errors on the same job order!

My old garage doors were starting to fall apart so I got in touch with Loudoun Garage Door for help. These folks are professional, nice, informative, and very knowledgable! They asked lots of questions to determine what I really needed and wanted. No cookie-cutter approach here. They came to the house and re-verified that I would get the right door solution.

Loudoun Garage is a locally owned company. I received same day service. The tech who answered the phone asked me all of the important questions so that the service tech who came to my house had all of the parts he needed. He came on the early side of the appointment window and completed the work in a timely fashion. Finally, the service tech took notes on the work he did as well as the type of garage door and current opener that we have so that next time we call, they will have the info they need to diagnose and recommend service. I had a broken garage door spring that rendered the heavy wooden door shut hard. They were able to schedule a repair visit the next day. The repair was made quickly for the reasonable price quoted on the phone. The service tech was very professional and offered friendly advice on maintenance and other things to watch for.

This company has great service and fair rates. They were able to fit me in for a next day appointment. Dwight came out to replace 2 torque springs. He was in and out pretty quickly and did a good job. Would definitely recommend!

Long overdue review.but Dawn & her team are awesome! We had our door replaced. The process was smooth & Dawn was helpful, knowledgeable. The install team had it installed within a couple hours. Garage door looks great & it gives our house a much needed update! I would highly recommend this company! Very happy customer!

These guys are awesome. I had some damage to the top couple panels. Sears came out first, and they tried to rip me off. So, went with a friend's recommendation and called Loudoun Garage. They were very easy to work with. I took a few pictures and sent them to the manager over email. He gave me a quote and had Dwight come over the next day. Dwight knew his stuff!

In 10 minutes he fixed it enough so that I could open it. They were able to then replace the damaged sections and charged me half of what Sears wanted. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great! Door failed, broken spring. Had email discussion within hours of first contact after dinner on a weeknight. Randy was helpful, and had a crew out the very next AM! They repaired the spring, and did some maintenance I asked for too all for a reasonable price. I won't go anywhere else.
